Bargain basement quality at full labor rates. Welded in a new ball joint because “sometimes the snap rings don’t work” and cross threaded the grease zerk and ripped the boot so now the ball joint is ruined and welded in place 👍 go somewhere else

I go here for my alignment on my lowered car for a few reasons first as long as itll go on the lift (which most will even mine being low) they dont charge extra for the alignment the second being they do a good job and the third they are pretty quick 20mins for my alignment bc they were finishing up another, the only downside is they are not open earlier lol there is no snack bar either

My wife and I were in there a few months ago and we inquired about how much it would be to get a windshield replaced. The owner told us $75 and were extremely happy because that is such a good deal. Over the past few months I have been too busy to go in and get the windshield replaced but that $75 deal was always on the back of my mind. Today I finally went in there to get it done and he asked me what he quoted me. I told him that he had quoted my wife and I $75 dollars and he acted like he never said that. Anyway the bill came out to be $185 and I am very disappointed. I will never go back here and I advise that those reading this do the same!

Did a botched job replacing a windshield, which was visibly misaligned with the car and had visible glue and shredded rubber molding. The work took 3 days, with us calling 5 times, going to the location twice. When we asked them how they could call this a decent job, the guy just looked at it and shrugged that he was losing money on the job because the first windshield broke. I would never go back to this place and would recommend people to steer clear. Not sure how other people have such a great experience here unless they are just great at other services but are clueless about windshields. Im giving it 2 stars because at least it was inexpensive.

Went in to get a flat fixed. I called ahead to get a wait time and they said it would be about 10 minutes. I get there and walk into the shop and spoke very briefly to a tech (like 10 seconds) to say I needed a flat fixed. I got no response as to wait time and felt completely shrugged off. I waited for almost 10 minutes without any acknowledgement. I get that it was busy but a little courtesy would be nice. Also, one of the technicians was playing rap music with very coarse lyrics really loud from a stereo so everyone could hear it. Very unprofessional! What if my son was with me? The checkout counter was a booth made from thick bullet-resistant plastic with holes drilled in it like a bank counter. I didnt feel very welcomed or treated like a valued customer there.

This places sucks they took 3.5 hours to change the tie rods of my van. And 1 hour for the alignment. During that time they where helping people that was coming to get tires replace. There waiting room is as cold as e refrigerator.And there labor is horrible. Never coming back.So just found out when they pull my van out of the alignment. That the guy who installed my tie rods, install them wrong and they have to start again.

They always take such good care of my car

Im kind of a snob if and when i take my truck to any shop. I had always done my own work until the last couple years (family and work take up most my wrenchin time)I had bought ball joints for my rig and never got around to installing them. Shops are known to have a our parts only policy, which is understandable. I went in and explained that i bought the parts with the intent to install them myself but 7 months later here we are. The owner was super cool and did the job with my parts for 440 in labor. Closest quote i got was 650 labor and would have had to buy their parts too. I ended up buying a brand new set of tires from him at the same time and he beat Americas tire (discount tire now?) By over 200 bucks on the exact same tire.Cant say enough good about these guys...

Came in close to closing and they still worked to repair my leaking tires. Prices are also very good. I was surprised by the $15 fee. Their alignment is $40. I will be replacing all tires here also.

JPs Auto Glass replaced the windshield in my roommates 1999 Toyota Sienna yesterday. I couldnt be more pleased as they replaced it within a few hours and the price was incredible..

So I decided to try them out because they had pretty decent reviews but I got a more cliche auto repair experience instead. I went in to have my driver side window repaired. I got that done and they tried to first over quote me after they had already given me a quote when called them back to schedule. Now before the job I could manually roll down the window with my hands. When I picked it up the window doesnt budge even if I wanted to. Thats not what I was upset about I could live with that. My driver side door was completely fine when I left the vehicle thats not at all what I brought it in for. After the job was complete, my driver side door is now permanently closed from the inside. The only way to exit the vehicle is through one of the other doors. Typical sleezy auto repair people. Take your ride in for one thing repaired, leave with 2 things broken. I get that its not a booming industry and they need all the return business you can get but Im not stupid nor am I a cash cow for the auto repair industry. I was very dissatisfied because right when I told them what was wrong they immediately started quoting me on how much the New jobs would cost. Ive never been so blatantly insulted. I kept explaining what they broke and they would just reference something else on the car to dodge my inquiries. Not to mention my battery was completely dead and my car wouldnt even start when I picked it up. Im not sure if thats a common thing but as far as Im concerned, the entire experience was unprofessional. Really wanted to find an auto shop I could be a regular at, this one will not be it. If you want a cliche auto repair experience where they take advantage of your limited knowledge of cars and try and squeeze you for everything youre worth, come on down.

The BEST place in town for all of your needs! Tires, mechanical and window replacement. While a friend was putting in a drivers side window for me the bracket to hold it into the regulator broke off.I called this shop and even though they had vehicles waiting in line, the owner Jose took the time to cut the broken metal frame off, clean the window, glue it back into my old frame and then tape it for the glue to setup. The whole cost for all the work he did was $20. He stopped everything he was in the middle of to help me. Wonderful Honest and very rare to find these type of people in todays world. Please call them and use them - you will not be disappointed!

Went in with all damage tires did not have enough money for a BRAND NEW SET! But with JP i got a full high quality 65k mileage tires for under 600 bucks on my Explorer ! Thanks JP for saving me hundred of dollars!!! This is one place ill ways take my vehicle too for tires! Sorry LES Schwab!! :)

I wish I could give this place zero Stars, fist time I went in I talked to the main guy and he told me that based on what my car was doing I needed an alignment they gave me a fair price so I let them do it, to my surprise my car dint got fix, I went back and talk to the guy again, he then told me that what I needed was new tie rods and that I was going to need another alignment after that and he was going to charge me for it again, I needed my car so I went for it, then I guess I dint learn my lesson about a year after that my car stared leaking water to the inside so someone told me to go to that place so I thought I gave then another chance, BAD idea that was, first he told me that it was leaking through the windshield so then he replace it to my surprise that dint fix the problem at all so I went back and he just but some more silicone and told me that thats all he can do, later I realized that there were some of the gaskets missing they dint even but them back the right way and the ones in the bottom corners of the windshield were missing, so I went back and he told me that he was going to call me went he get then from a pick N pull!? They did such bad windshield job its ridiculous! its been 3 months and he has not call me yet, all IM saying is be aware this people dont know what they doing!

After working with them routinely for a little while an old truck of mine that I work with, they wound up using the way they worked with me to double their money off me and so I paid over $1200 for a $500 fix.
