Our sleep expert Heath was amazing he showed us about 15 different models very patiently gave us the time we needed to make sure that we where able to test each mattress with ample time, been to other stores and they rushed us through the process but we found the right mattress for us.

Patrick absolutely made my day! I only had about 3 weeks notice that I’d be hosting 2 couples and I needed to set up my second guest room quickly. My online search for a bed was making me believe I might not receive a delivery in time! I finally used the online chat function for Mattress Firm and Patrick reached out to me promptly. He eased my anxiety by letting me know they could deliver as soon as this week...and then he asked if he could call me. Awesome personal touch! I was able to ask him questions, and he gave great advice to help me pick a mattress that I’m sure will be comfortable for any guests that I have the pleasure to host. Patrick made sure to ask about my budget, provided options and explained them thoroughly. He wasn’t “pushy” and I didn’t feel like he was trying to “upsell”. He even made sure that I took advantage of the free adjustable base promotion they had - which means that I won’t have to stress if I haven’t picked/received a bed frame before the guests arrive! We got very good service at the Hazel Dell Mattress Firm. Greg was knowledgeable and very patient which was much appreciated since buying a new bed is on par with getting new glasses. He provided a lot of useful information and was not pushy.

Great service from Greg who helped me today.I was needing a new matress since my other was 20 years old.He let me try some hybrid mattressesI picked the ISERIES HYBRID matress.Also bought an adjustable base.That will be fantastic being able to adjust the top and the bottom.No more having to put a pillow in between the legs to help the spine.

Went in today because my daughter was in desperate need of a mattress and they were having a great sale. They are open by appointment only and taking all the necessary precautions to keep their customers and staff safe! Will definitely go back later this year when I need a new mattress!

Chris was great to work with and we felt very comfortable making our mattress purchase with him. We feel good about having a local contact for any warranty issues etc.

Picked up full set ourselves, no delivery. Gave us wrong frame (traced to sales paperwork.) Then wanted to charge full price for replacement. The salesman ended up selling me floor model frame at discount. Lot of time wasted setting up wrong frame. Would try elsewhere next time.

Joshua made this a great experience for us. We went in specifically to look at TemperPedic. Because we had no experience with the TemperPedic technology, Joshua provided us with a great deal of knowledge about the product. If he wasnt confident with an answer, he was quick to contact someone who could answer our question. We felt that we got honest and straight forward answers to all of our questions. Buying a mattress can be over whelming and frustrating. I went in today to just browse and test out mattresses, told myself I wasnt going to buy unless it was everything I wanted and more. Well, this place was more than I could have ever hoped for, and that was all because of Chris. We bought a Beautyrest Wellington Black Hybrid mattress 2 years ago at a home expo mattress firm event in Ridgefield . Unfortunately this mattress sagged badly and we could no longer sleep in it. It was also too soft and I had a spinal fusion a few years back so that mattress caused a lot of discomfort. We decided to give Mattress firm another try as I read the reviews for the hazel Dell store here and they were excellent. We went to the store last friday and were helped By Chris Clark who was absolutely incredible. He was a mattress and sleep expert. We tried several mattresses and he even gave us tips on how to use our adjustable bed to sleep better and avoid back pain. He was a pleasure to do business with and he made it right for us with a nice discount since our previous mattress was only 2 years old. We ended up getting the Chattam and Wells firm mattress and Ive never slept better. I think that Chris made all the difference for us, he wasnt pushy and he was super nice, knowledgeable about everything in that store, helpful and understanding. Well come back in the future to buy some new mattresses for our kids.

Weve had one heck of a time seeing how we spent almost $4000 on our Tempur-Pedic bed and come to find out that it hurts my back. Jeremy has the equivalent of a PHD in beds along with how the body responds and what may be the best fix and he was able to help us in getting the right fit. I highly recommend you talk to this guy if looking for a new bed and have him point you in the right direction.

Ive never been here, but Google thinks I have so thats all that matters. Im sure its an okay place, and I would bet money you could buy a mattress here. Possibly even a frame for it, if you do those things.
