Whitney was very helpful and knowledgeable during my purchase of a new matttess. The delivery men did a good job, except for the fact that they didnt have any of the correct tools to dismantle our old set to remove. This made the delivery process take longer for i had to hunt down tools. All in all very happy. I do hope the delivery of our headboard happens in a timely matter and someone will be able to connect for me. It looks like it is goings to be a little more difficult then i thought. Great experience with Erika who found me the right mattress within just a few minutes of being in the store. I wasnt going to be able to afford it but she was determined and found a discount I didnt know I would qualify for. The coordination with an external delivery service was totally seamless, and less than 3 hours from the time I walked through the door my new mattress has been delivered to my doorstep. I would definitely recommend this store and I will return if I need another mattress in the future.

The store in Hazeldell has a nice selection of mattresses at varying price range based on sleepers requirements. Greg was the associate that assisted me and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I gave him the name of a mattress previously purchased by a family member that I slept on while visiting and although that mattress was no longer available, having been upgraded in material composition, he directed me to the replacement. Greg also suggested many other models to try that were comparable and different prices range to compare. At no time did he “lead” me into a higher price range; he really let me determine my choice on comfort and price. I bought two beds; guest room and master with a delivery date just 2 days out. I haven’t received the mattresses yet but I am impressed with the service and pricing and highly recommend this store and Greg.

We have purchased two mattresses in the last 6 months. The gentleman that we purchased them from was nice but it was the first time purchasing an adjustable bed. We bought the additional service coverage for it. We were told that it ran concurrently with the manufacturers warranty. When I called in an issue, I found out that is not true. When I called them to figure it out, I found out the store had turnover. The gentleman that is there now, Josh, was very helpful and made sure that I got all of the information that I needed. I would recommend them based on him and his service level.

I was in need of a new mattress set and went to the Hazel Dell location to check them out. The staff was knowledgeable and courteous and helped me to select a mattress that fit my body and how I sleep. I ended up buying a set in king size. They built and delivered it when they said they would and took my old set away for me. The mattress is high quality and very comfortable. The price was fair too. I plan on posting a follow up review in a few months after I see how well the mattress holds up. I highly recommend this place.Update: I have slept on the mattress for several months now. It has held up well and remains as comfortable as the day it was delivered. I expect that it will provide me with years of comfortable sleep. Buying a bed is tough. It is difficult to know what you are getting until you live with it for awhile. With Mattress Firm and the Manager, Tabitha, you get what you pay for and that is refreshing. They know all about what they are doing and you can tell by improved sleep!

The place is very clean and the staff all had masks. Greg was so charismatic, helpful and patient as I am 9 months pregnant and with so many questions!The delivery guys are awesome as well and my bed was a great deal and so comfy. Love it here!I need a mattress fast and and came in looking for a great deal. Tabitha was able to take care of me and all my needs. She was very informative and helped my daughter pick the right mattress for her and still help me meet my budget.This was the first place I had been to since moving here and she made me feel welcomed and right at home. Buying a mattress is not something we do often but whenever we do I will definitely be coming here again since she was amazing.The store is very nicely decorated and has all their mattresses and beds laid out so you can try them. Its clean and a friendly environment. I highly recommend swinging by.

It has been years since we needed a new bed, and we tried to buy one online based on reviews....will never make that mistake again.We stopped in and worked with Spencer; a very polite and professional gentleman. He didnt push us to any particular mattress; instead he had us try mattress until we found the one we liked. After 2 and a half hours, and lots of money later, we purchased our new bed. Looking forward to having a great night sleep on it.

Wasnt impressed by my lack of discount when I purchased not one but 5 FIVE new beds for my home!! But 3 outta the 4 ppl using these new beds are having major surgery and need new beds. All the discounts that were offered to everyone, did not apply to the brand of beds I purchased. The FREE adjustable stand, did NOT fit my bed or something like that so i had to PURCHASE outta my own pocket the adjustable frame that was the 2nd most expensive one. Again no discount, no nothing. I dont even recall getting an apology for the inconvenience. If i had more time to shop around, i would have walked right out the door. Charged for delivery and disposal of old mattresses, 1 for 1 they put it. Ive never been so disappointed with a company then i am with this one. NEVER AGAIN WILL I EVEN CONSIDER BUYING ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY AND ALL MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM EITHER. Didnt even have a basic bed frame in stock at any of their local stores

My husband and I needed a new mattress for over a year, and after a vacation with hotel beds more comfortable than ours we began to research. I started with two brands recommended by my chiropractor, looked at mattress brands used in the hotels, and eventually subscribed to Consumer Reports. All of this was very time consuming, comparisons were confusing and prices were high or higher.I heard an ad for a Memorial Day sale at Mattress Firm and we decided to go look for two specific brands at the Hazel Dell store. Shopping in a mattress store was about appealing to me as shopping for a car. I dreaded the pushy sales people, the confusing pricing / financing and wasting our time trying to sell us something we didn’t want. We planned to go an hour before closing and only look, not buy.Our experience was the complete opposite, we bought a mattress brand we hadn’t researched and an adjustable base that we hadn’t even considered. We made our purchase that day because of the sales person, Chris Clark. He is knowledgeable and pleasant, let us look at “our” brands then had us try out several other mattresses. He sold us on the adjustable frame by letting us try the options while he explained the health benefits. The cost and financing were straight forward, plus we got 0% interest financing which made the price more feasible.We later had problems with the adjustable frame and a long wait for the manufacturer to shedule the repair. We went back to talk to Chris and he sent someone to make sure it was installed correctly and determine the problem. That person (a third party delivery employee) tested and repaired the bed in less than 1/2 an hour. Chris took our concerns seriously and passed on our problem with the base manufacturer to his superior, as I had asked.I highly recommend Chris and the Hazel Dell Mattress Firm to anyone shopping for a mattress or just trying to compare brands. My husband and I have slept better and have had less back pain after sleeping on the new mattress. Now that the adjustable base is in good working order, we are very happy to have the elevated head setting (less snoring), the lumbar support (less back pain) and the other options that made it worth buying.

This place had the best customer service and gave us a crazy good deal on a king it was close to our budget but we were willing to go a little over for the extremely nice bed with the deal we got. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a sweet deal on a great bed
