When you need a battery NOW or you just cant be bothered to read what it says on your old battery and buying one online. They have a thorough selection, but the prices are high compared to online. The staff has been helpful both times Ive gone in. Generally, only one person working, so go early or late for fastest service. Again, if time is an issue, head here! They know what theyre selling.

These guys are great. They answered the phone when I called, and were able to answer questions I had about a quote for a screen replacement on my phone. Yes, it was spendy, but not more so than anywhere else in town, and less than some. And much cheaper than a new phone! Turns out the touch screen can stop working on a cracked screen. They were able to quickly fix my phone (about an hour), and it works like new now! They were professional, and Ill probably end up getting the battery in my phone replaced here when I need it before getting a new phone.

Thank you.Store clerk broke our car key. It broke into pieces and is now taped back together. This was about 2 weeks ago. He even admitted that he messed up by saying, We might owe you a new key. I will talk to my manager when he returns in 2 weeks. So we wait but no call back from manager. My husband called yesterday and explained the situation. The manager: This is him (manager) and I havent heard anything about this. Let me find out and will call you. So now we wait...again.I feel like I know what they are trying to do. Which is buy time and tell us that after 30 days, they are no longer liable. I hate to say that but they keep pushing us off.We ONLY go to this location when we need anything battery related so this really puts a bad taste in our mouths. I hope to get this resolved especially because we only have the 1 key and it looks like its going to give out at any moment!

Store was very busy so had to install car battery myself. Salesperson was nice but was only one working so could not leave store to install. I will still shop here.

I had a car battery replaced. It was fairly quick considering the fact that one of the cables had a lot of rust damage. On top of that, a comparable battery at one of the auto stores would have cost me much more. Very pleased.

I like the speed at which I can get a problem solved at BPB. I got a battery changed for my key fob and it was cheaper and more convenient than going to the car dealer. Plus, I think you charge much less for a brand new fob than the dealer. If I ever lose mine, which I have before, Ill know where to go to replace it.

Our local Batteries Plus Bulbs store made purchasing a new battery for our boat simple and painless. I ordered on line and received a call from the store when the battery was ready. I then drove to the store and phoned when I was outside in my car. An employee brought the battery out and took the old one into the store. Easy peasy. Never had to get out of the car.The first visit was so easy, I did not hesitate to order from them again when I needed yet another battery for a new trolling motor.

What a great experience. Our daughters phone was having issues and wasnt operable. We called Square Trade and paid our $85 deductible so we could go get it fixed here. I talked with Miguel and we dropped the phone off. He called later to say that the only issue was a screw/bracket was loose on the inside of the phone and that he had fixed it, no charge and we could cancel our claim with Square Trade. Sure enough, we picked up our daughters phone and it works great and Square Trade has refunded the $85 to us. This will be the first place we go in the future! So honest!

Update: Called Michael the manager and he offered me a discount on a future repair (which is very likely with two teenagers). He was very kind and understanding. Really appreciate him reaching out.Took an iPhone 8 there for a cracked screen replacement. They turned it around in a couple hours. Everything seemed fine. I told my daughter not to intentionally get it wet because the seal probably wasnt perfect after the repair. After swimming, she dripped a couple drops from her hair on the screen and it caused the screen to get vertical lines and about 1/4 of screen stopped working. I opened up the phone to find that the seal hadnt been replaced at all (just some slight remnants of the original one left in places). Very disappointed after $150 spent to get this half-hearted repair. Purchased a new screen from Amazon, did second repair myself and all is fine now.

I ordered online, to pick up in store, they did not ask what store i wanted to pick up at. I assumed it would be at nearest location to me. It was not! I called the store it told me to pick it up at, they were nice, told me i could go to the Vancouver store and pick it up, they have it in stock and they could look up my invoice by name since i already paid. When i got to the vancouver store they were not friendly or helpful. They said they could not do what the portland store said they could do. I had to call the portland store and they called the vancouver store. The check out guy did not even apologize or anything.

This is the place to go if you need a new battery for your watch! Went to Walmart and called Fred Meyer, Walmart couldnt do it unless they sell the watch in store in case they break it, not very confidence inspiring, Fred Meyer could only do it on certain days. I didnt have time to wait! So at 5:30 on a Sunday I went in to battery plus bulbs and got my watch fixed within a few minutes! Staff was super cool, ended up talking about football the whole time and was a great experience!

BPB replaced my iPhone screen and battery. I was a quick process but after I left the store, I noticed that the replacement screen had poor image quality. I talked with Tiffany (manager) and she got my in immediately and replaced the screen with one that looked great.I really appreciate that this store was ready to make sure you are happy with your repair.

Instead of going to Costco to get my batteries like I used to, but since the last couple times I bought from Costco the batteries died quickly and now purchase mine at Batteries Plus along with LED lights, car remote battery and cell phone batteries.

I ordered a battery for my lawn tractor using the online order process. The order process was easy. 24 hours later I received the email stating that my order was ready for pickup. Went to the store to get the battery. The salesperson spoke so indistinctly I had difficulty understanding him. He finally brought out the battery and upon my inspection it was the wrong battery. He pulled the correct battery off the shelf and upon inspection it had no electrolyte. He took the battery to the back room to fill it with acid. Now I was handed off to another employee who rang up the sale. The sales amount looked incorrect and I noted that the battery core charge had not been credited to me. Pulling out my credit card again, the core refund was credited back to me. At home I checked the electrolyte levels in the battery. Two of the cells were not filled completely and I added distilled water to bring the levels up to the proper level. This was certainly not my best experience at this store.

Excellent source for batteries and lightbulbs. Also good for smart phone screen and battery replacement. Be prepared to pay up for their products and services.

Asked for my phone pin to replace my phone battery. When I declined, I had to sign saying they werent responsible for anything not working after phone was returned. Sure enough, phone was returned to me not fully working. I can break my own phone a cheaper than the $80 they charged me.

I had my son’s Samsung 8 screen replaced last summer. It took three times and the third time it’s still had a black spot in the upper left-hand screen, but my son wanted to wait because he had been without his phone for multiple days. When I went back in six months later for a warranty replacement, they wouldn’t do it because there was a crack in the lower right hand corner even though this had nothing to do with the black spot. Getting your screen repaired at this place it’s not worth the money because what you’re paying for is the warranty and they will void it at the earliest opportunity

They sold me a battery that do not work. I take it back to the store and they suggested that I should put some water in the battery...Unfortunately battery is full of liquid and there is no volume to add water in it...I wasted $100 I will never walk in to ANY Batteries plus store again.... The WALMART has same batteries %25 cheaper and their return policy is much better than these bat plus bulb stores.

Had the Battery replaced in my Invicita dive watch with a lifetime warranty battery for $19.99 couldnt be happier with the service and lifetime warranty! Definitely will be back with the rest of my wifes and my dead watches!

Overpriced compared to other Batteies Plys Bulbs

Just had my Note 8 screen replaced. Staff was very nice and friendly. But now there are smudges on the front camera under the glass and its making my camera very blurry.

I had a bad battery in my car that was still under warranty. Even after testing, they refused to replace it. I had two different shops tell me that the battery had a bad cell. Eventually the electronics started going weird in my car. Paid ito of pocket for a new battery from another vendor and all my problems went away.F off, Batteries+. You have liars and cheats running your store.

I was Hardware Certified Tech for over 12years working on Apple Product for 3rd party reseller.We used to do all of their warranty repair before 1st Apple Store opened in Portland. I hate going to the Genius Bar at Apple Store, they do minimum test and try to sell you used or new replacement @$275 used (Most people has no idea they are being taken). I knew the problem was just the battery issue. so I took it to Battery Plus for a replacement battery (was going to replace it myself but getting bit lazy), spoke to their Store Op. Manager Tiffany, she was sooooooo helpful, and offers to do a quick replacement and test the battery for me. As we suspected it was just a battery issue. She got my iPhone running in 20 minutes, I went home and did DFU, and restored. Everything is backup for less than $60. Some of these certified tech from other company is much better than Level 1 tech Apple has. Great Job Tiffany, MAHALO for all your HELP!!!

Never going to the store again! The guys there are totally useless and clueless. Went in to get a battery for my phone before taking a trip. Found out at the airport while installing it, it was the WRONG one!Yesterday I go in to get a portable battery pack for my CPAP machine (which they had in stock by checking online) and the idiot had no clue of what it was or what I was talking about. Same guy that gave me the wrong battery for my phone. I asked him to look it up in his system and he just stood there with a deer in the headlights look like DUH..
