Had an appointment at 1:30pm. Work night shift and wife had a bad morning with pain so I accidentally slept in until 4pm. Traveling tomorrow and really needed my tires changed. I got there at 4:30pm and apologized and asked if they could still get me in before they closed at 5pm. Youngman came out with a great attitude and asked what they could do to help me out. I explained the 2 tires I needed to have replaced before I travel the next day and said sure we can fit you in. Not only did they fit me in they had me in and out in under 25min and gave me a discount off the top. These guys are like a racing pit crew. I highly recommend!!

Messed up my alignment on my Forester when taking a turn over a deep pothole. Took it in the next day to get it fixed at Les Schwab. They fixed it quickly the same day even though they had to get a part from Portland. The car drives now as of nothing happened. Im very pleased with their service, staff and cost.

Purchased a new set of tires here last year. I have always gone to Les Schwab for tires and I have been driving for more than four decades! Such great service at Les Schwab -- honest, reliable, efficient, knowledgeable, affordable. This has always been the case regardless of what location Ive gone to. Stopped by this location recently to have the air pressure checked in those tires -- the service technician was very helpful and efficient, he reminded me that it is time to rotate the tires let me know that one tire was significantly lower in air pressure than the other three. He suggested I stop by again in a couple of weeks to have it looked at again. Such proactive, helpful service! I know I can always count on Les Schwab for great service and value.

I had just gotten a new-to-me car, and the brakes were really squeaky. I took them in to get looked at, and they informed me that I dont need new brakes, and in fact there was just dust accumulated that was causing the squeaking. I walked in prepared to pay hundreds of dollars, and they took care of me without a dime. Will definitely be returning for all my brake/tire needs.

Last visit one of the service men walked out to my car as I was getting out of it and greeted me and walked me into the store and figured out what tires I needed on my car (first set since buying it new) great service all around!

Excellent & exceptional service. The employees at the 3200 SE 192nd St. in Vancouver, WA were friendly, kind, courteous, knowledgeable & did not pressure me with upsells & additional services. Respected what I wanted & got it done. Shout out to the technician that crawled into my trunk through the backseat to manually open it & also the other guys that took out an 80-90+ lb tote container filled with textbooks & graphic novels, then put it back after they were done. No tires in stock to sell me for my 4x4 looses the sell and makes another business very happy to have my money for their tires they did have in stock and also saved myself $75.00 per tire in the process too! Les Schwab used to be the only place I’d buy my tires! Their old Wild Country tires were great in the snow and even the sand. I had many friends that go 4 wheeling with me decades back that didn’t have the Wild Country tires and in the snow or sand I was the only one that didn’t get stuck! Wasn’t long till all my friends also had Wild Country tires! Sadly these Wild Country tires their selling now are nothing like they used to be and just one look at them you know their not going to perform like the old Wild Country did! They supposedly have other tires now that maybe will be as good as the old Wild Country tires but not one tire in stock to sell you if you’re life depended on it! Sorry but a picture of a tire isn’t going to sell tires! You got to have tires in stock and be able to put them on a customer’s vehicle on the spot like you use to or your going to keep consistently loosing customers and business to other tire stores that do have tires in stock and for lower prices too! If these tires I just bought hold up anywhere near what my old Wild Country tires use to? A long lasting history of buying nothing but Les Schwab tires will be lost forever to another tire store! So sad to see a great company go down the tubes as Les Schwab has these days! If you told me a couple decades back that I’d not be buying my tires at Les Schwab any more, I ‘d of said you’re crazy! I never dreamed Les Schwab would go down hill as they have over the years in service and quality of products their now not selling! They have forced me to go elsewhere for my tires, but in the long run it also saved me $75.00 per tire over the prices Les Schwab now charging! Guess nothing last forever, bye Les Schwab

Always nice people but super disappointed with this last visit. Went in to finally get my tires changed only to discover that two of my old tires were unable to be put back on because they are too worn down. When I asked why I was not told this when they were removed in december, I was told it was on my receipt. Thats all fine and dandy, but very misleading as I was never aware about the two tires and they were actually given back to me where I was told “bring them back in a couple months and we will take care of you!” Now I’ve been out of work for a month due to covid and because of today have a fresh almost $400 charge because I was not made aware of something months ago. If the tires are bad, instead of putting it in the fine print and ripping people off later when they have no other option but to buy new tires on the spot, don’t even bother giving them back please. Thanks.

FRONT WHEEL FALLING OFF MY CAR AFTER GOING TO THIS SHOP! NOTICE HOW The OWNER DOESNT RESPOND TO ANY NEGATIVE REVIEWS? I have never had a bad experience at any other Les Schwab except here. Waited for 5 hours for a tire rotation and rear brakes. No communication from the tech. Would have been nice to know that parts needed were not in stock and would be brought from another. The reason I rate this review so low is that the lug nuts on one of the front wheels were not torqued properly! This caused one of them to completely fall off and had this not been discovered soon enough, all the rest would have too. They were all loose. Noticed something was wrong when driving on the highway and the wheel was wobbling and vibrating the car. I feel that my familys (and others on the road) safety was put in danger because somebody did not make sure the wheel was secured properly to the car. There is no other reason the lug nuts should have become that loose.

Absolutely the best Tire shop experience time after time. I will not go anywhere else and make a 45 min commute to go here even tho I pass 3 other ones on my way.

It is too bad that Les Schwab does not stand behind what they sell. I had tires put on my van and only got 24k miles out of them. They charged me over $700 for these tires that they now say were entry level Ha! Who buys entry level tires for over $700?? Unfortunately, I did. My husband and I have taken our cars to Les Schwab exclusively because they used to stand behind their product. They are offering a paltry $130 off the next set of tires they quoted me today after I shopped around.So, goodbye Les Schwab it is too bad youve chosen to let your customer satisfaction slide in order to make an extra buck.

I hate to give a repair shop a 5 star rating, because i never want to be there. Ever. But it does seem like i dont spend all day here when i go. Thats nice. Really nice. I like that. A lot. So 5 stars it is!

I had a 2016 Tacoma with positive camber. They helped me figure out a wall to get it to 0 and still have my truck drive fine. Great guys

I came in to get my wheels balanced. They said the fronts were way out so they fixed them. I still had a vibration so I came in the next day suggesting they do the rear too. After an hour they came out and said the backs were, “way out” so they balanced them... I went and checked and the rears had not even been taken off my Jeep. I asked a guy working there and he said they did the fronts and that “back tires don’t need to be balanced.” Still charged me for both and I still had to get the rear done.

Went in to fix 1 tire and they found something wrong w another and fixed them all. Very quick and efficient and especially helpful

We took our car in to our local Les Schwab in Pullman, expressing concern that the front struts may be broken, but there may be other issues with our car. Our Les Schwab only took a few minutes to look at the car. Without doing a test drive, they quoted us for new front struts and rear shocks. We took our car into this Les Schwab since we were down in Vancouver for break, where it was discovered after a test drive that the struts were fine and there were two other issues. Im glad this Les Schwab double checked the diagnosis before going through with the strut repair. It saved us a lot of time and money. We will definitely be coming to this Les Schwab again.

Staff is always friendly and helpful. Weve been using them for a few years and have always had great service without any issues. The waiting area is clean and comfortable and the free popcorn and coffee is a nice treat while you wait.

Just wanted to extend a HUGE thank you to Brenton. After being trapped in Vancouver for the night, I was headed home to Oregon City. He stopped and helped me rid the chains I had made work to get out of the 11 of snow over there. Provided me with road conditions to expect ahead. I made it safely home! Got new tires put on my tundra here. They didnt torque them down and my tires almost came off when I was driving in the snow off-road near Mt Jefferson. If you feel like dying the next time you drive your truck, this is the place to get work done.

I recently had brakes and bearing done at this shop, and I was impressed with their work. I have taken my car to a few other shops around town who kept my cars for days longer than they said they would, charged me $$$, only to not even fix the problem. This Les Schwab location got me in and out in under the time they said they would. They gave me a quote, and called around to compare prices- I found a place that almost gave me a cheaper quote...but oops they werent listening to me and got the edition of my car wrong, and thus the quote was too good to be true. I am sick of going to places that dont listen and dont respect my time and money. The work and the price at this Les Schwab seems to be the best, they are more professional and orhanized, and their location is clean and pleasant.

I brought a tire in with a screw puncture in it just 10 minutes before 6:00pm closing time.Only 3 guys were present busy working really hard with cars on the lifts answering the ever ringing phone and dealing with customers.I planned to just drop it off and get it the next day there was no way they could patch it that day. But the guy said wait ten minutes and... I didnt really believe him but stuck around.less than 10 minutes later my tire was patched and set in my car ready to go! Not trying to sell me a new set of tires or window wipers and what not like in past visits.Thanks much. You all work hard and are tired by the end of the day but you went the extra mile and it really did make my day.

My daughter had a flat and I told her to go to Schwab to get it fixed or buy new tires. The Schwab people told her the tire was not salvageable. I had her call another Schwab earlier to get a quote on new tires. The quote she got from Schwab on 192nd was $30 per tire higher, along with mount and balance, etc. Not being an aggressive person, my daughter didn’t challenge the difference in quotes. It was the typical bait and switch that many women face when trying to do business in the realm of auto parts and repair.Once I heard what happened, I confronted the people at Schwab and they apologized, offering to lower the cost of the transaction by $25,....Very disingenuous.I knew Les when he was still with us and he would roll over in his grave if he could have witnessed this. This is not the Schwab we grew up with.Go with the low price offer as integrity and reputation no longer have any value in these matters.

I ran over a pothole today and got a flat tire. Decided to go here. And I must say not bad at all. I was treated kindly. I was quoted a 45 min wait time which ran over but thats okay the free popcorn kept me occupied. I was told my tire couldnt be fix and that it had to be replaced and also I needed one other tire. I was quoted a decent price and told them to go ahead. I didnt feel pressured or rushed in making a decision. Had them check my breaks too. Really nice place. I will be back. I think Ill deal with this place for now on. The lady at the front counter name was Veronica. Really sweet.

Visited this location to recycle a car battery. Friendly service - employee walked out to greet me - no fuss.

The tire technician working on my car tried to scam me. He said Theres nothing to rotate. Your tires are at 2/32nds. He didnt know that I have worked with cars and tires for a very long time. So I told him to show me. He initially tried to use a visual inspection to prove my tires were at the wear bars. I told him to get out his tread depth gauge.They measured at 4/32nds. If the technician had been honest, and said they were getting low, I wouldve taken a quote and probably returned to this location.Instead, the dishonesty guaranteed I will never return to this location.Keep in mind, Washington law states tires are illegal UNDER 2/32nds of an inch on the tread, or if there are tread wear indicators that touch the road during use. Be informed, stay smart.

I came close to closing time and these people were very nice and very accommodating. I am the epitome of girl when it comes to cars. I dont know much, but they explained things very well and didnt make me feel stupid...which a lot of car places do.

My light for tire sensor came on i didnt even know i had tire or wheel sensors.i took it to the closest Les Schwab and the nicest man helped me i would recommend going there in the past we have always used Les Schwab so when i didnt know where the closest one was another customer told me i was at Starks on Mill plain so she helped me too.

I came in to have a free brake check. After waiting in line at the reception desk and then giving the lady all my information she informed me that it would be at least 45 minutes until they could look at my car. I understand if they were busy but I just wanted someone to look at my brakes for a second because they had started to squeak and I wanted to know if it was just from brake dust or if my brakes were getting bad. So I went to Americas tire company down the street where I was greeted as I was getting out of my car. I asked if they do brake checks and he said they dont actually fix brakes there but he was happy to take a look for me. Les Schwab should take a lesson from them in their customer service.

Extremely helpful service. Ive come in multiple times to fix a flat tire. They did it for no charge and offered complimentary popcorn and coffee while I waited. When they finished they gave me an explanation of what they found, did, and answered all of my questions.

Loyal Les Schwab customer. Only one negative incident. A newbie misdiagnosed the fact that the left chrome lug nuts caps inside the hub cap. They told us it was the rear end making the noise. Ford found the real problem for $100.00. However, we are still loyal and will continue to be customers.

About a month ago I took in a truck tire that was flat. They fixed it with no problem. When I tried to put the tire back on, it appeared that 2 of the lug nuts would not tighten. I took the Mazda truck in today and they took right into a bay to look at it. When they couldnt get one of the lug nuts off, Eric came over to look at it. Eric was able to get the bad lug nut off and even though another lug nut was bad, he was able to rethread one stem and cut off 1/4 off the other bad stem and still able to legally tighten all lug nuts. Eric charged me for the 5 lug nuts. A big thanks to Eric and the crew at 192nd. I am always treated professionally and the work the done quickly.

We had an appointment with another company to change our tires to snow and they changed their mind at the last minute. With very little notice they took care of us in a few hours even though they were swamped. Great service!

Tried to force sales on me when I didnt need it. Just wanted a tire repair, ended with an argument and a huge bill.Worker jogged out to my car to help. Waited for a long time before he came to give me bag news. Couldnt fix the tire, I needed a new one. He then presented to me three ridiculously expensive and over-the-top fixes. He made it sound like there were only the 3 possible solutions, one for 500, one for 600, and one for 700. I was seriously there for a flat tire, thats all. I had to make things a little awkward and refuse. I said, I dont want all this stuff, I just want a full tire. Why do they have to make it confrontational??? Bad experience.Theres no reason the push sales on people like that.
