Just bought a battery from them and I spent a 190 dollars on the battery no problem There is a sign that says they will charge $25 to install the battery I asked for them to do it the guy looked at me said we dont do it on tracks OK so then he goes and gets the battery brings me my change plops the battery down. I carried that battery out in the rain which is OK but the battery was heavy didnt offer to carry the battery out to my truck for me. Now something tells me if I was a cute little lady he would have carried the battery out. Also that sign should say we will install the battery on cars NOT TRUCKS

The staff was very friendly and helpful. My battery was a year out of warranty and he helped me decide on a replacement; explaining the reasons behind the price differences of each model.They also occasionally have used batteries with a 90-day warranty.

They really saved me in a pinch. Sold me a older battery at an amazing price and let me use their tools to install it. For trying to cut costs, they cant be beat. 100% great experience.

A little high in price but I get a fairly reliable battery and good service.

Seriously outstanding customer service! Quality product, timely manner, and they stand by their product with warranty. We have a repair shop and order a lot of batteries. We used to use another battery center as well but have completely switched over to Interstate!

I had the experience of dealing with totally professional and compassionate staff. They could have sold me new batteries when I mistakenly let mine run down beyond recharge instead, they checked the warrantee and set me right with new ones...made my day.

The people seem cool but customer service standards pretty low. I understand getting paid for time and what not, but to charge an extra $10 after spending $100 is kinda ridiculous.
