I have a great experience with Auto Pro Buys when I sold my car. They gave me more cash for my car than KBB cash offer. This is the second car I sold to them. They are very professional and treated their customers with respect and they down talk down on my car. I will definitely do business with them again next time.

The purchase of my car took one hour...start to finish. Kelton contacted me off of a kbb.com lead, asking if I was still interested in selling my car. He offered to come to me, so I didnt have to drive to their shop as I was still at work. Kelton and Brandon showed up at 7 PM, asked how much I wanted for the car, took it on a 2 minute test drive, came back, complemented the condition and said they would give me what I had asked. They didnt even attempt to haggle over the price. Approximately 45 minutes later, Kelton was driving away with my car and I had a check in my hand. I was so nervous and so skeptical, I was sure I had just been scammed. I had signed my rights away on a car that was fully paid off, gave them my keys and all I had was a check that I had no idea whether or not was good. It was just too easy. I was at my bank when it opened the next morning. When I handed the teller the check I asked if there was going to be a hold on it. The teller said, No, the funds will be available today. We do a ton of business with these guys. Imagine my relief! This was the SIMPLEST, FASTEST, MOST POSITIVE car deal I had ever done...and Ive done MANY. I cannot even explain how easy Kelton and Brandon made this deal. I may have gotten $1000-$2000 more if I would have sold the car myself, but I dont have the time and I truly didnt feel it was safe to do it myself. I asked what I felt was a fair price for my car and thats exactly what I got. There are not enough words to express my relief and my appreciation for Kelton contacting me and purchasing my car. Brandon contacted me to allegedly buy a car I sought out a KBB instant cash offer for. We agreed on a price and he said he had to go “get the ball rolling” and he made it clear he would be buying that day. After hours I contacted him asking what was going on. He explained his process a bit and made no further contact. When I followed up days later he ignored me. I called him a slime ball as many in this business are, so I’ll own that, but that was just a parting shot as I know he abandoned the deal. Another, clearly more reputable, dealership bought the vehicle. I would hope KBB would sever ties with dealerships like this one, or at least try to require a greater level of decency and professionalism.

Nice guys. Easy, successful deal. However, know your value and your bottomline before you go in. I had advertised my truck online for $4k, knowing I’d take $3500. The manager, again, a nice guy, said all he could do was $1500. When he asked my bottomline I said $3500. I fully expected to be leaving with my truck. He “talked to his boss” and came out after 15 min and accepted $3500. Unclear how his initial offer and accepted offer were more than 200% different. Paperwork was easy, I appreciated working with them and would again, just be sure to be an educated seller.
