I went for a 3rd row seat no mini van. Kid friendly some entertainment and newer. Everything I’m looking for is for a reason. Magic and his manager’s are working Diligently trying to get me what I want. Magic has remained to be a friendly sales person while looking for I need. Today is going to be the day now that I know they understand what I was looking for. The 5 star is for The determination and understanding of what I’m looking for and trying to satisfy and meet me & my family needs.

I went in this afternoon with the intent to purchase a new truck. My salesman, Kyle, was fantastic! I had only a short window of time and was happy to get a trade in value and sign paperwork on the right truck if it was available.Though they didn’t have a truck suitable on the lot they hunted down a few options they could have gotten within a couple weeks. At this point, I had to leave to handle other responsibilities. I was satisfied with the trade in value, but not 100% on the truck they’d located and wanted a little more time to process and make sure it was the right truck as it’s a sizable purchase. At this point they had my truck keys in their possession. Managers came out to try to get me to sign on the truck I was (almost positive) I would be happy to buy from Kyle. At this point I was an hour late and needed to leave. Several men stood between me and the door, offering more on my trade in (I had told them this was not the issue), for a solid 20 minutes of pushy behavior. This was a good 45 minutes after I said I was happy with things and just needed a little time. I understand buying cars is never a good experience but to be basically held hostage was new to me! I’m sure this was not their intention, but it’s definitely what was happening. Kyle came to our rescue and got our keys back, but I’m unfortunately no longer comfortable doing business with this dealership. Kyle was wonderful, he gets 5 stars.

So got a new car today… and the man Tyler Harmon helped me out like no one has before! Excellent in speaking/ explaining everything. Took me around, showed me the lot. Super easy going as well so helpful. Really made my experience fantastic! If you’re looking for someone you can trust. I would head straight to Tyler! Absolutely amazing!

The overall experience was not the best Ive had when purchasing a new vehicle. Most everyone was willing and able to help answer questions and listen to our needs, but it became very apparent that most of the Sales team, especially the finance team was not interested in making sure we were completely satisfied. It appeared they were more interested in finishing their day and wanted to leave sooner than later.We appreciate most of the efforts made by the team, but ultimately probably not the place to come to if you want great service and attention to detail during the purchasing process from beginning to end.

I purchased a used truck a few months ago and love it. It came with a warranty and a service agreement so I figured Id be covered if anything went wrong. Understanding that not every service is included, I thought it would be best to call first when my A/C stopped blowing cold and see if it was covered by one of those plans.Nobody seems to know the answer. I get transferred from department to department and finally confirmed that only a service manager can answer that for me. One isnt available so I leave a message. After a week, I call and leave another message. Several days again and I leave another message but still no return call. 3 calls in 3 weeks and Im starting to get the hint that they would prefer I just give up and move on.Its been a hot summer and I should be enjoying this otherwise very nice truck but its almost unbearable in the heat. I guess they dont care about you once you leave and dont seem to honor the service plans you purchase. This isnt my first car purchase from them but will probably be my last, unless a miracle happens and they make this right.

Bryan was a cool sales person however I have been waiting for over 3 weeks to be refunded a $2000 deposit on a vehicle totally unacceptable do not put $ down. They also do not answer their phones it is on automatic hang up which is a joke. Having been their I know that the phone can be answered it is a choice

He and the manager worked with me and found the best option for me with my credit score and didnt try to jam anything I didnt want down my throat like other dealerships. For a car buying experience that is free of an overbearing salesperson, this is the place to go. I never imagined buying a car would be a fun thing but Ashley was amazing. She got me into a car that I am so pleased with and provided me with some valuable info. I have to admit I was pretty bummed when I realized I left my Ray Bans in my trade in but they delivered in that department too and I got back my sunglasses!

Took car in for check engine light and found out cam shaft seals had cracked and leaking oil on the oxygen sensors. In addition I needed new tires and an alignment. Big and shockingly expensive job but Brian Hubble was amazing and reassuring, really helping me through the process and finding options to help reduce some of the expense. He got me set up with a loaner car and communicated all through the repair process, even returning my car to me 2 days earlier than the estimate. Outstanding service.

The first salesman Ron was professional and welcoming upon my arrival. Thats where the demotions begin. The second Ron I spoke with (the unreasonable finance guy) introduced himself and upon further conversation condescended me and essentially refused out to further help me. Granted i have a unique situation, but he told me one solution and then darn newr the same sentence contradicted what he just had told me. Bottom line dont seek this company out unless you wear white flowing island pants like the finance giy, because otherwise your prolly going to get spoke down to and in the end not helped in any manner or with any semblance of customer service, at least from their finance guy. Completely unprofessional and i wouldnt recommend this dealership to a single person.

I brought my 2016 Forester in as the key was intermittently getting stuck in the ignition. The vehicle was no longer under warranty. They removed the shift lever to replace the erratic plate guide. Christian Zaradic contacted Subaru on my behalf to see if they would pay part or all of the repairs. This was my first time interacting with Christian. He was friendly, kept me informed, and made me feel important as a customer. I feel he went above and beyond what was expected! Kudos to Christian!

I just got my 2500 Laramie Mega cab and I love it. My salesman was Bobby and he was a great guy to work with. He was low key but extremely knowledgeable and before I left with my truck he took a lot of time making sure I was hooked up to bluetooth and understood many of the functions of the touch screen actions. If you go in ask for Bobby and you wont be disappointed.

I purchased a 2021 Forester Premium model for the sole purpose of the remote control temperature feature - would have gone with the base model otherwise.Of course when we received the call from service for vehicle familiarity, the feature was brought up because it did not work. We were told to bring the car in for service. Left the vehicle with service and received a call stating that the feature for the forester does not control vehicle temperature. Why would we need to bring it in to be serviced if it was not an included feature.We were originally told before the sale that the temp could be controlled in the app remotely. I am very disappointed that there is such a lack of familiarity with the starlink remote features on the dealerships part. I am looking into my sales contract since I have had the car for less than 30 days.

While I am happy with my truck, the process to get it took five hours. I had filled everything out online ahead of time, selected the truck, even applied and was approved for financing. Once I got to the dealership, I was made to redo all of the above as they said it wasnt in the system. I could pull it all up on my phone (which showed that that I had completed all the tasks). I also specifically called and said I needed to be in and out of the dealership, I live 2.5 hours from the dealer and so 5 hours in travel and five hours was just too much.

Mike Crane met me as I walked up to the door, he was great to work with! No pressure with the sale, listened to what I was after, then showed me the exact truck down to color and options I was after. The team got the deal done in about the time it would take to go out for a nice dinner, love the new truck! Thanks Mike!

The experience was fine. My only comment is that $116 for service on a vehicle that is practically new (one-year-old and 5500 miles) seems a little pricey. I can get my oil changed and tires rotated for much less than that elsewhere. In fact, if I get my oil changed at a quick change shop near me, they give me a free car wash.

Mike and Tyler were awesome! Went in to look at a specific used truck, left with a much better truck with literally no miles, within my budget! These guys are the best of the best! For me It’s a special one because in a package has a lift tire kits and it’s really sits high and the color is gorgeous! He completely honest and very patient he answered all our questions and very helpful, he also taught us every single functions and features inside. We appreciated the easy buying process and would recommend this dealership to anyone.

They told me I was pre-approved for a Jeep renegade with no down payment, after telling Bobby several times I do not get paid until the 1st, if there was going to be a down payment. I get here and they show me a 2014 Kia Soul with a $1000 down payment. Horrible sales tactic. Just wasted $40 on Ubers. Whether my credit is bad or not, don’t lie to get a potential buyer. Everyone’s your buddy, when they want your money.

Was notified by email our Outback’s Starlink system needed a network upgrade. Dropped vehicle off at scheduled time, Christian checked me in, all work was done within promised timeframe (it was a significant job). Our Subaru doesn’t go anywhere else for service.

They made it right. Upgrading review. Oil grime or grease on the interior roof of the car, probably from a mechanics hat or possibly they touched it.
