Bought my 07 accord there. They have the cleanest, most reliable vehicles. They dont hound you. They give you the freedom to look around. If you have questions, they are there to answer them. Highly recommend them if your in search of a reliable vehicle! Will only do business with them from now on. My fiance even purchased a vehicle from them when I bought mine.***Update*** Havent even made it to my first oil change. Drove the car 1,500 miles before oil light came on. Took it in, to find out it was 3 quarts low. Engine bearings are shot! Im going to have to have the engine replaced. Spent $4000 on vehicle, now not even 1500 miles later, Im going to have to spend another $3k+ What a rip off! Never again!

I bought a red 1990 Corvette a couple months ago. I want to thank this highly professional, ethical and honest used car dealership for everything. My car was clean, priced reasonably, had a car fax and more. I normally would have had the car checked out before buying it, but I felt very comfortable taking the car anyway. It came with 30 day warranty. No dealer would offer that if they sold junk. I waited to write a review just in case the car broke down. I only had wiper problems, and called them. They provided just as good service after the sale. I’m super happy with my sports car!! And, out of the blue, they mailed me a 1990 Corvette Owners manual! I will go back the next time I need a car.

Purchased a 2006 Honda Element in November. I would have to say hands down the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Sally was transparent through out the entire process. I worked with Ryan in some issues which he personally resolved and dropped my car back to my house. I did not buy a vehicle here I ended up going private party. But I came in to look here and gentleman in the office I assume was the owner was very nice helpful. Answered all of our questions we were looking for a van and they only had one but it was a nice van at a pretty good price. What I really like is they have the Carfax available on each vehicle so you dont need to spend your own money double checking facts. If Im looking for a used car in the future I will definitely stop in here and check it out and will recommend this place to my friends.

We have been looking for a Lincoln Navigator L, black on black 8 seater with 4x4 for a just over 4 months! After years of saving for this car we knew we needed to make sure it was just the right car and exactly what we wanted !! We had found a few in the past but never had the right feel or fit with the sales team. When we contacted Kirk and Kelly at Dunn Deal they responded right away. Not only was the car a couple states away we had never seen it or took it for a test drive.... Kirk had the car inspected by his mechanic confirmed the car was in excellent condition!! They were so communicative, reasonable, and positive that it made our purchase easy!! They organized the shipping and within a couple of days the car was at our home! We are so impressed with the car we bought. It truly was in excellent condition and we are very thankful to have had such a great sales team to make our dream come true!

The owner was very nice and helped when I asked for it. Unfortunately my experience wasn’t the best. Was having some issues with the car and he had his mechanic look at it. Said it was fine. So I went home. The sounds my car were making were getting worse (within a matter of days from having his mechanic look at it) so I took it into a different place. The sway bar, end links, and bushings were in such bad shape. I wouldn’t have been so mad if he had just been honest with me and said they needed replaced. I do love my car, but I’ve put hundreds of dollars into within 4 weeks of purchasing it. :( which is a bummer. It’s been very stressful.

I really have had a great experience with these folks, they were straight with me from the minute I walked onto their lot. The car I chose is a 2013 Subaru and has a lot of miles but they showed me a thorough carfax report and I really love the way it handles.So most warrantees for used cars run out after 30 days from purchase. Thats standard anywhere. I had the car for a few weeks and I started having overheating issues. I took the car into Dick Hannah and was told my head gasket was bad, needed replacing and they quoted me a price of 3500 dollars.I was past my 30 days by about a week I guess, but I decided to call Dunn to see if they could help me. They had me bring them the car, gave me a loaner and took my car to their mechanic who did the whole repair for a very reasonable price, and they paid half of it. They did not have any legal obligation to do this. The professional integrity of the people at Dunn is why they get a 5 star rating from me.

We went there looking for anew Honda. They got us into the car we wanted with the right deal. Really nice people and no typical car dealer BS. Once we found the car we were out of there in about 45 minutes. Awesome people and a wonderful experience. We will definitely deal with them again for our next car.

They bought a trade in from me, never did the DMV paperwork when they bought it or sold it to someone else. Now its towed and I have a lien against me for a car I sold to them. Incompetent or complicit? You be the judge.

Normally I loathe/hate/dispise salespeople because of their pushy tactics, so I hesitated to even stop in here. Boy, am I glad I did!My husband and I were able to check out the cars for about 15 minutes before a sales person came out to ask if we needed help. I know that they were watching us from inside, but since we were going from car to car, they gave us our space. They let us test drive the cars without accompanying us, which allowed us to really check out the car and speak freely about the pros and cons without the awkwardness of a stranger being part of our conversation. They printed the CarFax report of the cars of which we were interested to help us make an informed decision.When we made our selection, the sales staff were so courteous and helpful, and gave us a fair trade in on my minivan.I highly recommend doing business with Dunn Deal. I honestly believe you will enjoy this breath of fresh air experience with their sales staff!

I was vary picky about what i was looking for in my next car because I really enjoyed my last car which i had also purchased from them.Long story short my car had been totalled by my insurance company due to dumb a** drunk driver who hit us on freeway, super sad to lose my low miled clean saturn vue. So in freaking out about needing a car robin and his dunn deal team where able to get me to look at a car that was somwhat similar to the car i had. This car is alot more car then i had but had all the main things i was looking for small suv,good on gas, sunroof, heated seats, awsome car im really enjoying my Volvo xc60 so thank you to dunn deal team for making a bad situation alot better to go through. My wife and I have purchased 3 cars from dunn deal. Robbin and kirk helped us when we purchased a ford flex. Unfortunately we ran into some overheating issues with our car but Robbin was right on top of it and took care of the issue. The 30 day warranty that is offered is the real deal. Thank you. While the flex was in the shop my wife fell in love with a Saturn vue and had to have it, well wife is happy and 1 year after the purchase it was still a great suv. We were recently involved in a hit and run that totaled our saturn and went back to dunn deal, we saw a nice volvo suv and had to have it and now its in our driveway. Working with Robbin and Ryan this time around they were able to work with my damaged credit and still got us approved. Thanks for all your hard work, we will be back.

We bought a explorer sport trec from them last week. We decides to go with purchasing the sport trec from Kirk even though we were a little concern about the check engine light that turned on when we test drove it. We drove other sport trecs same year and mileage around town and this vechile was better priced, and better condition. Most of all Kirk and his staff seemed nice and no perssure. Kirk informed us what the check engine light was and if it turned back on for the same reason after we purchased it (within 30 days) he would fix it at no cost to us. It turned back on, turned out the catalytic converter needed to be replaced. Kirk had us bring the truck back in, even offered us another car to drive while they repaired ours, which didnt take much time at all. Over all, super impressed with them. Still feel like we got a great deal and would refer people to them.-Tara

I had an amazing experience here. Ive lived in Vancouver my whole life (23 years old) and i drove by this place everyday, I swear.. They always had a nice selection and kept it roatating which, as a daughter of a mechanic i know is not easy.. After my accident i needed a car. So i went to a few places and was driving down st johns and realized i havent checked the place i saw most! So i go there, well here.. And test drive a couple cars. I ended up getting a super quality 2002 nissan maxima at a really good price. I honestly didnt even ask if they could go lower.... I was so happy with it i wanted to pay full price for it.. And a few days go by; the check engine light comes on.. Again as a daughter of a mechanic, i know it could easily be a sensor or vapor lock from the gas tank... But i take it back to them, as it had only been a few days. And mind you it JUST had a 150k mile service done so i was kind of surprised but didnt hold anything to it really... So when they told me they would take it in and look at it at no cost to me i was so relieved!! Good thing it was a sensor and some debris in the screen.. Nothing too big. They were so nice and welcoming. I came in looking for a hybrid but i ended up with a 3.5 v6, and i couldnt be happier!!! These people are awesome! Has a homey feel to it compared to any other dealership ive visited. Thank you Dunn Deal!! You guys rock!
