Never in the history of my car buying experience have I ever enjoyed the experience until I purchase a new vehicle from Carr Auto Group last weekend. In fact, I enjoyed it so much, I sent the salesperson (Jeremy Cruz) and finance manager (David Shepherd) a note afterwards thanking them and telling them each how much I enjoyed the experience and meeting them. I was given space, I was listened to, there was no pressure, I was directed where I wanted to go. I found the perfect vehicle, I got a fair price, the financing process was easy and efficient. The individuals and the dealership have continued to give me great service and have been extremely responsive. I went out on the spur of the moment to look and am so glad I did. I have also never said this until now, I look forward to future service, maintenance and vehicle purchases at Carr. I am one completely satisfied customer.

Great dealership with great customer service skill, and exceptional knowledge of the business. We were treated with great honor, and the general manager Mr. Josh as well as the other manager by name of Travis were outstanding people. Traci was our salesperson. She is great and she is very attentive and professional. Everyone in this dealership were great people, and we highly recommend others to go there and do business with them. Purchased a 2020 Acadia Denali from Adam Gates (JAN 22, 2021)--- The transition was smooth w/o pressure sales. Sale manager was very helpful w/ some insurance issues w/ previous vehicle.. Took the time to sit down and explain/clarify things. Financial closer was very friendly/fast and courteous. It was a pleasant experience. We are very satisfied w/ the product and the price. Just purchased a new GMC suv and certainly the most seamless process in purchasing a car ever. Good price and great service. We came to pick up our vehicle and could of been gone in about twenty minutes but we sat around and talked about all the features of the new GMC. Scheduled maintenance. Work was completed more quickly than promised. Work was done correctly. Service advisor was profficient and knowledgeable. Service tech was competent and efficient. The cashier was personable and knowledgeable.This was was first visit and it was nice. The dealership is clean. Not alot of frills but old fashioned quality service. Booked online. It was easy enough to do.

I located a car on another website that was at Carr. I called, and Geraldine quickly answered a couple screening questions I had. When we arrived later, and another person pointed her out, she immediately greeted me by name, showed us the car, answered all our questions, and helped the purchase go pleasantly and smoothly. She answered questions readily during the test drive, so smoothly it wasnt at first obvious she was locating and reading the answers, as the car was another make from the Buick/GMC/Cadillac lines the dealership sells new. Kudos!
