Joshua and Alex made this process not only east but enjoyable. Even with a tough market right now, we were still met with warmth and flexibility the entire time - including during trade in and price negotiations. Most of all, no one treated my partner disrespectfully or with misogyny (unfortunately happened at 3/5 of the dealerships we went to). We were in and out within 3 hours with the car of her dreams. Joshua McDonald was fantastic to work with and found the right vehicle for me despite low inventory. Brian in finance advocated for an excellent rate that made it possible for me to stay within my budgeted car payment. Joshua buffed out some marks the car had on it before driving to the location my trade in vehicle was at, saving my family an annoying circular trip. I was disappointed when I noticed my new car was delivered with only a quarter tank of gas, but that was the only downside of the whole experience.
The team here is seriously amazing. As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted, told the gentleman who I was looking for, and he said he’d go grab him. The person I had made the appointment with wasn’t there, but a very nice young man came out to talk with me instead. He grabbed my daughter and i waters and explained they were a little short staffed, but that someone else was going to help him take care of whatever I needed. As I was waiting he checked on me a few times constantly communicating with me to make sure I didn’t feel forgotten. The second gentleman who was helping (Waldo) saw us through the rest of the process. I told him what I was looking for and he found a few cars I wasn’t so sure about. I never felt pushed into buying either of them. I said no and we moved on to something else. The finance process was smooth and the same, I never felt pushed in to anything. If I said no, that was it and we moved on. They got me in to my “new to me” car in a few hours and I couldn’t be happier with the whole process. Thank you 🙏🏻

Ive had nothing but terrible experiences since purchasing a certified car here. They say they will call you back, they dont. They did a warranty repair on our seat and left out a part that makes the seat heaters work. The salesman was slimy and I think we payed too much for this car that was sold to us dirty and stained upon closer inspection after the purchase. So disappointed. Never buying a car from them ever again. Lesson learned!

Run away from this dealership. They have shyster salesmen who will say anything for a sale. We were told to get the protection plan because it would replace our windshield should it need to be replaced. Those were the words that came out of our salesperson’s mouth. However, when I needed to use the protection plan I was told that it only repairs chips. Calls are not returned and it is very frustrating dealing with anyone there. Do not believe in any words that come out of their mouth. This in NOT a company that “Believes in nice.” Will never use them again. They will rip you off!

We were so pleased with the sales representative we lucked upon in Gavin. He truly listened to us, showed us our options on similar cars in stock, and worked hard to get us the best car that met our needs and wants. He is knowledgeable, respectful and was a pleasure during the hours we worked together. Harry was likewise knowledgeable and helpful, as well as personable. The only negative was the $3000 dealer fee! That was a definite shock and if it hadn’t been for the fact there is a shortage of cars out there we probably would have shopped around, as normally there is room for a little negotiation! But I didn’t want to take off a full star since all else was so positive.
My husband and I came in yesterday looking for a vehicle, after experiencing an unpleasant experience at anther dealership in Vancouver. This experience at your dealership was very uncomfortable and unpleasant. The salesman Josh was very good and polite and listen to what we were looking for, but unfortunately your finance guy was trying to sell us a vehicle we didn’t want, and was trying to convince us to buy a vehicle we didn’t want with higher payments then we can afford. The car payment he was trying to sell us was $500 a mo, we said we can’t afford that, he said “it’s only $250 a paycheck “ (really is this how your company dose business trying to get people to buy a car they can’t afford. Come on that’s wrong on so many levels) I’m so beyond disappointed with your company. I will discourage anyone from going to your lot. I can’t believe your finance guy was trying to set us up for failure. When a customer says that’s too high of a car payment for us, then you need to them. Also when a customer says I don’t like that vehicle to try to convince them to buy a vehicle they don’t like or want and this is how your finance guy was saying to us. Buy this car now build your credit and come in a year and trade it in, well I’m not Dum I know how this works . We would be upside down in the vehicle and owe more then it’s worth and not be able to get anything in a year. And the car we were looking at was $23000 that we wanted he said he couldn’t finance us for that, but yet he could finance a car for more money that we didn’t want?? Needles to say very bad experience at your dealership!

It was relatively pain free as far as a car deal goes! No more than 2 hours to get all the paper work done! The sales and finance person were very competent and knew their jobs well! As far as the dealership it was clean and well organized!All in all a very pleasant experience! I would recommend them to any one that wants a Honda!

After an oil change, I noticed a clunk clunk on the way home. I was afraid to drive it so they sent a technician to my home 35 miles away. She did a preliminary check to make sure it was safe and I followed up with a visit to the shop. After my car was on the rack, they found a loose mud guard . They spent a lot of time tracking down the problem. I am really impressed they sent some one to my house to make sure it was safe to drive. Thank you.

This dealership did not respect me or my time. They also provided incorrect information on a few different levels and did not follow up.I was told by Jose Trujillo that i could come in and put 10% down to hold a vehicle. When arriving Jose was not available for the appointment and directed me to speak with Josh Mcdonald. I explained the situation and waited 20 minutes before being informed they would be upcharging $5,000.00 or $10,000.00 extra over msrp. I wouldnt have taken a half day off from work and drove 1 hour each way if this was communicated. I explained this to Milton the sales manager, but he never did anything to make it right. Also the finance manager laughed at me when I expected to pay msrp. I mean thats not very professional.
The most pleasant experience Ive ever had at a dealership. EXCEPTIONAL customer service, Shannon, whom helped me find my perfect car was understanding and patient and worked with exactly what I told her I wanted/needed in a car. She also made sure that it fit within my budget perfectly. I couldnt have asked for a better experience! I would give a 10 star rating if I could! All thanks to Shannon!
Better communication from advisor would greatly improve experience.Was originally told it would take around 2 hours since i arrived about an hour early. expecting this it was not a big deal since i planned to go to store near by to kill the time. But waited for 3 hours for standard oil and inspection,. 2hours 20 min later i text the advisor through the text i received when i checked in asking for status update and never heard anything back.2 hours 45 minutes finally advisor was at her desk but had to ask in person to get a status update . ....for a routine service this took way too long, but could have been improved with some simple communication through the system they are using for texts . since i would have walked around the area more, instead of thinking i needed to come back after two hours to get status in person. Advisors and all staff where friendly and helpful though, facility was clean and service was done well. I might consider doing oil at a fast lube place for normal oil changes due to time and communication though.

Was notified my car was checked in. Told it would be about 1 1/2 hours. After waiting over 2 hours I looked where the cars that are finished were and mine was sitting. No one gave me any updates and they knew I was waiting. Normally I get text messages about the progress or if they need me to approve or decline service but I am still waiting. The person who was to check my car in had still not ever spoken to me. This was some of the poorest customer service ever.On a good note, my tires I had purchased there with a 60000 mile warranty need to be replaced at 27000. While typing this message I heard back from Natalie and they are prorating my tires so I get my new ones next week. Natalie saved the day, she was the person who finally helped me while I was waiting on my car without any answers.
Marissa & Alec were amazing! I knew exactly what I wanted & Marissa was so knowledgeable & sweet! She even helped give our one month old his binky on the test drive. By far the worst car buying experience I have ever had. We had to go back to the dealership 5 separate times because they kept changing our deal and they refused to give us the most up to date copy of our paperwork, including what services would be provided in the maintenance plans that they forced us to attach to our vehicle. When we did try to use some of the services included in our contract it was like pulling teeth trying to get them to take care of what they had agreed to do. Steer clear of this place.

I have a pending deal - everybody from square one has known what is going on the entire time and after days of dragging me through conversation after conversation we reach a deal. I’m scheduled the next morning to come into the dealership to “finalize” paperwork. We sat there for 45 minutes while they fumbled around with my trade in title which they knew from the beginning would not be deliverable for up to two weeks. After repeatedly telling them that I attempted to get it myself, I was forced to drive over to the Vancouver licensing office with Luis and have them at the counter tell him to his face. When going back to the dealership Louise tells me that everything is approved and good and he’s just talking to the manager. 35 to 40 minutes later comes out with sorry we have to wait until next week because of that title thing.The same title thing that everybody knew from the very beginning and I have multiple messages about stressing that it will not be a problem. The wait for a title when purchasing form a financial institution is often longer and they do it all the time. Super dissatisfied. I can’t wait to see what happens next weekI had to juggle my two less than four year old kids for over two hours, and bring them home screaming out of sadness. We live an hour away so add the drive time and the gas today has been an awful awful day.——————UPDATE:After stringing us along all that time running our credit and all of the headaches, anger, and literal rage that I experienced, they sold our van out from under us, this being after I offered to take my trade in off the table and pay the cash difference. I hate these people. I cannot wait to share this experience with everyone I know, and update those who have been following our story. Thanks for nothing Louise!
Shannon Burris and the rest of the staff were extremely helpful while browsing, test driving, and selecting cars. The actual sale of the car felt pretty reasonable as they were willing to bend and negotiate to my needs and used the kelly blue book prices while offering multiple resources and directions for helping make a decision.
Gavin was on top of his game, he helped from beginning to end, and I was very comfortable with him. He made sure I new everything about my new vehicle and I was making a great decision.
When a sales manager throws his arms in the air to our sales man and yells be nice to them making fun of there own slogan. We couldnt get out of there fast enough.
I really wish I had a good experience. I wanted so badly to buy. I came in and spoke with Gavin. He quickly showed me a few cars after asking just a question or two of what I wanted. When I found one I liked I wanted to test drive it. HE started driving it and I had to ASK if I could drive the vehicle I wanted to purchase. We get back to lot and I wanted to know how much I would get on my trade in. All Gavin wanted to do was have me start filling out applications. I wanted to know how much I would get on my trade before I made a huge decision on a big purchase. The KBB trade in value of my car is $12-13k. Well Gavin comes back and tells me theyd give me $10,500. I told him I cant do that and his exact response was well is there anything else I can do for you today not asking me what Id like for my vehicle or anything! If they were to offer me a fair amount on my vehicle I would have walked away with a brand new vehicle yesterday. Instead Gavin just let me walk. Not a very good salesman at all. No personal questions until I started a conversation on the test drive because half the drive was awkward silence. Man I really wish someone else would have greeted me in when I walked in.
Gavin was excellent he really went out of his way to get us into something we were comfortable also in our expect budget. I highly recommend him to anyone.
We were led on to believe we were getting a brand new car for a great deal but instead, we were shown the demo car. When we pointed out the car has a dent the sales person told us all the new models come with it and that it’s a part of the new styling. When we looked at another on the lot it did not have that dent and the sales person back pedaled quite a bit. They also did not give us the correct tax and fees information even though we gave them our zip code. The taxes and fees turned out to be more than what the sales person had proposed and feels like it was done on purpose to be able to offer a lower price and get us into the dealership. The entire process should have taken no longer than an hour since it was a pre-negotiated price and I have tried to make it very clear on the expectations a number of times to avoid having to spend a lot of time there. Overall the experience with the sales person was horrible and will not work with them for future sales again.
Harry in finance and Juan in sales are great!I came back to trade in my car and get a new car. They made the process so easy and seemless. Juan spent all day helping my sister and I, we both left with a new car. Harry goes above and beyond to help, he explains things so well and really makes a big decision seamless. I was able to get an appt with the service dept. within a few days of calling. They also do drive ups if you dont have an appt. Ive been to other Honda Dealerships which have much nicer amenities & interiors as well as being more efficient. A simple oil change took over a hour. Luckily there are places within walking distance that can keep a person busy ( ie; Target, Barnes & Knoble ) & fed ( fast food )

I was in contact with Allison Barnett and she lied about what they had in stock. We went to see the Ridgeline she claimed to have so we could take a look. It was not in stock, it was in port and had almost an extra 3K of extras that we specifically asked about and she said it didnt have any extras. She invited us to come take a look at a car that wasnt available.

On 03/14/2021 I brought our van for an oil change, tire rotation, and multi point inspection. My husband marked the tires so we’d know if they really rotated them. Once home, he checked and they hadn’t been! Paperwork said they had been. Also, paperwork noted multi point inspection was not requested. When asked at check in, I said I wanted everything done that my coupon covered. I called on Saturday and was promised that a manager would call me this morning. No one called. I also texted twice to the lady who checked me in and no reply from her either. Now I wonder if the oil was even changed.
I had a very traditional greedy car salesman experience. It was a reminder why I hate car shopping. I had called beforehand to let them know than I am a young single woman and that I really do not want to deal with any bs. However, I felt like I was trying to be taken advantage of when it came to buying the car…wanting me to pay thousands over the car-fax value and pushing me to finance. Also, made several comments about my age and gender. Their sales and management team lack professionalism.
Everyone who help me get a car was awesome and didnt push me to do anything, and they gave a laid back comfortable vibe. I really appreciated that because I didnt get that from the last place I got a car.
