Brought my vehicle in for service, scheduled online three days prior. Online scheduling was pretty easy. Showed up a few minutes prior to my scheduled time and was greeted by friendly service staff. I waited in the customer lounge for the service work to be completed. The customer lounge as well as the restroom were well kept and clean. The lounge had a couple of tables and several power plugins so I was able to work on my laptop while I waited for my vehicle.

I had such a smooth and great buying experience here with Brian Cortez. Everyone was nice and smiled but Brian went over the top and provided knowledge and was very honest. He took the time and showed me all the luxuries included in my 2021 grand Cherokee and made sure it was what I wanted it. Will definitely be back!

It was an overall great experience Curtis the salesman was excellent salesman, very informative and honest. He explained and showed me all the features on my new jeep. The process was very easy to do and I liked that. It had been a long day for me as my dog was in the vet. The only thing I did t like or notice was that I was charged for anti theft for the vehicle and nobody explained why that was put it. I didnt need that or want that as I have good auto insurance coverage. $500. Is hefty price for that most likely will never need otherwise it was a very good experience. Salesman Curtis was awesome and great sales manager. I would definitely go back again.

The phone call was very well managed and we were able to get an appointment for the next day. We were kept informed about the progress. We really trusted our service manager Jeff because he was very open and honest.

My dads jeep has been in there a month now and they keep saying it’s gonna be done this day and keep pushing it out. It was supposed to be done last Tuesday than they tell us Wednesday or Thursday and then Friday we go there Friday to check in on it because no one was returning his calls or texts. When we get there they proceeed to tell us that “the tech that is or is supposed to be working on it said it’s gonna be next in line” and won’t be done till next week. they just jack you around and he’s not very happy. Just wish they would have the decency to actually tell him what’s going on with his jeep. Try to avoid dealerships for repairs they jack you over bad.

Shout out to Scott, my service manager, for getting the 2 recalls done on my Viper. Unfortunately, my dash panel was damaged during the recall work and they also forgot to wire back up the charger port. Without skipping a beat, Scott got the really hard to find part within 24 hours, when all indications were it was going to take a week or more, and had me out of there the next day. All in all, it was annoying that I had to come back to get the panel installed, but the work was done, without any hesitation on their part to take care of it for me and I really appreciate that they stepped up to the plate and followed through.

Everyone was super nice and knowledgeable and they made sure to work with me.

Oh man Brian C was a hugdge help when it came down to looking for something suitable for my regular commute all while keeping my family in mind. He was supper helpful when it came down to explaining and answering any questions I had. He made my perchace as smooth as possible and made the night for my family and I. I went in to simply have my door looked at. The door lock was not working properly. They were busy so they asked to schedule an apt for following week. I agreed. I came in, they were very kind. Got me a lift home, then got a call saying a sinple lock fix would cost me almost $800...shocked, I informed the tech I had an extended warranty. He looked into it and let me know this part was not covered. Upset now, I declined service. Why did I pay for a warranty if a primary safety feature is not covered? No way was I prepared to pay that much for the job. Then I was told it would be $165 when I picked up my car because they charge per hour just to look at it. Another shock. The tech was kind and waved the fee.Overall, I left knowing what is wrong with my car, but no better off than when I started. Left my car at 930, picked up around 130pm. Will never purchase a warranty again! I would have given 1 star if I had to pay for nothing to be fixed. But staff were kind and ultimately the problem was not their fault. The system ripping off the people in another way. Plain and simple!

AVOID! I am looking for a new Jeep Grand Cherokee L. I had previously gotten a price quote from an out of state dealer on a whim. They quoted me approximately $2000 under MSRP as I would order it, with $1000 as a refundable deposit. But, I wanted to do business here locally. I went for a test drive at DH and loved the vehicle. I asked for a price quote for the exact same specs. They came back more than $7000 over MSRP with needing a $5000 cashiers check as a down payment. Absurd. Same freight and prep fees. I was shocked. I will be buying out of state.

I set up an oil change appointment for 1 pm and mentioned using a coupon from their website. they accepted the coupon and i went home to wait for my service to be completed. at 5:30 pm (!!!) i received a call from the service technicians trying to deny the coupon i used AFTER service was already performed. i had to direct them to their own website to confirm the coupon was valid for my oil change. they tried to charge me $185 for a $100 service. DO NOT TRUST THIS SERVICE CENTER. if they lie about coupons, who knows what else they are dishonest about.

A little aggressive but backed off and did a very good job when I made it clear what I wanted. Roxy was a great rep.

My wife and I bought a used VW Passat from Bill Farra. He was fantastic to work with. We had to drive an hour to see the car. Bill went and found the car, parked it off to the side, and sent of photos to prove that it was there. The car was missing the owners manual. Bill said he would see if he could find one. I honestly never expected him to respond. He called the next day saying that he has the manual sitting on his desk for us. That says a lot about his integrity. If he gives that kind of attention to the cars from the budget lot, we will definitely look here for our future needs.

Sunday we stoped by Dock Hannah Jeep where we meet Our salesman Brian Cortez. He was friendly and full of knowledge. He was able to find us the right truck and for the right price. It was over 110 degrees out and Brian keep us in a cool place while he ran out in the heat to track down what we wanted. I would buy again if Brian was my salesman.

Details werent discussed about the service done. Had to find the service manager because he wouldnt answer me when I text him, as per his own request from the initial text message to me. Provided no documentation of the work performed or possible upcoming services needed. Thought I was going in for a due service, left with an expensive oil change... This was the second time I went to them, the second time I was disappointed. There will not be a third.

Probably be a 4 1/2 star review if I could. Over-all the appointment went well. Check in was very easy and they texted me when the car was available.They were willing to get me a Lyft ride home while they worked on my Wrangler, but the estimated work time was 1.5 to 1.75 hours, so I decided to stay..I guess the only reason I didnt give it a 5 star rating is that it was nearly 2.5 hours for the work to get done. I was in the waiting area and the Wi-Fi was spotty for me. I was trying to work during that time, and it was a challenge.The staff that checked me in and again checked me out are always great. I always seem to get an upsell on something, but I expect that, and it doesnt bother all the much.

I was told the extras (which I said I didnt want) were included in the Price.I thought he meant the price agreed upon, He didnt say he was raising the price by $4000! Ill never do business with these guys again, and I say to anyone who does. Be wary.

Had a bad experience buying a new Jeep. I thought the days of lying and manipulation in the car business were over. But they still exist here. I was told that if I ordered my Jeep from another dealer I would never actually get it. That was not true. Then another sales manager told me that I could immediately sell my new Jeep at auction for 10k more than I paid for it. Also not true. In retrospect I was the fool. But I still would never recommend this place. They do whatever they can to make every last dollar and bend the truth to do it.

My husband and I went in to look at getting me a new car. We had a salesmen named Curtis Sprague from the Jeep department. He was very helpful and kind. He worked with us to find me a car I absolutely loved. He even helped to us get us a price we wanted and needed. I always remember car buying an all day thing that was painful.
