So far so good... dealt with the service guys 😎under not-so-great circumstances from another dealership!😡 and these guys stepped right up to the plate ☺I got my car in and got it diagnosed....

I took my new one and a half year old Chevy Trax into the servicing Department. I needed the heater vent handles replaced. It took them five hours to tell me. I had to bring my car back the following week because they didnt have the two knobs they needed. I brought the car back the following week. Waited for an hour and a half for my car to be repaired. They called me up front I sign my paperwork they gave me my keys and set me on my way. Now Ill show you how they left my car. They left White residue all over the floor mats there was a liquid running down the front dashboard that had tried on there. The driver side armrest has white residue all over it. This is not how I brought my car in.This is not a job well done. This is telling me. After you sale the car to us. You just dont care anymore.....Yes I can clean it up. But thats not the point. What happened to customer service. What happened to caring about other peoples property.

Very clean. The service is excellent. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. The nice thing is if you say Im just looking they leave you alone and say if you need anything or have any questions please feel free to let me know. No high pressure sales. Wheelchair accessible and clean restrooms 👍👍

Their service dept used to be better but the customer service has gone WAY downhill. The woman that works there now is rude and condescending - while waiting for my oil change (which started 20 minutes late due to her incompetence) I had the opportunity to hear her act that way with multiple other customers. :(. I hope AWM pays attention and either gets he trained in customer service and interpersonal skills or moves her somewhere else where she can be more effective.

Today was a lot better than when I bought my vehicle there. That was a rough day.

We recently purchased a used vehicle from Alan Webb Chevrolet and an issue arose that made us think we had made a mistake in purchasing the vehicle. We returned to the dealership prepared to return the vehicle and Keith, the Sales Manager, graciously explained our warranty and it turned out that we were confused and all is well. We do not normally review online, but after being treated so graciously when in the wrong and confused deserves comment. You should check out Alan Webb in Vancouver when you are car shopping.

Went by to check out some cars. Test drove a car and looked at some others. The person who helped us was nice but seemed nervous, knowledgeable on some stuff but then couldnt answer our other questions.The gal who I was going to talk to to was unavailable. I was late for our tentative appointment she was helping other customers. I have to do some more research on what I really want. Ill be back though. It is a nice dealership.

Twice I brought my car in because of my AC. First time, coolant needed flushing. Second, the pump block was cracked. It still doesnt work and dont tell me the two are unrelated. But got to go back in so they can fix my AC.....again.

Recall work took 20 minutes and they have strong Wi-Fi. Wooooot!!

Worst experience, no repeat customer should deal with the run around and problems we are experiencing with the purchase of our new car. Go anywhere but here. The finance guy made decisions that were ours to make not his and we dont know how its going to get fixed.

I went to Alan Webb car lot to try to trade up my 2017 Miata for another 2018 hard top? My Miata only had 1,600 miles an it never seen a wet day on the road? I paid 32 or 33 thousand dollars for it an they offered me 23 thousand for it? The experience that I had with that car lot wasnt very good an l would never go back there and buy another car!
