Not to mention telling me my 750 credit score isnt good enough, how long will these scams continue. I just wanted a new car, not to have to wash off the stink of the lies, plant more trees . Will do my best to enlighten my circle as to your dishonesty. Funny how the owner response doesnt address the negative posts

We were in for a service procedure and have a vehicle evaluation after being contacted by the sales department who was interested in buying our car back or trading in on a newer model. J.R. was the sales rep doing the evaluation and ended up being our salesman. The process was simple and we are completely satisfied with the result. J.R. was very friendly and went the extra mile in our interest.

First off Ill start by saying the sales team at the Jeep office is absolutely fantastic! That being said its their service department that seems to be completely lost.I had my vehicle towed there after hours and my key placed in the night drop box. The next morning the service department contacted me to tell me they found the vehicle but could not find the key. After a few hours of calling the tow truck company and the dealership back and forth I decided to drive the hour away to the dealership to drop off my spare.When I got there I told one of the service staff that I was there to drop off the spare key because they had lost my primary key. At this time an employee with a desk maybe 10 feet away stated he had a random jeep key on his desk. Turned out it was my key.Keep in mind for the 3 hours I got told that they looked all over. They looked everywhere and couldnt find it. And it ended up being on a desk of one the service employees.So I drove a total of two hours for absolutely no reason. If they cant even find my key its hard to expect them to find the issue with my vehicle.

They say you buy a car, they give you the car all paperwork filled out and signed, then they call and say the bank has problems.2 weeks later what kind of bank. Does this dealership have, that approves you then declines.this happen to me, but it has also happened to at least 5 people i have known.

I took my car into the body shop for a repair to paint on the hood of my car. They did an excellent job! They fixed it in one day and it was back to being perfect again! They also went the extra mile to touch up rock chips on my hood without be even asking. The body shop itself is clean and they are very quick and efficient and everyone is so nice! I have dealt with the body shop multiple times and they always do an excellent job, with a short turn around! I so appreciate them and would recommend them to anyone that wants to buy a car, or needs a repair :)

Not bad, not good. Just run of the mill auto store. The one good thing they do have almost every used car you could need or want in one location. The one bad thing on average there used car prices are about 2k above everyone in the metro area.

Dont waste your time here. Typically sleazy salesman setup. I forget the sales managers name but I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. Head over to Acura of Portland for good service and great deals. Ask for Ernie. He is very professional and hard working. Two thumb down for the Vancouver dealership. 10 thumbs up for Acura of Portland.

Brought my Subaru in for service. Dick Hannah seems to have done a turnaround for the better in recent years. They do try to upsell you when you come in for service to get extra stuff done, but they dont pressure you. Easy to get an appointment and the work was done in one day with no issues.

Upon arriving the sales person was nice and professional and proceeded to show me the features of the Honda CRV that I was planning on purchasing. The finance individual proceeded to complete our paperwork. But when requesting a certain document be felt out in order for my registration to go through a certain way it was not and it was realized upon myself a few days later.Communication is definitely lacking in this dealership. I called on a Monday and left a message to be called by someone at the finance department and never received a call. On Tuesday I called again and the an initial woman answered the phone and sent out an email to the finance department and I did receive a Call back but was told I had to speak to the original finance person that I spoke to. On Wednesday I did not try to contact the dealership because I was trying to be courteous Giving time for my message to be received by the finance office but never received a call. Thursday morning I called with no answer and left a voicemail but did not receive a call by the afternoon so I took it upon myself to call the dealership again. Once the gentleman picked up the phone I explained to him the situation and requested to speak with the manager over the finance department. Someone who was not the manager answered the phone and was very rude with me while I was trying to get some answers the only decent thing he did was actually get my message to the original person in finance who did my paperwork when I purchase the car. Once I did speak to the individual I needed I was able to get clarifying answers to which they did apologize for the constant miscommunication and the fact it took a week for me to get the answers I needed and to reach them. However I never received a call back from a manager of any kind.Upon 1st meet I actually thought that I found a good dealership to do business with. After all of this I dont think that I would ever return.

Wish I could give them zero stars. Called for a price on a car they said they can’t do that over the phone they asked us to come in so we did. Then when we get there they won’t tell us the price of the car without running our credit so we said no. Then we asked about lease options and they said can’t talk about it until we run your credit. The guy finally told us the price of the car after I was leaving and they were marking it up 15k ! What?! I will NEVER buy a car from these guys ... ever! Thanks but even if it would save me 10k I’ll pay more somewhere else.

Went to the separate used car lot on 500. Our sales guy, Diante, was really nice and helpful. Found a car we liked. But, when it came time to buy, we had to talk to the finance guy, Ari. He wouldnt negotiate on the price. Our research showed a fair price about $900 less. They dropped the price $101. It was laughable. Left and bought a car @ another dealer. Dont waste your time if you want to get a good deal. Wont happen.

Ask for Bobby at the truck center who works for Tim Stone as a manager. If you come in with a price point they will show options and work to help you get what you want and the finance lady is great. Go to the truck center and ask for those three people, I cant remember the finance ladys name but they will work with you and get it done. My wife and I are very happy with our 2012 dodge caravan. Also we visited other Vancouver dealers before buying here, not sleazy sales people with closing lines pressuringyou to buy,people like Bobby and Tim make the radio ads right Believe in Nice, ask for Bobby he works for Tim Rock.

Fantastic service and friendly people! I drive all the way up from Oregon (about a 35 minute drive) to have my car lubed here. Not only was the car done when they said it would be, but they also washed and vacuumed it. Amazing. I was emailed a report of all their findings, which I found very helpful (theyd also informed me of some needed repairs while I was there).There is free coffee in the waiting room, along with a play area for the kids, two computers, and a nearby deli right in the building.I drive all the way up here because I cant get similar service, or service in close to what Dick Hannah provides. Another thing I love is that when I get there, I drive up outside the service bay doors, which then open so I can drive inside. I never have to walk through rain, snow, or ice!Ive never experienced my former dealers lies about things that needed to be fixed on my car at Dick Hannahs. They only tell me what things need attention, and thats all. Which is why I drive all the way up there to have my car worked on.The entire staff is super friendly and helpful. Thank you so much!

Found a used car on their website, called and made an appointment, took off early from work and drove 50 miles only to learn the car was not there. Wasted precious time before learning the car had been moved to their Portland dealership, then waiting for the salesperson to drive me there to test drive the car. The only bright spot was the excellent customer service by their title clerk Cecilia who had all the answers about what happens when an Oregonian buys a car in Washington.

Dick Hannah Subaru Vancouver, WAI am a previous owner of a new Subaru Outback V6 limited purchased when I lived in Massachusetts. I was very impressed with the integrity of the Subaru dealership and believe I even wrote a letter.I have been looking for another Outback V6. My first contact with Dick Hannah Subaru Vancouver was when I contacted them through their web page. I wished to clarify web page information as well as gain additional information to determine whether or not to visit dealership. This was to be a CASH purchase of a 2017 Outback limited V6. Based on what the agent said, I went to the dealer. What follows is the story and it certainly is NOT NICE. I would most definitely recommend avoiding this dealer. They made statements written/email and verbally that they then took back. The internet agent made statements (I have in writing) that the Sales Manager then denied. I had asked if I could either take the car to my mechanic prior to sale or post sale with a guarantee of full refund if anything serious was found with the car. The agent brought out the sales manager who assured us there was nothing wrong with the car, that I was wasting my money but he would agree to having my mechanic look at car as long as we took along a Subaru representative. SM said that this was because of the certification process....that I or my mechanic might remove components and replace with bad components. (Their web page allows for a vehicle to be exchanged with 5 days of purchase. This would seem to be contradictory of his statement regarding certification process). He asked name of mechanic, where the mechanic was located and approximate drive time. He said he would agree to this for a couple hours. My mechanic agreed to schedule a time so that the dealership representative could be present.I informed my insurance agent that I might be driving home a car from a dealership to be sure it would be covered for that brief period. I informed the Sales agent who asked me to advise him of time we would collect him. When I called in the morning told them the scheduled time. He then said he had to speak to his sales manager who then decided they would not allow it. I would never have gone in if they had not agreed. I would have left the dealership if the Sales Manager had not agreed to a mechanical inspection. This was to be a CASH sale of a 2017 Subaru Outback Limited V6. This was a waste of time for me, my son and my daughter who took the day off to serve as extra driver.I seriously believe there must have been a serious flaw with the car. They used high pressure tactics to try and get us to buy the car with out inspection and then agreed to let us take to a mechanic with the specific guideline that we must take a Subaru representative. If one values integrity of verbal agreement, or even an internet statement, AVOID this dealership.I would attach the copy of email promise and web page promise but there is no ability

We bought a fairly modest car and we knew we werent going to finance it. Lawrence was fantastic! He found us a better car than we thought we could afford, made it feasible, and stuck strictly to our budget, including tax and license!He even went to another one of their lots more than 20 miles away at night on a Saturday just to bring the car down for us to look at! It was a great car for the money, and he went way above and beyond to find something that he thought would fit our needs. Last week, I was in getting our car serviced. I was treated so poorly by Kelsey and watched her badger another customer. When I spoke up to help defend him; I was told to stop talking. Another older gentleman in the service waiting room also stepped up to defend me and the man being badgered! We were both told to stop talking and mind our own business.I shared this entire horrific event with the service manager, Cindy. I also told two other people, so far, about my terrible experience here and they also confirmed that they, too, have had bad experiences at Dick Hannah Vancouver.I will NEVER purchase a car nor have my car serviced here again.Shame on them for treating people poorly.

You should have a loyalty program because I have driven Kias for 14 years and to be penalized due to my purchase place was very inconvenient. Dick Hannah I believe is a great company yet this location needs to pay a bit more attention to their customers. I was standing at the counter waiting to pick up my plates at this location, all the staff kept looking at me but no one would get up and help me. They actually got up to sign for two packages that were delivered while I was standing there and never even asked if they could help me at all. Finally I had to call them on the phone while I was standing in there just to get so assistance. Very poor customer service at this location, they could all benefit from some customer service refresher courses!

From the moment I pulled up to the service area to the point when I drove away with my newly repaired vehicle, I received excellent service. Came in to trade up.my Pathfinder for a 2015 subaru so I could try to lower my payments.We get to the dealership and leave almost six hours later with something else.Sure it is my fault cause I signed the papers.No one told me that this vehicle with a sticker price over 29000 has a car radio in it no bluetooth,not able to get Sirius XM either.Anyway We get a 2018 journey,as much as I have to pay for one of the top stolen cars just really put me at ease.No one showed us around,didnt introduce us to the service people.Only got to look at 1 vehicle and I would not have picked a dodge.No food there,and we were there for long time.I am on disability and dont make that much.my payments are up there but now I have to spend another 500 up 1000 dollars for a infotainment system.Cannot believe the treatment my fiancee and were treated to.

Found a car...was told I better get in and buy it before its gone....I know I know...the old bate. Anyway waited 2 1/2 hours to pay cash for the car. They promised to fill it up with gas...actually have the text from the sales guy Tyler. Wasnt filled up. And no spare key...just sorry...heres one key. Friday night at 9 40 PM had to get gas in the pouring rain on the way home....so much for ever getting excited as an adult...ruined the whole new car feeling. We are in the market for another car this summer and we definitely wont do business with Dick Hannah Car lots again

Liked my salesman, not a fan of the repair center. Way overpriced. Dont fall victim to their warranties either. I bought a car at 62,000 miles and it didnt have any of the 60,000 mile check ups done. Ended up having to replace a bunch of stuff I should not have had to. Never buying from here again

Went here for the express service option of an oil change and tire rotation. They did the oil change but told me the tire roation was not necessary due to the condition of my tires. It was a nice surprise that I was not mislead or charged for something that didnt need unnecessary. The wait was short enough, fair prices, friendly service staff. To top it all off, the service manager herself came out to speck with me about some concerns I had related to my vehicle warranty & offered some complimentary services in order to assist me in resolving my concerns. I will definitely take my car back here!

My wife has taken her brand new vehicle in to have it serviced at least twice where the dealership failed to correctly locate and resolve the cause.The first time it would not start without significant effort (turn the key, chug-chug-chug-stop, chug-chug-chug then start process, this is for a brand new car). DHs service reps could see the problem and experienced it for themselves. Their service technicians however reported consistently that they could not find anything wrong. They eventually discovered it was a fuel pump problem and fixed it.The second time the car would not start. Their service rep then put the car in neutral, rather than park, and they were able to get the car started. Unsurprisingly their service technicians were unable to find anything wrong with the vehicle yet again despite the service rep having had to take the care out of park and into neutral to get the car started.Were currently consulting an attorney to determine what legal recourse is available to us. That it has come to our consulting an attorney is an indication in our experience of the the service available from this dealership.Another reviewer reported that they Liked my salesman, not a fan of the repair center. Beyond not liking them, were going legal. Its that bad. My advice would be to steer clear of them. The difficulties of ownership over the life of the vehicle is a huge part of owning one of their vehicles.

Not only is our BRAND NEW car in the shop every other month but now we just received a quote to replace faulty coil boots for 380ish dollars when Jeep sent out a bulletin saying they know the parts are faulty.Everytime we take the Jeep in for something we get some run around. Some new answer then we got before. EVERYTIME we have had an oil change they bring the car up without resetting the system and have to take it back again to reset the oil change light. I WOULDNT BE SURPRISED IF IT IS BECAUSE THEY ARENT EVEN DOING THE WORK!!So to sum it up Jeep builds new cars with faulty parts so you have to pay Dick Hannah to fix them a year in. I will be trading in this car ASAP and we will NEVER purchase from Dick Hannah EVER again!😡

I bought a truck Thanksgiving 2016. I was told by Rob there is a very detailed inspection of all vehicles that are going to be sold from the Dick Hannah Truck Center. Rob told me that if I ever had any issues the Dick Hannah dealership in Longview Washington would be able to address them. So I felt comfortable at that point in buying a vehicle from them. It was a 2010 Ford F-150 crew cab. Less than 24 hours after purchasing the vehicle I noticed that the drivers door speaker did not work and also there was a leak after doing some research I found that the leak is a notorious Ford issue coming from the third brake light I attempted to call Rob at the truck center to see if we can address these issues. After a number of days and calls I was able to get ahold of Rob. I was told it would cost me additional money to fix the door speaker and that the third brake light was not covered under any sort of warranty. So that led me to believe there was no inspections on my vehicle before the sale. So in February 2017 I noticed there was a transmission issue. Id only put 2000 miles on my truck . I took my truck to the Dick Hannah dealership in Longview Washington to see what was going on. After the dealership having my truck for a few days I received a call and I was told that they could not fix the problem but my warranty would cover it and they shipped my truck off to a local Ford dealership. I will never use the Dick Hannah dealership family again I am extremely disappointed by their salesman their service management and anything else with the Dick Hannah name

I was working with David to find a new Sorento but he was way too pushy and and kept calling me brotha acting like we were on the same page but I dont appreciate that it made me feel uncomfortable. I am not fully black and dont appreciate him trying to use my race or the color of my skin to agree on a car with him. I did not fill out a credit application even though he insisted because he made me feel way too pushed. I bought from Kia in Beaverton where they treated me way better and gave me an amazing deal. Maybe teach youre employees how to interact with people. Absolutely discusted.

I had air bag warranty work for my daughters 2010 Subaru Forester completed here. Greeting and explanation of the process was OK, just OK. I mistakenly gave them my email address and since then I have received a TON of unsolicited SPAM related to autos. They have even called me a few times asking to buy my daughters car. I cant speak to the quality of their work, but my limited experience there has been a complete turn off.

We took our business else where. They literally laughed at us after we explained to the situation to them.

I wish I could give this 0 stars... my husband and I have purchased 3-4 vehicles from Dick Hannah Dodge over the years and we were just looking into upgrading my Durango to the new 2018 with them until this happened...my Durango started having some electrical problems for example, occasionally when I try to roll up the windows it will roll them down and the back up light accumulated water for some reason which is due to poor design. The grand finale was when my husband used the auto start to defrost the windows on Christmas Day and the backup defroster started smoking and then the whole window shattered! My kids were really freaked out to say the least. I called Dick Hannah the next day and told them about the incident and their exact words were ok, what do you want us to do about it? Im thinking the obvious, get me an appointment to fix it! I swear their customer service and Service center sucks. I will be taking my business elsewhere for my new vehicle and they will never get a dime out of me. Luckily I have good insurance and they said they would replace it with no deductible. My concern now is this defect with the electrical wiring in this car for the time being.

Dick Hannah is a joke! I just bought a 2015 Chrysler 200 from a sleazy car salesman named Chris on the 2nd, today I get a call from the floor manager Garrett telling me that I need to bring the car back and my loan didnt get approved. So, I called Dick Hannah and talked to the floor manager whos name is Chris (different from the salesman) who is just an idiot, when I first talked to him he wasnt even talking about my deal he was talking about some other deal (that went bad im guessing). When I finally got to talk to him about my deal he did nothing to fix it or anything he said hes a professional and expects to be treated as such if anything this makes him unprofessional. The way everything worked out and the way I was treated is ridiculous. If you plan to buy a car here think somewhere else, I promise you that will be the best decision you make! YOU HAVE TO BE NICE TO BELIEVE IN NICE!

This review is for the corporate office. One of the worst customer service experiences I have come across.First of all when you walk into the building there are no signs that say they are located on the second floor. But thats ok (suite 200 is not too difficult to figure out)Then when you come upstairs there are two windows from the lobby area. We came there with my wife to pick up our license plates so decided to check out the accounting window. When we came up there was a woman standing with her back to us doing something on the counter. There were a few other women sitting in cubicles about 15 ft away from the counter. So we said hello, and the woman with her back to us turned, looked at us and went back to what she was doing. Then one of the women in the cubicles ask us what we needed, and the whole time she was just sitting in her seat 15 ft away from us.Thats what I call customer freakin service at its best! Ha!!Wish I never had to deal with this stupid corporate office!!P.S. We had the opposite experience at the actual dealership Acura of Portland. Great people there!
