Did a lot of research and found a great deal on a used BMW X5. I had already decided on the car I wanted and they had the best deal on what we wanted. Easily 3k less than comparable vehicles around. Overall experience was good. We had already decided we wanted to buy the car as long as it was in good condition. There was no haggling and only complaint was they tried to add GAP insurance at 900.00 without asking me. I put enough money down to not need this insurance so I had them remove from contract. While I got the exact car I wanted here I researched exactly what I wanted for months prior to contacting them. Here are a couple of recommendations to make sure your experience is good.1. Do research on comparable vehicles to ensure you are getting a good price. They had already lowered the cost of our car 4K from the original price so we did not need to negotiate. Just look up KBB price on dealer trade in price and I can pretty much guarantee that they did not pay over this price.2. Have your own financing pre-approved or tell them you do. Tell them if they can match your finance terms then you will use their financing. Every dealership makes money on the financing so they will always try and get you to accept terms higher then the best rate you can be approved for.3. Make sure you pay attention to additional items that can be included in your loan during signing. While GAP insurance or extended warranties might be what you want, the dealership makes big commissions on these items so they will always convince you that you need them. Never get an extended warranty on a vehicle that is still under warranty from the manufacturer.4. You can look up a vehicles maintenance records for free by using the mycarfax website. You just put the vehicles VIN in as one of the cars you own. While this wont tell you everything, it definitely will show you if the maintenance has been performed. A sales guy will always tell you that the car is perfect so this allows you to understand the maintenance habits of previous owner/s.5. Request Gilbert as your salesman. He was great.

Bought a new 2018 Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross for $17,400. They wanted to make room for 2020 models. It is a basic model, but not bad for the price. I gave them 4 stars for their attempt to sell it for a higher price. I told them I would walk if it wasnt for the 17400 price. Unfortunately, the tax was $1800 - Im wondering if I will be able to get some tax refund this year.

I had to charge my Kia Soul, and they allowed me to use their fast charger. Not only did they let me use it, but the techs were super friendly, and helpful. Definitely worth giving them some business, but absolutely helpful to have the chargers available! Thank you!!

This is a very good dealership with helpful staff. They even know a lot about electric cars and have them in stock. Alan Webb is part of the Costco car discount program for Costco members. Alan Webb is also great for non-Costco members. I highly recommend Alan Webb (Nissan or Chevrolet).For a month I searched in vain at various dealerships in OR and WA for 2018 or 2019 Nissan Leaf and Chevy Bolt EV so I could test drive them. Alan Web is the only dealer within 100 miles that has both Nissan and Chevy EVs and the only dealer that is EV knowledgable.

Alan Webb your service department is lacking. Couldnt get parts for my daughters Mazda 6 they said it was on back order and they would have to call manufacturers in Japan. Funny thing is Ford makes the motors in Mazdas went to Ford dealer they ordered the parts in and had it replaced same day. Great way to lose business Mazda and Alan Webb. Took the wifes Nissan to the Alan Webb Nissan in vancouver and they charged me 100 bucks for an oil change and filter what a RIP off. Do not deal with Alan Webb if possible

Never Again! I have three Nissan car and I will never have my car serviced here again. They are disorganized, dont have the training they need and the service manager is awful. the employees are all in a bad mood and dont care about the customers. I will be filing a complaint with Nissan about the botched recall on my car.

Older fella full of excuses and looking over the kids shoulder not letting him do his job. Micromanaging him. Uncomfortable for all of us

Too bad I can’t put 0 stars for them because that’s what they deserve! I have never experienced such horrible service and customer service from anyone the service department manager is awful rude unprofessional so if you have a problem with your vehicle don’t bother calling because your going to get yelled at and blamed for no reason and hung up on by the so called manager. I will be filing a complaint on them that rude customer service and awful car service is unexceptionable! PLEASE don’t waist your time or money on these people!

Helped a friend buy a car here and they sold us a used car that was certified and had 4wd with 3 different tires and the documents showed new tires. When we pointed this out they argued that even though the manual said it was not okay, and less scwabb said it was not okay, that we should just take it. Bad juju guys, just saying.

I have actually tried to buy two cars from Alan Webb. Last year April I agreed to buy an Outlander from them and when they couldnt find what we shook on, they stopped returning my calls.The second time was just this week. I went in Thursday the 25th and the Salesperson spent the entire test drive on the phone. Another salesperson was sleeping at his desk. I asked them to call me back Saturday and they didnt.I went in today to buy a Mirage. Chaz gave me absolutely terrible customer service. Tried to sell me a car with an empty tank and dead battery. When we had a discrepancy on the price he indicated the misunderstanding was my fault because he spoke more languages than me and has more degrees than me. Only do business with Alan Webb if you have no other choice. If then, do no business with Chaz. He also goes by Hermen just so we are clear.

Couldnt service my because they were to busy. Every time I come here it is such a pain. It is impossible to get into the parking lot, The service is semi unresponsive, there is also soap opera playing is the lounge, and they overcharge you. I ended up going to Gaynors Automotive to get my car repaired instead.
