Lane is a great salesman. This review is really for Lane. He was so nice, no pressure, no upselling. I had previously had some horrible times at other dealerships. I knew what I was looking for and didnt want to waste anyones time (including mine). Lane was a breath of fresh air and I bought my car from him.
People here stop what they are doing to greet you, answer questions- so nice to have a conversation again since Corona. A lady named Lee opened the door for me and asked if I needed help. I talked about my Tesla, which even though is not a Ford, she listened and asked me after about 20 minutes if I’d please let her bosses know if she is doing a good job. Well, yes, she is! Terrible customer service. Over the years Ive considered buying a used car herre, a few years later a new car, both times customer service was so bad I left and bought elsewhere. This time car had a recall so I took it in. Wont bore you with details but again worst customer service ever. Except for the techs. The techs are really nice and awesome.

This dealership and Monte Phillips in particular have significant integrity issues. Their word and business practices are worth nothing. Their integrity is up for sale and their customer services is only when it benefits them. There are lots of auto dealers... find another dealer that deserves your business.

The last time I went there to have my oil changed in my brand new 2015 Hyundai Elantra the guy responsible for changing my oil Forgot to add FRESH OIL after draining the old oil.Yes my engine seized 6 miles later and I lost my New Engine and they replaced it with a Refurbished engine.No they did not cover my rental car costs due to THEIR incompetence so the rental car cost was on me.

I had a recent appointment for service and a recall repair. I explained to Tim, my service writer, that we were leaving later that evening and I really needed my truck back asap. Tim gave me excellent advice. He said the recall for the door latches took quite a bit a time and the latches were only affected by cold weather. He suggested we do the recall at a later date. Even though I was an hour early for my appointment, they took my truck in immediately, performed the service and got me on the road in about 45 minutes. Thanks to Tim, I was able to get us loaded and headed out on our trip sooner. Ive always had great service at Vancouver Ford but this was above and beyond. Special thanks to Tim and the technician that did the work!

Traded in my annoying 2014 Fiesta for a beautiful 2015 Ford Fusion! Ive worked with Brian Meyer, Sales Rep, on both cars; he is great to work with. No push, no pitch. Also Jason, the floor manager, worked really hard to get me a good deal, and I ended up with a great car at a great price. I am so glad to be back in a Fusion again. I anticipate driving this car for many more years. I will not buy a car anywhere else.
Sales person was very friendly and polite, however the car was not as described and should not have been for sale at a dealer without repairs, the hood was dented and cracked hood release handle was broken and very difficult to open, it was physically painful to open, looked like the driver door had rubbed a tire of another car, battery had corrosion on it, hose clamp for cold air intake was loose and hanging,inside engine compartment was dirty and had white stains all over, white stains under all wheel wells and under side of car looked like the car had been in a flood, there was also some white stains on one inside door panel, the history report had only DMV transactions, no service history and no history of the damage to the front, it did have brand new headlights installed they looked nice, 1 tail light was burnt out but there were 2 per side, and 1 fog light was bad as well, doesnt someone other than a customer look at their cars? Kelly blue book only shows excellent condition for dealers, this car was fair to good under Kelly blue book private party, but without a vehicle history report or car fax I cant tell if any maintenance was ever done to this car.buyer beware.

Go in to have diagnostics done for a flat guaranteed fee only to have the service person say the mileage is too high we recommend a brand new motor without diagnosing anything told us to never bring the vehicle back when I asked him if they were actually going to do their job instead of come up with some lame excuse to charge me without doing any Diagnostics
I looked at both the Expedition and the Explorer. I really liked the Expedition and especially the trailer backing function. Crystal was a through and patient salesperson. Hopefully I will buy!?!
Although I did not buy a car and was just looking for some information, I had a young man named Kyle Stewart greet me at the Hyundai dealership. He was very professional and in no way pressuring me to purchase a Hyundai vehicle today. Fixed my gearshift problem same day... Like all dealerships, labor is expensive for a 5 dollar part. But with that said, problem was diagnosed and easily repaired. Happy with service!

Meet you at door. But service questionable. No papers after services. They use to have sheet telling specs. I dont know if Ford recall was taking care during this service.
Traded my 2011 Toyota in for a 2012 ram. Everything felt fine on the truck, it was raining out so I couldnt look at everything. 44k miles you figure everything should be fine from a big dealership. I drove off the lot and a day later noticed the breaks where sweeky. Come to find out the breaks needed replaced front and back. After further inspection of the new vehicle I noticed a gash in the rear tire, fog light out, and the rear cab light is out. I checked the oil and it looks quite dirty, you would think a place like this would run over all these things.. To top it off, 5 days after the purchase they called me saying I owed $270 on the payoff on the Tacoma I traded in. I brought up all the issues I had found to the manager of the store and he was quick to send me on my way after I had made the payment. I highly recommend staying away from this place. I will never do business here again.
Ford and Hyundai lots next to each other...i visited Hyundai and got all my questions answered by a very sweet and knowledgeable salesgirl named Trishia. We took a test drive and even talked about other car brands. She was very honest with her feedback and gave me private time to look over the car and think. In the end I had such a good feel about the car and Trishia as well as the mgr Jason that I decided to buy from them. 3 days later Im still feeling good about my purchase and do not feel i was pressured or manipulated in any way. I recommend them to anyone.
The people are nice but a little pushy. Basically if your not buying a car they slowly irritate you until you leave.

Overpriced and car was still visibly dirty after hand washing. There are other Hyundai mechanics in the area. Will go to them. Also, I have always been given issues with my checkout. This time my car wasnt ready for 20 more min and I was given the wrong key.

I brought my Hyundai Tucson in to the dealership to repair an exploded sunroof. After initial inspection, the dealer determined it was a rock that caused the damage and denied it under warranty coverage (a cursory search on the internet shows Hyundais are notorious for exploding sunroofs, FYI). The repair timeline was 9 days. Well, those 9 days came and went. Then it was 15 days. After 4 missed deadlines and over 3 1/2 weeks in the shop, I still do not have my vehicle back yet. And they would not offer a loaner vehicle, but did offer me a great deal on a rental. If you want your vehicle repaired within a decent amount of time, do not bother bringing it to the Vancouver Auto Group.
