Well, the Purple wasnt for us but OH MAN the Beautyrest Black Hybrid was everything we could have wanted in a bed and more! After a rocky start with my purchase, interactions with the store during the delivery process and dissatisfaction with the initial mattress choice, the Store Manager at this location, Vince smoothed out all the wrinkles of the experience and turned a dissatisfied customer into a happy customer. He took time to listen to my concerns and provide expert advice on how to purchase the right mattress for my needs. He worked to resolve my outstanding customer service issues (refund) as best best he could. Customer service is EVERYTHING and THE reason Ill return to The Mattress Firm again is because of this locations Store Manager.

My girlfriend bought a mattress here a few months ago and couldnt recommend Dan enough. I live down near Aurora, but since she had found such a great guy to work with after having shopped around a LOT, when it was my turn to buy a mattress I said why dont we just use your guy?Dan set us up. He was terrific.And he arranged to have it delivered down at my place 40+ miles away with no issues. BTW - even the delivery guys were terrific. I didnt get their names, but they were all sorts of perfect. They even took time to take my old mattress and boxspring to the garage and wrap them in plastic so I could transport the hand-me-down mattress to a friend.I hope there is some way this review gives a well-earned pat on the back to the delivery guys in addition to my enthusiastic endorsement of Dan. Im usually a pretty critical and frankly grumpy guy, and when it goes this way I have to say - Boy, I wish all of my major purchases could work this smoothly from now on!
