They’re extremely knowledgeable about sleep and the best mattress for your body and sleep style. Each employee is kind, welcoming, helpful, and engaging. JR was especially willing to go above and beyond to meet our needs. They have great sales and deals, as well. 5/5 stars, each time!! I went to this store looking to buy a mattress for my first apartment, knowing it would need to be shipped to another state and arrive by a particular date. I had a budget and let the guy know when I walked in. Jr was his name and he was super helpful, nice, and made it super easy to buy a mattress through them. Theyre super familiar with whats on the mattress market and helped me find the perfect fit while staying in my budget. There are so many websites you can buy a mattress from nowadays, but it is worth your time to go in store and have someone help you pick one out. Highly recommend this store!!!

This place you can try the purple mattress! We watched so many reviews on YouTube, but you want to give it a try in the local store. This store is supper good. They will give the same offer as what purple has online. But for sure they have much better delivery services. We don’t need to move the 200lbs package upstairs by ourselves:)

I recently stopped by to look at Mattresses as my current one has seen better days. I stopped in 2-3 times before making my decision and both Kyle and Rick were very helpful. Although I came in with the warning I may not be buying for several months, both men happily answered my questions and went over the pros and cons of the products regardless of my immediate interest in making a purchase. If you are considering a new mattress purchase, I would recommend the staff at this location.

He gave us his full attention and time, and we felt like we were getting the best product for our needs. He walked us through financing options and advised us of a discount we could receive because I am a healthcare worker. My wife and I had a great experience at mattress firm. Rich was great to work with and did a very good job explaining all the different options we had to choose from and was very friendly. We actually left the store feeling confident in the mattress we thought was best for us and ended up calling him back later that day to order. Rick started off nice, but after we inquired about basic pricing and mattress options, he became rude and uninterested. He tried doing “deals” that didn’t make sense and withheld information from us that we overheard the other salesperson tell another customer. We went to the American Mattress 2 mins away, was treated much better, and got a mattress there instead.

I have NEVER experienced the nastiness from Mattress Firm that I have today. It is apparently only this store, and in particular the “manager” (of all things) named “Rick” for whom I am in the process of contacting Corporate regarding his condescending behavior to a customer that has been experiencing a “run around” in regards to a $449 warranty I purchased with two of our 6 beds purchased from Mattress Firm within the past 8 years. I had hoped to get some help from the circular pattern from “4 Warranty”, but rather than kindness and understanding (which I DID receive btw when I contacted Bannockburn Mattress Firm and spoke with Steve as well as received Steve’s assurance that he would see what he could do but unfortunately for Steve, Rick is also his manager). After Rick told me he could not help me, rather than understanding my frustration, he proceeded to refer to me as “a real peach”, and further proceeded to laugh and mock my frustration rather than alleviate it. I am a business woman and I DO NOT appreciate this tone in general, especially from a male clerk of a mattress store and am appalled at this behavior. Not only would he not refer me to his superior at first, he continued to laugh at my frustration and belittle me. I was told he would not in fact, refer me to his superior, William Worley, but that William Worley would need to contact me and Rick asked me for my information. I am composing a letter to the Corporate Office. I am sure “Rick” will respond here to cover his tracks (as he attempted by calling me back and stating he was “sorry we got off on the wrong foot” but refused to accept responsibility for name calling and such on his second attempt and rather stated he wished to “not respond” when I offered him the grace to apologize...he did not). This is the type of service that one should avoid at all costs and why this “gentleman” is employed in a managerial position is beyond me. Buyer Beware. Especially if you’re a woman. It appears “Rick” has serious issues in this regard. Shop elsewhere.

I was in need of a twin box spring only. Within 45 minutes of the store closing I was able to pop in and take with me the boxspring that I needed. The sales man was very quick and brought the boxspring out to my vehicle. I was in and out in 15 minutes.

Clean facility impact on Covid-19 safety is apparent. Salesman, Richard Kingsbury, was very knowledgeable. He asked great questions on what we were looking for, our sleeping habits, thereby eliminating the need to view an intense amount of mattresses that were not the correct fit. He was not a pressure type salesman but rather a guide towards what we were needing/seeking. He could have easily guided us towards the most expensive mattress in the store but instead guided us to a mattress (i.e., Purple) that was the best fit for us.

Everything was very pleasant from the second we walked in until we checked out. The store was very busy and they made sure to greet everyone. Staff was very friendly we are very happy with our choice.

What a wonderful experience at this mattress firm location. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful. Worst mattress shopping experience we have ever had. Our order was quoted to take three weeks to a month and we placed a down payment. We were contacted on dec 10th to be told the mattress may be delivered the 19th. No other calls came through, we werent told anything else. No delivery happens, we call them up and they tell us it must be a mistake, the mattress will be coming later in the week. Currently today our order says delivered, so we call them again and ask what is going on. They now realized that there is still a balance on our account, SOMETHING THEY DID NOT NOTICE THE LAST TWO CALLS WE HAVE HAD, and stated the mattress wont be delivered because of that. WE HAVE BEEN FULLY ABLE TO PAY THE ENTIRE TIME, WE PLACED A DEPOSIT IN CASE WE WERE ABLE TO FIND ANOTHER STORE WITH THE MATTRESS WE WANTED THAT COULD BE DELIVERED SOONER. IT HAS BEEN OVER A MONTH AND NO MATTTRESS, A WEEEK AGO WE TOLD THEM WE WOULD LIKE TO KNOW THE ETA BECAUSE IF IT WILL BE MUCH LONGER WE WOULD LIKE TO CANCEL OUR ORDER. THIS IS A JOKE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We have no mattress and still they will not be able to deliver it! Do not waste your time with these sales reps, they dont know what they are doing.

He got me a phenomenal price and even had it delivered the next day!! I couldnt wait to sleep on my new bed and he did what he could to get it to me asap!!When the delivery guys arrived, they were professional and very friendly...and fast!! They even had a delivery appointment available that afternoon.We slept on our new mattress on the evening we bought it, and the things was perfect.
