This gets a 1 Star just because there wasn’t anything less to give them. I recently just bought a sleep number mattress I would say not even 2 Days ago. Had a GREAT experience at the sleep number I purchased my bed at but, I was walking around in the mall and realized there was a store in this mall and I went to ask a question in regards my tracking information and a couple other questions I had due to the fact that I thought they were professional enough to answer my questions sense I had such a phenomenal customer service experience before well....Completely wrong, they saw I wasn’t interested in purchasing a mattress therefore they literally were like “ can’t help you with that here call customer service!” And literally walked away from me.Go to any other sleep number show room this one the customer service is complete garbage.

We could not have been happier with our experience at the Sleep Number store. Mark took the time to explain the features and benefits and never pressured us. He armed us all necessary information to make an informed decision. We would recommend the Sleep Number store and Mark to anyone!

Went to check out their beds and wound up buying one slept on it twice and good night sleep staff is very friendly and helpful

Our salesperson Nick was great. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. The sale was a breeze.
