HAWTHORN MALL ASK FOR BIANCA βΌοΈ I usually order online but I needed something quickly and the only store available for pickup was Hawthorn Mall and she was absolutely GREAT knowledgeable about alllll the products they carry super nice and VERY patient my phone and cards werent working with me today π she not once got a attitude and helped me through the entire thing while training and helping other customers .... Im not ordering online anymore I will make this 45 minute drive everytime π£
Shopping in this store was very unpleasant and uncomfortable. Sales person was nice and assumed that Im there to still so she did make sure that I know that. I will make sure never stop at this location again and think twice now before getting gifts from Pandora. On the other side looks like they did not care even when I mention about this.
This is the best Pandora store we have been to! If you love Pandora this is the store to go to, they have everything you could possibly imagine.
They make you give them your information to immediately spam your email with sales ads. I am clearly already in your store shopping, serious take a hike with instantly sending me spam. Especially since my wife gets the emails and now knows I bought her a gift there.Wait like a week or a month to start the spam, you already got enough of my money for the day guys.

Great store with a very good choice of bracelets, charms, rings and other jewelry. The assistant who helped me was super; very knowledgeable and knew every charm in the store. I was able to find a very specific gift quickly.
5/24/19 - I came here to exchange a bracelet that my boyfriend had bought me for my birthday in April. One of the stones ended up falling out of the bracelet and I wanted to come back and replace it for a new one. I was greeted by a very rude employee, Lisa. This woman has no customer service skills whatsoever and was very dismissive and was not pleasant to interact with. If youβre going to work in retail, at least be courteous/attentive or just fake it rather than give horrible service.
One of the male sales reps helped me pick something out for my wife. I was not quick with my choice and he was very patient. Took advantage of their spend $100 and get a free gift offer. Good service. Ill make sure to come with my wife for more items.
In general good service, but very pushy on selling you more. With regards to the jewelry its not good quality but its better than like costume jewelry. I only went here once and I wont be going again. Rings, necklaces, and bracelets all cheap silver.
I went in for something specific, knew exactly what I wanted and requested it. Soooo many attempts to upsell made the visit annoying. They were kind to my daughter though and gave her some water. Will probably avoid and purchase online to avoid the sales techniques.

I have a couple items from Pandora most are gifts from my daughters. This year for mothers day my eldest gave me 3 charms. One fell apart within one month, it had a hanging black bead. I went to the Vernon Hills (Hawthorne) location and spoke with Cristina the manager. She said it was bought at Rosemont outlet so I had to go there. I went home and read the warranty info in their booklet. I returned the next day and had to explain their policy to her. I told her Rosemont outlet was from same owner as Hawthorne store. She said yes but I still had to go back to Rosemont. I told her that in the booklet it doesnt state that. It pretty much says Pandora will fix or replace unless its authenticity is questionable. She printed out the receipt as my daughter obviously didnt give it to me bcz it was a gift. She finally said she would send to get fixed at no charge. When I received the call that my charm was back in Hawthorne I was excited. But that ended the moment I seen my charm. It was dull, the charm fell in the toilet while I was cleaning it. Im right handed and my charm bracelet is on my left hand. So my left hand was on the tank the whole time. I told her I wasnt satisfied with the repair. She said I dont understand you wanted it fixed so we fixed it for free, I dont understand what you want now I asked her, would you put that dull charm on your bracelet? She didnt reply. I told her I dont want anything free. But per your warranty I have to be satisfied. So I told her, you work here not me. Satisfy me. She ended up exchanging the charm for one of equal value. That charm was poorly made and I had to go through hell to get my warranty applied. These are not $10 charms. Pandora should really take note of these kind of complaints. I had to read the warranty and fight to get it applied to my charm. The brochure doesnt state outlets vs non outlets. It states Pandora it states if its authenticity is questionable. Thats logical, BUT she printed out my daughters receipt using my daughters cell no. The only reason she bought those in Rosemont is bcz she took me to eat at Sugar Factory in Rosemont for Mothers Day. I was dealing with the Store Manager, Cristina. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
