We first stopped by Discount Carpet & Tile to get a second estimate for flooring. We were so pleased that we decided to use them for replacement flooring for our entire 4 bedroom home. We decided on beautiful wood look laminate for the living room, dining room, family room, kitchen and 2 bathrooms and new carpeting for the bedrooms. The team did a great job of meeting our deadlines, and all of the workers who came out to our home did a very professional job and were very efficient, kind and professional. We would definitely recommend them. We have already gotten so many comments from friends and family.

I had a great experience from start to finish. They were very helpful and happily answered my many questions so I could choose the carpet that best fit my needs.The gentlemen that installed my carpet were true professionals and did a fantastic job moving my furniture, removing my old carpet and installing the new carpet.I would definitely recommend this company.

While we very much like the carpet, that cannot make up for the unprofessionalism of our dealings with this company. After we set a date for the work to be done, it was delayed twice by them. When the men did show up on the third date that was decided upon, they showed up hours late. On top of that, one of the men brought his wife and young child along, expecting them to wait in our house while he worked. We did not let them in. In addition, while working, they ruined a couple of newly painted walls. After all was said and done and it was time to pay for the work, we went to the office to talk to the owner. He was extremely short with us and when we asked for $50 off the bill for all the problems we experienced it, he yelled at us, called us thieves, and told us to never come back. He did take $50 off however. Dont worry, we never will come back. Worst experience of our lives.
