I am a Realtor here in Vero Beach. My clients often ask for business referrals, so I gave my buyer Indian River Flooring’s information, as another client of mine has had multiple flooring done with them and is very happy.I ended up ordering wood floors from Indian River Flooring but unfortunately they came in much darker than we expected, so the owner offered to remove the wood flooring and order us new wood floors. With wood supplies being short and everything being on back order, it’s just taking too long, so the owner is having the dark wood floor taken out and giving us back our deposit, as he just wants to make his customers happy.I would truly recommend this company. The owner and the other gentleman who run the store know their business. They have been here in Vero Beach for a long time and are well respected. I will continue to refer and patronize Indian River Flooring.

Stay away from this place.I was referred to this company by my realtor.She said they were having some problems with this company and explained what her problem was but said the owner would work it out.So they came out and measured my rooms they was late then I asked if they were going to take care of the person that referred me. He said yes well it’s been over 2 weeks and still nothing.The company told my realtor that they have to wait on the factory rep to come check on it ???The problem is it’s not a factory problem period.They installed a engineered floor completely wrong.They glued the joints and put a padding down hello !!!You never ever do that you glue the floor down or nail it down it’s a wood sub floor ! It’s not a laminate floor.So basically there trying to say it’s not the right color to the factory rep and lie and try to get them to replace it. That’s called fraud !!!!I went to father and son and had a great experience and I hope you do to.Stay away from this company !!!!
