An exceptional experience! Most of us do not replace carpets very often, so I needed advice. Father and Son has been cleaning our carpets for years, so I visited their show room when it was time to choose new carpeting. They listened to my needs and budget. With their time and advice, we chose the perfect carpet. The installation team was excellent. They made the whole experience a pleasure!

Don came to clean our office and he did a excellent job and all the spots came up. We have a lot of traffic in our office and it gets dirty quick. We love are new floors they are so pet friendly and has cut my cleaning time down so much and the house smell so much better now I can keep up with the old dogs. They are so beautiful looking. Once again, we had Father and Sons Carpet LLC clean our condo carpets. We were very pleased with their service last time so called them again this year. Don, who came today, was very personable, respective of our home and furnishings, and worked hard to do an excellent job for us. I am very pleased with the results and will definitely call them when our carpets need cleaning again.

Father & Sons just replaced my carpet last week and did a fantastic job. The installers, Don and Mike were prompt, polite, professional and obviously highly experienced. My experience in the past with carpet installers has been disappointing to say the least and thats because they were contractors. These guys were Father & Sons employees and that made a huge difference I think.They were organized and efficient but took their time and cared about the job they were doing. ***Proceed With Caution***While the first meeting to take measurements and provide samples was professional - all contact and conversation going forward was very poor. I would have to initiate all progress and I was given the impression that I was bothering them when I would call. In addition to the installation of carpet in a spare bedroom, I inquired if they could lay a stair runner for 13 stairs, thinking this would be a quick side-job while the crew was there. This turned into a point of contention and Ron would either misinterpret what I was saying or plainly not listen because I repeated myself over and over. In the end, he provided a wholly unrealistic quote and when I said that was unreasonable and it was such a small job that it could have been thrown in with the cost of the other installation - he refused to do any job and essentially WASTED 2 weeks of my time and more importantly has set our renovation back. Horrific client service and I would never recommend this company to anyone. Very, very disappointed.
