Ive brought many electronic devices to Cell Medic and experienced consistent professionalism, high quality, honesty, and great value over and over again.My most recent visit, I brought my iPhone 7 which we thought was dead. Staff at Cell Medic completed diagnostics, replaced the battery & screen. I feel like I have a brand new phone! They saved us hundreds of dollars!Few establishments are run as well as Cell Medic. My senior citizen Mother’s left her phone on top of her car. She drove off and we found the phone a half a mile away in the middle of the road, crushed not only the screen. Thought there was no way it could be fixed. My mom loved her 8 plus iPhone. She can only use home buttons on her telephone, she can’t figure out the swipe feature. An iPhone 7 Plus was available and a great price, but was told for the same low price, they could fix it and have it back for me and mom the next day. Saved us the hassle and hundreds of dollars as she would have to buy a new phone with her carrier’s store. She loves her (new) phone! Thanks!

Had an issue with my iPhone vibrate switch that I thought was unfixable. Brought it in and the staff was super friendly and looked it over. Turned out they were able to fix it, and for a super fair price. Will definitely go back there whenever I have an electronic issues.

Brought my device in for a screen replacement. During the repair, my touch sensor was cut/damaged and had to be replaced with a regular home button. My first screen had defects and wouldnt react in certain spots. I contacted them by email and through the text review and got ignored. Had to call and the second time I dropped it off, the rep explained the issues to me and put a warranty replacement through. The second screen works fine. Thought I had signed out though. The customer service and response needs a lot of work.

Have taken several phones and Apple watches in for them to fix. Expected to spend $79 on a new mic for my iphone and they offered to clean it. They cleaned and it actually fixed my issue for free. Will use amd refer them from now on.

Told me my ps4 would take 4 days to repair literally called me back after 4 weeks and told me they couldn’t fix it. I had to call them multiple times through out that month for updates and they first told me they were waiting for parts from another store then told me they had to order the part then told me the part has been delayed it was one horrible lie after another lol horrible customer service!

This place is awful . I took my lap to them when the fan went out and it took them 2 days just to say the fan was broken then days to get the fan and when they finally got the fan and it put it in over two weeks had gone by . Then a couple days later the laptop was acting odd so I took it to another shop and they said the laptop was put back together very sloppy and my battery needed to be replaced right away . The tech was shocked there was no mention of the battery in the paper work from cell medic .

NEVER TAKE ANYTHING TO THIS PLACE !!!Dropped off a Playstation 4 over 6 months ago. They never once called to let us know the status. After over a dozen calls to them, they told us it was unrepairable!! Its been 2 months since and we still dont have our console back. Complete business failure !

I have had one of the best experiences with this place that I have not had in a very long time. Joseph and his crew is amazing and very professional. Best deals in town hands down. I can assure you you will not be disappointed. My phone was destroyed front screen completely scattered But amazingly they some how fixed it. My phone looks brand new.

My lightning cable snapped in half and got stuck in the port of my iPad. I was attempting to solve it myself when I noticed Cell Medic while going to Publix. Took the iPad in and they had it fixed within minutes. They were extremely friendly and professional and had my iPad back to normal within minutes. I was a day or two away from considering my iPad a lost cause and needing to pay Apple a crazy repair fee or buying a new one (an expense I wasnt prepared for this holiday season). Thank you guys, I told everyone I knew after in the event they ever have issues with their phones, tablets, or laptops.

Brought in for a screen repair.phone was working normally as per YOUR tests. They ordered the wrong colored back screen but said ok not knowing it was going to leave me with a silver fingerprint button and SIM card holder. Picked up phone and obviously it wasnt checked prior because the screen was like a Xmas light package with all the pixels broken and flashing. Tech said, oops we will order another one. I come back and the screen again, doesnt work correctly as now the swipe button doesnt work. The owner Joe is there and says order another screen from a different vendor to his tech. I bring it back again and was told they wont fix it because the 2nd bad screen has been scratched since I had it from Friday to Monday. I told them that if the screen was that important, they should have kept the phone. It was never dropped or scratched over that weekend while in my possession. Meanwhile, they didnt tell me that until I got there so a wasted trip. I explained the situation and was told the owner would decide. Since he was there, when the 2nd screen didnt work he approved the change. I return yet again after receiving a call it was ready for pick up.upon arrival AGAIN, the screen had not been changed and the tech said he would have it ready in an hour. My wife arrives this time to be told that it wasnt the screen (which had worked properly prior and for their check out) and that more testing and costs (already $256 onto this). They tell her that i dropped it and I cause the additional damage even though it has been in their possession most of the time. I tell her to go back and get it as im not paying another dime. After I pick the phone up, it cannot get a cell signal, charge nor does the screen work properly.

These guys are amazing.. I first brought my Nintendo switch to them 3 months ago. I thought I needed a new screen. When getting there it was a simple wire. They fixed it for free. Told me no charge it was a simple fix.Then my mothers cell phone broke at 9pm.She is a business owner and needs her phone for everything. The owner met us at the store at 930 at night to fix her phone for her.I never do reviews but you must know these guys are honest and really good.I wish I could give them 10 stars...Thanks guys for everything you do.

So after careful consideration we decided to take a iPhone 6 to this nice new repair store and boy did we make the right decision. We were hours from home and needed our screen fixed and after only 25 mins they were able to get us up and running and out the door for a super reasonable price. Had a broken cellphone screened and came in simply to ask questions, was able to have my screen repaired same day at a very affordable price! Staff was very knowledgeable and friendly.

Just needed my phone glued back together after I replaced the screen. Phone was working perfectly otherwise. Said it wouldnt take that long. Next day at 4:30 I called to see if it was ready and they didnt even start working on it. I told them Ill just come to pick it up then because I needed my phine they talked me into letting them finish it. At 7 I went there to pick it up. Now not reading the Sim card and a black spot on the screen. Told me I needed a new SIM card so I spent anouther $15 on Sim card and come to find out they pinched the antenna wire why it was losing signal.
