Highly recommend due to the amazing team!!I went to get a new phone for me and my son. To no ones fault, my account and the system had glitches so it had to be fixed and my “quick” shopping trip turned into a few hours. Now to be fair, I saw everyone that came in to the store get treated wonderfully that day and were done quick. I just happened to have a ton of changes and complex issues that no one expected. I know that sounds like a horrible experience but it was far from that. Joe was my sales associate and it was his first day on the job, the ENTIRE team pulled together to help Joe solve my problems, they tag teamed, they used the experience to train, they were patient and positive. The manager was excellent! A model leader for his team. He delegated and rolled up his sleeves too! No one got frustrated and I walked out with everything Fixed, money saved and a great lesson in teamwork for my 11 year old. We enjoyed watching them work together so much that I didn’t even realize how long I was there. I wish I knew everyone’s name but the entire team yesterday deserves a big hand! Thank you all for your help yesterday, and keep it up! Joe, hope your second day is a breeze! You’re on your way to a great career with a team like that to support you!

I had a great experience, yesterday I bought a new iPhone, this afternoon Derek, who wasn’t even the original person who sold me the phone, called to see if there was anything I needed or if I understood everything (he’s not even the manager, or the one who sold me the phone, but he should be). Derek made my buying experience great even after the fact. Thank you Derek. I will only deal with him from now on.

I will never use them again. Vero store employee Brandon storey sold me and my husband a whole alot of lies. I should have stay with cricket. Every month Im calling about my bill and the price. So angry right now. Who pays 347$ dollars in sales taxes. I would have told him to keep it. If I could have press a neg star I will would have.

BEWARECellular Sales, on US 1, Vero Beach, FL is an Authorized Retailer Franchise Office not a Corporate Owned Office. It is hard to tell the difference as they have a Verizon sign on their building and at street level. Verizon, as a corporation, charges $35 to upgrade a device. This is a standard Verizon device upgrade charge. I asked the sales person, at Cellular Sales, if all costs at Cellular Sales were the same as the Corporate Owned Office on 20th St. Vero Beach. He said yes. Come to find out the costs are not the same. Cellular Sales charged an extra $40, to transfer my data to the new phone, above the $35 Verizon charge. Corporate Owned Offices do not charge this extra fee to transfer data.I called Verizon and they apologized for the charge but explained that Authorized Retailer Franchise Offices can charge any amount they want for anything they want. I called Cellular Sales in Vero Beach several times to speak with my sales person with no return call.I learned the hard way. My Mistake. But I am trying to keep someone else from being charged extra charges. Do not use an Authorized Retailer Franchise Office, such as Cellular Sales, ALWAYS use a Corporate Office.

Went in to see about phone service, and a new phone, but, was ignored by everyone. No one greeted me when I walked in, as most places do. I spent about 10 minutes looking around trying to keep myself occupied. Still, no one asked could they help me or even say we will be with you shortly. I left. I am not giving my business to a place that doesnt recognize me as a consumer!

I had bad experience there... Slippery sales tactics...when I questioned was met with unprofessional and condescending words... Charged me for items they said I agreed to... I ask for a pink or turquoise cover and had clear case... unexplained charges... but worst of all argumentive and defensive ...also, the other associate was vaping at his desk??? Last time... Needs constructive education and msturity...

What a major waste of an hour. The staff are all sales people, there is no tech on board that can actually resolve an issue. Unless they are selling you a phone, they are clueless.
