Dave was great and helped me Port my old phone and all my apps to my new phone. He gave my son and I wonderful service and I would highly recommend him and Consumer Cellular.

The service was not up to what Im sure is the target standards, I understand they are a satalite company in target owned by market source. Their employees on seperate occasions I have visited have always been late or absent from customer needs, I had to go in three times to try and receive service and have never been helped, the target employees even though were not responsible were extremely apologetic. By the time I was able to find a mobile employee he was not able to help me in the end due to misinfo he gave me. Im never coming to target mobile for any of my tech or card needs again.

I like Target because is clean all the time! And then they are good stuff.

Rude customer service rep, manager did a good job explaining the situation but I wouldn’t return to this store
