This Game Stop is Top notch, Very helpful customer service. Knowledgeable staff . This location had a variety of video game hardware, more than other local locations. From Playstation to Xbox, Nintendo, PC . wide variety of headphones, controls, peripherals etc. Staff was very helpful and answered all the questions that I had for Him. Every time I shop here, theres one solitary employee getting completely overwhelmed. Its not efficient, and doesnt reflect well on management. The young lady who helped me today was great, she maintained her composure and got it done. Whoever is running this place needs to hire more help, and you need to give that young woman a raise.

This is one of my favorite stores but my last experience was not good. Bought a used game for $40 got home 45minute later to find no disc. So now a used game will end up costing $60 plus because of the drive back and forth. Called store got a Im sorry. But no offer to cover my extra cost due to there mistake.

I would give it a 5 based off of my experience while I’m in the store. However, I’m going to give a 3 due to the fact when you try to call, no one answers ever. Very annoying. I understand the store may be busy, but every time I go in, there are no more than 5-10 shoppers.

Staff were knowledgeable and very helpful, item I was looking for wasnt in stock. Ordered it and received it on time as scheduled and in perfect condition. I will be making future purchases at this location!!

Watched this store turn down people for using cash to buy their items an wont let them use a debit card. Told me i had to go to publix to buy a gift card and i can use that, i asked if u can use my gamestop credit card and he told me no cause he would have to ask for my social security number. What a joke! Lost my business an you can keep ur credit card cause its gunna be canceled

I have 3 kids with 3 game systems. My youngest has a ps4. Its broken. They offered to trade it in for 200 bucks. I a. Goin to instead order a new one from Amazon for 250. Way to treat a 10 year old. I will never stop foot into a other gamestop again. EVER!

This Vero location had a very helpful staff at this location. The ladies at this location or able to advise me on not only the game I was looking for but also were able to suggest other games my son may also enjoy during a very busy Christmas season they took time to help me five stars ladies great great experience.

Helpful staff. They were a little overwhelmed when I went in because it was a day after Christmas. Handled my return smoothly and apologized multiple times even though it wasnt their fault that the used system I bought didnt work. Offered multiple ways to resolve my predicament. This store has the worst customer service I have ever seen in any type of business. If you can’t answer the phone ever when a customer is trying to call you should fire all employees because as we all know game stops aren’t like a department store where they are to busy to everrrrrrrrrrrrrr answer the phone. I wouldn’t buy a single thing from them and will spread the word of horrible customer service in the Vero bch area. You guys suckkkkkkkk.

Ive had a lot of communication with this games stop over the years. I used to help manage a few repair shops and always walked in asking for a good time to stop by and chat. Everyone seemed very friendly and the manager was always happy and willing to chat. At this one I traded in my PS 4 for the ps4 pro in the past and the unit was defective! But it was one sent from a Texas game stop. So I asked for another one maybe from Florida and they called around to find the right one. And man I couldnt be happier!!! They even went the extra mile for me too in that reguard.I know Game stops around the US tend to get flack for terrible service or poor reputation. But this one and the one south of here near the Port st lucy IRSC campus are possibly the best 2 Ive been to that if you show up at a good time they wont mind chatting or helping you in reason if you have an idea of what you want.

Both of the girls that were working on staff were very patient and knowledgeable. While I was in the store a schizophrenic gentleman came in and was very frantic and each staff member acted extremely proffessional throughout his time in the store. They assisted him as a regular customer and helped him on his way with his new purchase. It was very refreshing to see!

Horrid customer service. The employees are unbelievably rude and not to mention of no help whatsoever. I was trading in a Xbox game I already had and the plastic was still on the game but I didn’t expect to trade it it and get full price. The girl told me that I could not trade in the game because the plastic was still on it, so I took the plastic off. Then she said I had I still couldn’t trade my game in and had a wait a total of 24 hours to come back. What does that mean!? Horrible location. Just buy games from Target or Amazon. GameStops in general will give you ridiculous unnecessary prices. 1/10 will NOT go again. 👎🏼👎🏼

They only had one cashier.She spent 20 mins talking to a customers Mom about Nothing we finally took our trade ins and left. It was very rude didnt even acknowledge us will never go back .We knew name of game we wanted but no help...We couldnt find anything .We were picking up a gift to send a grandkid. Will never come back.

Ahhh yes....GameStop, where would I and my games be without GameStop! Why....no where as I wouldnt have any games without GameStop! I have bought about 90% of ALL my games from this fantastic shop of games. Its not just new games either, or one type of gaming system, they have most of all the big gaming systems along with games for them. You want X Box 360, X Box One, Play Station, Nintendo, they have it. They have an enormous selection of new AND Pre Owned games that you can get some at huge savings off the price of new games. Never to fear they dont take just any game in on trade, they only will take the ones that are in above average, to excellent shape. Stop in look around, if you have any questions Im sure one of the very knowledgeable staff would be more than happy to help you with your gaming needs.

I was looking for specific items when I went there because of the times a lot of the game systems that they have in the store are pretty much outdated now if youre looking for historical stuff or stuff thats 3 to 4 years old or better its a good location or if youre going to be replacing discs that have gotten scratched in the past you may be able to find it there they do not have any type of joysticks for flight simulators

Maybe Im a bit biased, but this videogame retail company (and others like it) were so much better in the 1990s and very early 2000s. The golden and silver ages of videogames has long passed, and along with it, the special feeling and novelty that videogame shops used to have. Where would I start? I could write a college essay on the topic, but I wont bore you. You could not pay me to walk into any videogame shop these days. I am sorry.

Traded in my wii u with 23 games, ps4 with 53 games my xb1 with 36 games, my 3ds xl with 11 games and was given a $23 credit towards the new call of duty! 10/10 definitely will be back!

Sometimes this place is good, the associates are pretty nice. I have however had some bad times with this store these are more corporate things so I cant be too upset. Once at a Call of Duty Pre-release they were vastly unprepared and couldnt even get the new game being released cleared for tournament so we ended up playing an older version on poor functioning tvs and systems, it was fun but not worth the 3 hour timeline. They also have limited stock sometimes, I went for Final Fantasy Explorers on 3ds, they informed me they only were sent enough for pre-orders and that was is. I literally had to then go all over town to find basically the last copy at the local Best Buy. Not horrible, but when you arent in the heart of Vero the trip to scavenge for product wears you down a little.
