Justice was super helpful. We visited the Verizon store in Sebastian and my wife commented that she felt like we were at a car sales place. Justice got everything downloaded including the tens of thousands of text messages that we had on my prior phone. Included with his helpful attitude was his Superior knowledge on what Verizon offered and helped us to save some money on our monthly bill.

I had my previous iPhone for 5 years and I really did not want to part with it however I decided to just go look at the Verizon store and that’s when I met Jeremy Mull. He was very understanding, patient and explained things in full detail. I felt so at ease, not pressured and completely comfortable with him that he convinced me without convincing me to upgrade my phone. I now am the proud owner of an iPhone 11 and I love it. The transition of making sure I didn’t lose anything from my iPhone 6 Plus to my new iPhone 11 was painless and quick. I highly recommend visiting Verizon for any needs you might have and ask for Mr. Jeremy Mull. I will for sure be back, I am trying to convince my wife now to join my plan and you better believe we’ll be asking for Mr. Mull as soon as we walk back through that door!

We just went to Verizon over by the Shandong Noodle House and Justice was absolutely amazing and so patient with us setting up what for us was complicated. We relocated to Vero Beach approximately 6 years ago and needed to upgrade our cellular phone service. After visiting various cellular phone stores in the Vero Beach area, we decided on this Verizon store location and have been utilizing this location since our move to Vero Beach. This Verizon cell phone store has by far the most professional, knowledgeable and caring employees we have ever experienced. Store Manager Jeremy, Korben, Stephan and Justice are all fantastic. They have all assisted us and are all just a pleasure to work with. Our most recent dealings were with both Stephan and Justice, and we were once again amazed at the knowledge and abilities that they both possess. We will continue to visit this location for all of our cell phone needs and will not even consider another store. This Verizon Store, the Manager and employees are the absolute best!!!

While in Vero visiting family, my usually trusty Note 4 started to act squirrely and kept shutting down. Based on reviews, we decided to try the TCC store. Justice welcomed us and took a look at the Note to see what was the problem. Since the phone was so old, he offered to show me the newer technology that he thought would be suitable for me. When I chose a Samsung A71 5G, he made sure that everything from the old phone was transferred over and the settings were similar to those on the Note. Throughout this process, Justice was very knowledgeable and courteous. So far, I am enjoying my new phone. Thanks for making this a positive experience.

The young man saw that it was a woman who needed service and continued to stare at the floor and comment to his colleagues in the back near what looked like an elevator. He made no attempt to offer service, although his arms and hands were empty, so he was clearly not assisting in another task. The same young man proudly declared that he only knew about cell phones, and therefore, could not help me with my question that had to do with a question regarding Verizon advertisements on the Internet. During this exchange he was making faces at me, the customer, as if my question was strange, which made me feel as if my person was somehow not acceptable to him. I got news for him, which is a further reflection on Verizon, whom he is representing while in that store on the clock: Shame on anyone who is proud to be unknowledgeable and declares it in such a way as to make those of us, especially women, who are asking for assistance in a matter out of his reach feel as if we are the lesser of the two people in the room. Ignorance is not bliss, regardless of the current cultural theory which supports the contrary.

Where do I begin? This guy, Justice, at Verizondid an extraordinary job fixing each of 5issues I was having due to Xfinity turnover from Comcast. He is brilliant, swept thru each thing with ease and actually made it fun. Om walking out of here far happier than when I came in! Justice rocks!

We went into the Verizon store today pick up a new phone that we ordered from a on line representative. When we got there the phone she said we could get we couldnt. Justice was the guy that wes working there . He was very nice and helpful, he went beyond the call of duty ! He suggested a phone that would suit my needs . He even told us about a free upgrade that we were eligible for. My husband decided to get rid of his old flip phone and get a smartphone !!! Yea it was about time ! When I first walked in the door there were 3 customers ahead of me and I thought this was going to be an all day process. However, both techs were efficient, patient and polite. Customer service at this store was amazing. Justice patiently set everything up, looked at my account and managed to save me money while adding more features to my account and even offered to set up the blue tooth for my car. This is the 4th phone we have purchased from this store and I would recommend them to anyone that wants top notch service with setting everything up rather than ordering online or dealing with the the carrier over the phone. Definitely a 5 star business!

I was having an issue with setting up a new iPhone and Justice was extremely helpful and patient. I love my iPhone but it can be frustrating when you’re attempting to transfer data on your own.
