My mom went to buy my niece a new phone. Aubrey helped us out, he was very fast with the whole process & answered every question we had. He was real polite also. Weve had bad experiences with the other tmobile stores in Vero but were definitely coming back to this one from now on.

Maria has us in and out with new SIM cards. She knows her stuff,very friendly and did not talk down to us. We were very impressed with her service. Teen mobile is lucky to have her as an employee!

Went in to switch to Sprint. Person started to help me and then he took a phone call 15 minutes into it! Talked to them and ignored me for over 10 minutes. Told him I wanted the same number and asked twice for him to confirm it. He put in a wrong number. . Well over an hour there. And that was with an appointment! Was helped by a woman who kind of took over. She tried to correct his mistake. Then he calls us back in the afternoon and says our SIM card is bad. Took a call to the service center by me to correct the phone number.

The most friendly Rep Ive talked to in a VERY long time. Im not even a customer yet, but bcz she answered my questions without acting like I was bothering her, Im very pleased & may just change my cellular company! I had never been to that particular T-Mobile location but I was very impressed with the friendliness and knowledge of the products and plans by both Edwin and Maria. They got me exactly what I needed and quickly at that.

The crew here was very personable, attentive and knowledgeable, especially Kamal. He answered all of my questions, helped guide me in the right direction to the repairs my phone needed and upgraded my service to include T-Mobile’s network (I had sprint). He is very patient and professional!

We were Sprint customers and delayed updating our phones and plan because of the pandemic. Our experience at TMobile was less than ideal. First we were at a table outside in the wind because they were cleaning the store. When we finally went inside, there is no seating which is ok except when you are there for over 2 hours. Staff is pleasant, but there were major glitches and they had to run our purchase twice. Finally nearing three hours, the phones were almost ready when two customers entered without masks. The sign on the door and at entrance said masks required along with the web page touting safety for customers and employees. No request was made to this couple, and I had to leave the store before my phone set up was complete. We bought two new IPhones and paid off an IPad, spending 3 hours at the store wearing our masks, which was evidently not important enough to ask these customers to follow your stated protocol.I certainly hope for better service in the future.

Love love love the people at this store Aubrey in particular she helped me get a new iPhone for my mom and took care of a couple other questions I had. The staff in this location is very knowledgeable and patient. I definitely recommend this store and T-Mobile, simply the best.

As a T Mobile customer I had to take advantage of warranty service for my phone. The warranty service telephone interaction left a lot to be desired but once the replacement phone arrived at this local store aurbry managed the exchange pleasantly and efficiently and also assisted with the transfer of all my personal information between phones. He made this inconvenience a pleasure. Thank you for all your hard work and making everything a simple breeze i owe you a drink. This will be my go to store my Ireland buddy is the best.

Sadly I can’t remember the two guys names that helped me but I was in this T-Mobile on Sunday June 14th, 2020 for a new phone. They were so helpful and made the shopping experience fun. I got my first iPhone and knew almost nothing about it, they helped with set up and even got me through the signing up on Apple for my apps etc. It was a great experience. Thanks guys!

I am extremely upset with the TMobile service, my daughter paid for her cell line Monday, May 3 and they never did the recharge, I have been complaining since last week, because I asked for the videos recorded from their cameras and they say that the owner does not finish reviewing and that I have to be when she is there or I cant do anything, as a client I feel STOLEN AND THEY DONT CARE, GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK

I had a great experience at T-Mobile off 21st Street. The staff were very friendly and Edwin went out of his way to find me the best deal.

Ive been a customer of T-Mobiles for it at least 13 years. in the end of 2017 I came into some cash I outright purchased a brand new Apple phone and Samsung phone for my daughters and over the internet bought the brand new Moto phone that had came out. I added additional lines to my service for my daughters and I told them I wanted to make sure that my plan included international. The plan I chose included international. And then I also paid about $1,500 up front towards our phone bills for the next year or so. Well at that time they also added other additional international services that I didnt need without telling me, because my plan already had international. And then when I found out Im like why would I even want that can you remove it can I be reimbursed for it it wasnt something I ever used and they only gave me three months back and that was after 2 years of paying for a service I never used. This last time I went down there because of Covid I couldnt afford to pay for a phone up front I told the guy that I needed to get the cheapest phone possible and not add on to my bill barely anything. I just got my first phone bill its like 15 dollars more than what I was told it was going to be. plus I was also deceived about the amount of the case that Im somehow paying $73 for. A flimsy case that I could have got for $10 off of Amazon. Not an OtterBox not anything fancy a thin little piece of plastic. Im tired of being ripped off. Thanks for not taking care of your customers who spent thousands of dollars with you. Especially Hit me hard when Im down. Dont go to this place!

Came into the store to pick up a new phone. Was greeted as soon as I walked in by the T-Mobile rep, Zack. Not only did he immediately go grab me the phone I ordered but took the time to help transfer over all my pictures and contacts. He also told my wife and I about the Netflix deals T-Mobile offers as well as the new I phone 11 that comes out soon. Outstanding customer service.
