Took my business from sprint to AT&T after speaking with the sales lady and the manager. Both were very knowledge and broke down everything to me on what I will be paying. I became more comfortable when the manager printed out a proposal for me and signed it to ensure me this so what I am getting myself into and each charge broken down. I am not sure if the owner or company reads this but whoever does please let their bosses know these 2 employees deserve a raise.

Worst experience I’ve ever had. The store managers name is Daniel (I believe that’s his name) and he was very green. I went in there looking for help with my wireless bill along with a few other things and he had no idea how to help me. He kept trying to refer me to call 611. I tried to get some of the reps to help me and I was still reverted to calling 611. What ever happened to customer service? I’m sure that Daniel is very new to management and I’m trying to be understanding but he simply needs more training or else they should place someone in that role who is a little more qualified.

Worked with the new manager Daniel and the sales rep David for my ATT TV service. By far the best experience I ever had with AT&T. Daniel was very knowledgeable and sat with me step by step explaining everything that needed to be done. David was a pleasure working with as well and kept me laughing. Thank you to the both of you!

I have been to this location several times now and I’m always greeted immediately when I walk in the door.They’ve always taken the time to listen to my wants/needs and have never forced a sales pitch. My last few visits there I’ve been working with David who is very knowledgeable and patient which is important to me. I’m not the most tech savvy so I’ve always valued the fact that he takes time to show me how to work special features on my new phone!

Wonderful people to help you with your needs. Kind and caring. I noticed they gave everyone the same kind of care. Yes I would most definitely go back there.

My husband and I, both “seniors”, visited this store earlier this week. We purchased a new phone, had info transferred from old to new, then cleared the old phone and had info transferred from an even older phone to the cleared one. These data transfers would have taken a few torturous hours on our own. Our sales consultant David, took care of it all with patience, friendly professionalism, and skill! He answered all our questions without talking down to us and clearly explained everything he was doing. When we asked to see the manager to compliment David’s service, we learned he was the manager! Thanks to him, we left the store smiling!

I had a problem that the store could not handle.Adrian told me where to go and who to talk to so I was able to get the problem solved in 10 minutes.I so appreciated his going the extra mile for me.If I had a business and needed an employee I wouldhire him immediately.

I had no clue that this little gem was in Vero Beach. Always thought the other location by the mall was the only source to go to. This particular location at the Treasure Coast Plaza was fantastic in meeting my needs. Had two occasions to stop in and they were very helpful in meeting my needs. Give them a visit for your next phone needs.

My name is Bernard Liller l a l l e r Ive been with AT&T for years I live in Vero Beach Florida Ive been coming to the AT&T store since I moved here six years ago and today I bought a tablet and its just one more example of how professional and courteous and nice everybody is starting with Stevie some nice guy with curly hair he is just an absolute Pro he knows everything what hes doing and hes just a remarkable sales associate so anybody at headquarters care to call his boss David bows and kicking a better salary for Stevie or you have my endorsement thank you very much have a nice day

I switched to ATT after visiting this store. The customer service was better than what I had received with other plan providers. I didn’t have ATT at the time but I went in with a general phone setting issue because it was the closest phone store to my location. They didn’t try to sell me or pressure me into anything or to get me to switch to their network, which I HATE. But honestly, after the pleasant experience, I inquired abt how their plan was different than the one I had. I’m a poor college student, so they worked with me and tailored a plan to my budget! I felt super confident that I was making the right decision. The store was organized and the employees went above and beyond! I’ve been to other store locations, but really felt my needs were met at this location. Not sure what management is doing or how they’re hiring process works, but whatever it is, this place is doing it right! Kudos on excellent service!

DirectTV which is an AT&T product engages is systematic fraudulent business practices, specifically, they add charges for additional items that were never ordered. Furthermore, they make it intentionally very difficult to resolve these issues.In Vero Beach, AT&T for internet and cellular service is the lesser of two evils, but avoid DirectTV at all costs.

My current email being added to my new AT&T phone is such a mess!! Gmail is being ridiculous. Adrian and Stevie are the best!!

My son has his cell phone here. I should switch, as he often times has a signal when I dont. ( I have ghetto mobile with Metro)🤣😂I went in to establish Cable and Internet, but because of the rural location of my home, I was unable to get service, but the employees went above and beyond to try to help. I would recommend this store to anyone.

If you buy s new phone there and dont mind having to get an experienced tech to fix all the problems incurred by the manager and two others in the store and having to return 3 or 4 times, then this is the store for you! We would NEVER EVER return to purchase anything. They just are incompetent or at least the current staff. It was a nightmare to say the least.

The customer service here is as bad as it can get. Its as if when you sign a contract with them once they got you on the hook they dont care . They dont carry inventory for phones they were promoting it was nuts. I shouldve stayed with Verizon

Went to purchase a SIM card for my Nexus 6. I was the only customer in the store. I was helped immediately by 2 representatives (1 is still learning) named Thomas and David. They couldnt have been nicer or more helpful. It was such a pleasant experience compared to the usual mob @ the store west of town. In light of so many negative reviews here I want to add a positive. Give this location a chance...I think youll be glad you did. Thanks again, guys! ✌

Service store not helpful from start to finish. GPS problem they clicked for a couple minutes and up. By the 2nd time it was out of warranty. Then wouldn’t help change info from old Galaxy to new iPhone. Sent me to a repair shop to get it done. Over 14 year customer.

Visited this store after having some issues with another location in St. Lucie. The staff was knowledgeable and timely with my conversion to AT&T. Highly recommend this location for all your cellular needs!!!

Love this store, even though both same people were busy when I came in I was immediately acknowledge ended up speaking to Thomas who was able to solve an issue the store by the mall gave me a giant headache about, Thomas was super nice and helpful and answered the questions I had about adding things to my plan, will be coming back to get my next phone to this store supremely amazing service

Once I discovered where the store was located I stopped in to pay my bill and to inquire about some of the other products they had to offer, the sales rep was very polite kind and courteous and answered all my concerns. Im very satisfied.

So disappointed in AT&T. I bought a new iPhone from Apple and asked AT&T to help me set it up, as I have been a customer for years. They said no because they work on commission and it wouldn’t be worth it for them. So much for customer service!

August 31 and September 1 2018. This store is NOT in the mall; its OUTSIDE the mall on Route 60. Its next to Gamestop, Starbucks, and Verizon on 60.DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!!! Unbelievable, unspeakable rudeness by at least 2 employees: 1 older, black female and 1 blond, white young employee.We needed help with our cell account. We werent buying anything so we werent worth their time.

Went to this store on 7/18/16. Worst horrible experience ever! Was EXTREMELY disrespected by the store manager, Audrey. Audreys philosophy was that the customer was wrong and stupid and had no idea what they were talking about. Was at the store 20 minutes before close and the store manager REFUSED to help my family and another family. Both parties were verbally attacked by Audrey. Left the AT&T store feeling lower than dirt and contemplating switching cell phone carriers after being with AT&T for over 20 years.

Horrible call center, called automated system to make payment and it is flinched kept saying sorry sorry so I called direct to call center and they want to charge me $5 fee which is not right if the issue is in the recording. Then I ask for manager after trying 4 times and they put me on hold for 20 min before they hung up. I would like to speak to a head manager

Was lied to on the phone by the store manager, who apparently now is a guy? Said no new iPads came in when I stopped in the store last till today. They never called me and the promotion they promised me is over. The guy I talked to in the morning said they had two in the back promised to others that can AFTER me. Dont listen to promises, get it in writing!

They never answer the phone, bye on my way to Verizon, at least they answer the phone and my questions.

Well I went in needing help to transfer files from an old AT&T phone to a iPhone and it was a bit of a job but they did it for me and they were very supportive in doing it and also help me with some other issues with the iPhone and I found that very very good I certainly would go back

Avoid this particular AT&T store. Treasure Coast Plaza store. I went in to change service from verizon to AT&T, and the representative, Frank, after a lengthly time and phone calls, changed me over. I went outside and had no wifi. I came back in and the manager said your phone isnt compatable with AT&T. Frank. Knew it too but he works on commission. Verizon reps dont work on commission, so they have your interests in mind. Ps: it took 2 hours for verizon to get my account back from AT&T
