Edgar is extremely rude. Has no business being in a customer service job. It was my first time in a convenience store since last March. I wasnt sure what was able to be purchased, a soda from the machine, which inquired about, he was flippant, then when I couldnt get ice, I said there was no ice, he barked across the store, turn around its right there. I went to check out and mentioned he shod be a little more nicer when customers are asking for things. He, said I am being nice, I said no, youre barking at me across the store, he then said dont call me a dog. I said I didnt call you that its how you were talking ..lying at me, his comment, fine I was yelling at you, now go, get out. I told him he was very rude and would be making a complaint, he said he didnt care and then said I was rude. They were not busy, nothing. No reason to be.more pleasant and helpful.

Can not keep choc core power in stock you sell out all the time and do not order to demand.

I would never rate so poorly but this is the 2nd time I have been here and the staff is so rude. I understand how hard it can be to deal with ppl especially during this hard time. But as customer service you shouldnt treat ppl like this.Ive worked with ppl my whole life, management needs to reevaluate their employees.

One of the best in Vero. Always friendly people that great you and work fast at the counter. I like the food selection and the prep-work they do. Great coffee for 99 cents and an apple fritters for a reasonable price. Clean and organized!

Really good cheap coffee, love it! The staff is amazing too, i go there whenever i can.

A guy has Indian accent was extremely rude. Very hard to understand what he said. He should have been good attitude toward customers. Owner should train him how to serve.

I LOVE the new store. The atmosphere is upbeat, the store is always clean. The employees are great except for one employee, Ron. This employee has screamed at me & Ive seen him scream at other customers. He has a nasty mouth & his attitude sucks! I will STAY OUT OF THIS LOCATION unless there is No Other Option except to stop there. I do not recommend this location but will say ALL OTHER Vero locations are great! I cant imagine with this mans behavior, ugliness, & rudeness why Cumberland Farms would keep him on the schedule...... I will personally be complaining to Corporate myself about this man.

I always get gas at a Cumberland farms, never had any problems with it. The majority of the employees, that work both day and the night shifts, are super nice and deserve more money for what they do

The coffee is ALWAYS only $1.00 any size and its good!

For the last 2 to 3 weeks the soda machine has been down need to get someone fix it and add recit paper to gas pumps

The woman with the accent that works night shifts is extremely rude and bad with handling money. Gave me back the wrong (short) change apparently cant do simple math smh not going back just because of her attitude on multiple occasions

Don’t pay for gas at the pump your bank might hold $75 to $100 security deposit This is the second time this has happened and it’s only at the station I have paid for gas at the pump at other locations and no problem it is always this location

Need to fix the card readers at gas pumps. I ask the lady inside and she said that over my pay grade. Rude as hell and Lost my business!
