The food is garbage. The staff is eh at best.

I went there to get gas and realized all of a sudden I was being sprinkled with water. it turned out it was just my windshield wipers.

I dont know anything about the owner that everyone else is complaining about.. But we stopped for gas tonight at 9:50. Pump took our credit card, but couldnt pump gas.. when my husband went to go inside.. they locked the doors and said sorry closed.. Locked up and closed 10 minutes prior to closing time. Will go out of our way to never to back.. even though we live close.

The owner, Joyce, likes to spray fishermen fishing in public waters near her dock. Riparian rights (if she has any) are limited on navigable waterways. I would push my truck barefoot over crushed glass before getting gas here and put money in her pocket.

Horrible customer service. NEVER any receipts available at the pump, required to walk in and wait in line for a receipt.

The owner of this business threatens, harasses, and trash talks about fishermen. In March, she threatened, harassed, and assaulted at least two fishermen for wading by her dock.According to Florida law, the water is public until you step onto shore or touch the dock. Harassing individuals legally fishing is a misdemeanor. This criminal scumbag swore at a 3 year old, hosed down, and threatened the victims.Boycott until she runs out of business or the government revokes her license.

Worst service. They even spray water on you if ypu dont fill up and pay fast enough

Worst customer service. Old hag complaining about all of the fisherman in a beach town. Get over yourself woman. Wouldn’t recommend. Do make sure to check out Joyce’s dock though if you’re looking for an awesome place to fish in Vero Beach.

Its apparent that the owner has violent tenancies and is all over the internet losing her temper with kind-hearted fisherman, fishing in the ICW. He temper tantrums are well documented on the internet. One of these tantrums included foul language toward a 3-year old - look it up. I cannot support a company that allows this type of yelling and screaming towards others. I will go out of my way to get gas, ice, and other fishing stuff from another station, rather than support this Shell, sorry to say.

Plenty of pumping stations. Easy in and out. Store, small restaurant and US Post office inside. Car wash available.

Several videos of the proprietor, Joyce khatibi of Harbor Shell have surfaced on the Internet of her assaulting licensed Florida fishermen for dropping lines near the dock at her residence in Vero Beach. One angler was accompanied by his 3 year old child whom witnessed her cussing at his father which was within his rights to fish public waters outside of the high water mark of her property. The other video shows her spraying another angler with her water hose and making threats of violence against him as well as shouting demoralizing insults at him. This is unacceptable behavior and casts a negative shadow on society and Vero Beach specifically. I will not support this business any longer.

The owners wife should be ashamed of the despicable way in which she treats fellow human beings. Monetarily rich but morally bankrupt.

Awful owners of this gas station. Joyce is on video bragging about how rich she is and spraying a fisherman with water because she says she owns the water. And then tells the fisherman about how someone is going to show up and beat the #%^* out of him. Disgusting woman...
