Love to come this UPS store to drop off my package. I also send the email to them help me to print out the forms and pick it up quickly, so convenient. Friendly service and professional job!
In and out in no time even though there was a line. Nice and organized inside. Staff were fast but not overly friendly. Good place to mail things.

An arrogant and rushed young man told me that, He and his father own all the UPS stores in IRC. What a shame, because he kept complaining about how much overtime he was working, and therefore, he did not want to help me in a thorough way. The complaints about his overworked, part-owner, self were thrown in between every sentence. At the end of the transaction one of the prices on the receipt did not match the posted price on the sign. The young man went over to the sign and crossed the price out and then came back and told me, Fixed. Actually, no, that is not fixing the problem; it is making it worse for yourself. The prices have to match up and you cant magically solve the problem like all millennials like to solve their problems, that is, by belittling you, the customer. Its unfortunate that you have to travel outside of IRC to find a store owned by a different proprietor. Maybe his son should go out and get a real job and see how far his complaint about being overworked goes.

This UPS Store is always pleasant and moves through their line quickly. I have been to other UPS Stores in the area and they are sub par. Very happy to travel the extra distance to go here.

I needed to mail a full gaming computer, PS4 to my son, and lots of clothing to my son. The UPS Store was amazing! They took their time with me and were kind and professional. They even called me back the next day to let me know they owed me a refund. They were able to mail two boxes. They saved me almost $100!!! Great ethical service. Thank you!
Store under new management - best thing that has happened to this store! It’s more structured, organized, and cleaner. The employees have smiles on their faces every time I walk in. They are very knowledgeable and helpful with any questions I may have. They are honest about prices and they do whatever they can to help my experience be the best! I will definitely be back!
I rarely write reviews, but after reading all the negative ones and having a fantastic experience I felt it necessary to leave a review.Now, as far as the reviews regarding outrageous prices, I must have heard them forewarn people that their prices are at a 35% markup compared to the postal office. In regards to their attitude, well I had no such issue.I was in one of of their busiest days right before Christmas, and right before close. The line was out the door and there were only two people working so they were feeling the pressure. Regardless, they kept the line moving, they were nice, upfront about pricing options especially given the holiday season, and tried to make a connection with people. By the time I got to the counter my two kids were a bit antsy. They gave them bubble wrap to play with and joked continuously with me. I never felt that mothers angst about misbehaved kids in a busy store. They were very welcoming. I had about 5 different packages to package and ship to 5 different addresses and they dealt with it again with patience, calmness and humor. I made a joke about my healthy total and they gave me a generous deal... still not sure why but the fact that they did so was going above and beyond.I will absolutely go there again, and definitely recommend them to others.
Someone came in behind my fiancé coughing like crazy all over my fiancé. I guess there wasn’t a required mask for entry policy at this store or employees didn’t enforce it and now we’re questioning whether he has COVID from this encounter.

I own a local e-commerce business and spend tens of thousands on shipping. Every time I go in this branch they have some excuse for not shipping my packages or seem annoyed that I’m dropping off. I’ve had enough and will take my business to USPS and Fedex. I’ve met the owner and he seemed very friendly but the employees need to be replaced.
Very personable and attentive. The young lady behind the counter took my return authorization information and filled out the shipping label with the RA number on the label. She was very friendly and pleasant as was the gentleman behind the counter. After reading other reviews I was anxious about the cost. I felt the price of$11.00 was very fair. I would highly recommend this UPS store.

Under new ownership. I have been a mailbox holder for a longtime. There have been both good changes since the ownership change. This location has gotten more efficient. The Employees seem to be more up to speed on what they are doing.

Living here in the area, I have to say the 2 employees I trust the most are Sara and John.Ive met Sara a few times and she was professional with me and felt quite sure she would be very Trustworthy of my packages and be sure she sent them to the correct address with out fail.John, dont even worry about him I could trust him with my newborn Baby.I reccomend it 10/10

I have used this store several times and had a great experience. However, I am not pleased with the way I was treated this last time. I had to send a package and needed to get it there quickly. I was told that it would arrive within 2 days and cost me $10. I thought that was a great deal, so I went with it. Come to find out, my package was NOT sent with a 2 day delivery but by parcel post via USPS and my package will not arrive until 7 days later. I am very disappointed in the lack of information from this store. If I had known it was not guaranteed for 2 day delivery, I would not have sent it parcel post. Additionally, the customer service in this store is NOT the friendly neighborhood that you would expect from Vero Beach.
I went to this store to ship a package with a prepaid label, but my printer had not done a good job printing it so the barcode wouldn’t scan. The nice young man at the front desk took the trouble of emailing the label to himself and reprinting it for me, and then sealed the package so it got on its way. All of this with a nice smile! Thank you, 20th Street UPS! You have a loyal customer!

Ive been using this store regularly for years and have always been satisfied. The counter help has always been efficient and helpful. When I have to ship a package, and be confident it will arrive on time and undamaged, theyre the people I go to.

I was asked for my drivers license or they said they would not ship my package. When I asked why she told me it has been that way since 9/11...hmmm....I replied Ive been shipping with Ups since the day I was at work on 9/11 and this is the first time Ive ever been asked to show my id. Suspecting this was not the truth I asked for them to let me watch them box my stuff because now I have a trust issue with them. How many stories on the news do we hear about the help staff taking information from the customer and then you have stolen id and credit card numbers. I did not appreciate the staff giving me the 3rd degree because I didnt by the lame and untrue excuse I got. The manager agreed that she did not have the correct information to give the customer and he explained that the system didnt have all my current information and they needed my Id to update my profile in the system. They were so unprofessional in their behavior of me questioning the untrue excuse I was looked at like I was the crazy person as I concluded my business. Im actually inclined to start using the post office again, at least there I know they know why they are doing something. 🤣🤣🤣

I went to this UPS Store and has a ton of gifts to ship. After I unloaded a trunk full of gifts, I brought them inside to see if they could be shipped. I had to make a phone call to find out what the address was to my shipping location, and I couldn’t hear the person on the phone because another guest walked in, and workers behind the counter started having a full on, very loud conversation with that guest that walked in. I asked the person on the phone to repeat 3 different times due to the “HEY!!! What’s going on?” I haven’t seen you in a while” and so on.After a very short amount of time, the guy working the counter (after he finished his conversation with the lady that walked in) told me that it would cost $200.00 to ship my items! I told the guy working that there was no way that it would cost that much. I rolled my items outside. He never apologized. He never offered to help me out. He never asked to see what else could be done. I left the UPS store, and went to Postal Connections by Publix’s on US 1. Not only was the staff 10 times more friendly and paid attention to what I needed, it only cost me $113.00 to ship. Before you go to the UPS store, talk to Postal Connections!!!

I went here to fax three pages of a letter. It cost me 8 dollars. The person i faxed it too called and said it was too dark so i returned to the store. I told them it went through too dark. They refaxed acted like it was complimentary and then insisted i pay another 8 dollars. Dont go here over priced and rude customer service.
