So when I was in need early 2021, I came back to Chase and he went above and beyond to find the specific truck I was looking for. I had perhaps the most pleasant car buying experience ever! I have purchased over 25 new vehicles in my adult life, and I truly believe this was above ALL of the rest. I had unfortunately totaled my 2021 Explorer ST on 10-15-21, and was desperately seeking a new vehicle (there were limited options due to lack of inventory). My wife had recently purchased a 2021 Chevy Tahoe, so after checking the dealership she purchased through, found very unfortunately for them they could not assist me (Ted Britt) for the Z71 Trail Boss pickup I was searching for.After an online inquiry with Koons GMC Chevrolet Buick in Vienna Virginia, I received a very quick email response from Earl Jones and the Sales manager Ryan Thompson! I honestly have to say, both of these gentlemen made me feel like I was family…I know that may sound cliche, but they found the exact vehicle, priced it right, and made it happen!! I was going on vacation when I put a deposit down (vehicle had not yet arrived at their dealership) and had finance completely taken care of prior to my departure. I had scheduled with Earl to take delivery on 2 Nov at 1300hrs, and at 0830 on 2 Nov Earl left a message saying that my truck was detailed out front and ready to go!I cannot thank both Earl and Ryan enough…they really took care of me- I qualified for a Veteran discount and they took care of the tubular running boards on top of everything !!If you want to deal with people that sincerely treat you like a family member/friend- look no further—ASK FOR THESE GUYS!!!!

Trying to find a car in this current market is close to a nightmare. I’ve been contacting dealerships and comparing makers, options, models, etc . At Koons Tyson, I spoke to Chase . I was so impressed with the level of knowledge he has. Chase also took the time to understand my requirements and also to educate me about the safety features I should consider in the car I’m buying for my 18yrs old. I had couple questions about specific models and Chase took it upon himself to find the answers and got back in a timely manner. My search is not done yet and my decision is not made, but I will definitely ask for chase to finalize my purchase If I ended up buying a vehicle that Koons Tysons carry .
Henry was our sales person and he was great! He took the time to listen to what our needs were, asked great questions, offered solutions to our challenges and found us just what we wanted. He followed up just as he said he would and took care of us from start to finish. No pressure and a fantastic experience at this dealership. We were treated like valuable customers!
Josephine was the best salesperson I’ve had a pleasure of meeting. She made everything welcoming, convenient, and understandable. Anything I didn’t understand she explained or got the answer from her manager. She didn’t leave anything unanswered. I literally drove hours to get to this dealership for a specific car. It was my first time at this dealership, so I drove down not knowing how my experience would be. When I got there, I have to admit I didn’t feel welcomed at all by the lady at the desk when I came in the sales floor door. That wasn’t the experience I needed after such a long drive. I was explaining that I was there to see a vehicle and I already spoke to a salesperson. She looked at me as if I was lost and didn’t belong there. Which actually almost made me leave because I don’t want to spend my money with people like that. But then Josephine came and introduced herself and was so welcoming and bubbly. So I excused the first impression that I received from the lady prior. ( maybe she was having a bad day… because all the other staff that was just walking by greeted me politely. So it’s definitely not the dealership as a whole to be blamed. ) On another note, Josephine took me to see the car I inquired about. I really was disappointed because the car I drove down for wasn’t what I thought it would be. Unlike other sales personnel that would try to force you into another vehicle of their choosing she wasn’t like that at all. I honestly was content with driving back without a car because I knew it could be a possibility that I didn’t like the car. Josephine sincerely understood my concerns and asked what exactly it was that I was looking for in a vehicle. I told her and she looked up a couple different options but explained how each of these cars have the things I mentioned. Nothing felt forced or rushed at this dealership. I’ve been buying cars for years and I’ve always felt like they just wanted the sale. That wasn’t the case here at all. Even the finance guy was great and explained everything I asked. What a team!!!! This was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to buy. Well worth the drive, I would and will do it again.
This was the worst car buying experience ever in my life!!!🤬🤬🤬! I WISH I COULD GIVE THEM A HALF STAR! I worked with Rodrigo and he was so unprofessional and lacking of customer service skills. I had to constantly call him back and remind him of things he said he was going to do. I eventually stopped communicating with him and called his supervisor, who wasn’t much better. Smh 🤦♂️ They tried to pressure me to use their financing after I clearly told them I have my own. I came from out of town to purchase my vehicle and never again will I come here to buy anything! I would NOT recommend this place. It took months to receive my plates, months to receive my title and even more month to receive an owner’s manual for my vehicle. You would think for a major purchase, they would have the owners manual in the vehicle on pick up. No! I had to drive this new car all the way home without knowing how to operate it. Buyer Beware! Find another dealership if you desire basic customer service or better!
Anthony was quick to respond to my questions when inquiring about the vehicle online. Kevin was a pleasure to do business with when we arrived. They gave me what I wanted on my trade without having to negotiate. Price for my car was the best I found in the nation not just area. Highly recommend the co-pilot app if youre looking for a car.The only thing I will warn future buyers. I came in pre-approved with my bank, check in hand and they still required me to run my credit to prove I was who I was, they said. I have very good credit so I came in pre-approved in order to not get multiple dings on my credit. Koons policy is even if you come check in hand they require you to run your credit unless you want to wait for the check to clear then you can come back to pick up your car. (That is a synopsis of the policy but pretty much what it states). I drove 2 hours to look at this car. Did not have the luxury of driving 2 hours home wait for the check to clear and drive 2 hours back. BUT In the end they found me a better rate than my bank.Overall it was a pleasurable experience of buying a car. Just a lesson to me to check dealership policies on future car purchases.
I inquired about a truck online and quickly received a response. I went in the next day to take a look at the truck. They had it pulled around front for me where I was greeted by Chase. He ran over all the details of the truck and answered every question I had (First time buying a brand new vehicle). They gave me a great trade in offer on my vehicle and made the entire buying process a breeze. Throughout the whole process I was never pressured into buying or adding anything but more of just given options. Once I was finished with all the paperwork, the manager personally came over and thanked me. This is the first review I have ever left and felt like Chase and the rest of the staff deserved a shoutout. Thank you all for a great experience on my first brand new purchase.
The service manager, Carlos Candia, took care of checking in my SUV almost immediately upon arrival. He kept me informed on the status of the car warranty repairs via text and personally called me when it was ready.The replacement of the driver side lumbar support was completed and works perfectly. Check out was a breeze after signing off on paperwork. All in all, greatly satisfied with the outcome and completion of the work ahead of schedule.
The service part was excellent - they fixed my shifter problem under warranty and it took 2 days, which is reasonable. The only downside was that I got a sales text and then a sales call within hours of dropping off the car. When I asked to be put on the Do Not Call list, the sales person was polite about it, but I would rather have not gotten the call at all.
Let’s see where do I start. Jesus sold me a straight up race car. I told him I wanted a Camaro ZL1. There was one on the showroom floor. It happened to be the ZL1/1LE. Test driving it I noticed the suspension was extremely tight and stiff. I asked him about it and Jesus assured me after breaking the car in that it will loosen up. Not knowing about those cars I feel totally taken advantage of. Not only did it not loosen up, but the tires that came on the car stock were a nightmare. I almost died the very same day I got it. It had 0 traction because they were some kind of slick street tires which made no sense to me because I bought the car in the summer so it should have had at least a little bit of traction. I had the car for about 6 months and the suspension still had not loosened up a bit, regardless of what mode it was in. I called Jesus and complained about the vehicle and that I wanted something else. Well this guy told me that pretty much I would have to eat a 20K debt on my own! I was completely blind sided. Needless to say I had to get out of that vehicle, but not with the help of Koons or Jesus. I did end up carrying over about 12K in negative equity thanks to Jesus not being honest about the vehicle he sold me! My experience with Koons was horrible and I wouldn’t recommend my worst enemy to do business with them!

Every time I bring my car in for service I am greeted very kindly and the service Technicians are always patient in explaining the important details of the service that needs to be performed! I dont have to worry about quality of service because the Technicians do an outstanding job maintaining the fluid levels and catch potential issues and bring them to my attention well before it becomes a major hazard! Especially whenever a major service is performed on my car, I can tell in the much more efficient way the car drives that not only was the correct procedure done, but it was done thoroughly and meticulously!!!KOONS TYSONS BUICK IS BY FAR THE BEST, MOST HONEST, AND WELL PRICED SERVICE DEALERSHIP I HAVE EVER HAD THE PRIVILAGE OF EXPERIENCING!!!!!!!!!
Great seamless scheduling via text, I had to reschedule twice which was never made out to be an issue and when I arrived, I was expected and the work was done quickly and efficiently!
I can not imagine an organization this size would have the worst Human Resource Manager . I wanted to work there but after dealing with her in their accounting office changed my mind. First of all they have too many employees in one room and no privacy as a HR person. She is extremely unprofessional and rude. They must be very desperate to let someone like her work there. Do not apply for any jobs at this dealership because you will end up not working there after dealing with her and her horrible attitude.
Truly transformative. It could have been perfect if the dealership would actually get my name right after telling them hundreds of times.
From first contact, this was a no-pressure transaction. Henry (our sales associate) had a can do attitude, but was not pushy in the slightest. When I was running a little late because of the kids, he assured me that the car was waiting for us, no matter when we got there. Again with the test drive, we were told to take as much time as we needed, and not to rush back. Henry was also super accommodating to the fact that we were trying to meet up with friends in the afternoon, so worked to expedite the paperwork process as much as possible. When there was an issue repairing a known broken interior component, I was assured we would get a loaner and someone would drive our car to the house.The car: Very nice condition, just as advertised. Priced below NADA, even in this sellers market. Worked with us to assure we would get the car delivered as soon as they completed the minor repair.Would highly recommend Koons, and Henry as a sales associate.
Everyone I spoke with at the dealership was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Both the sales team and finance department made sure I felt comfortable with the offer I received and clarified any questions I had. Anthony was great to work with and was very quick to respond to any questions I had during the whole process. I also really appreciated how patient they were the whole time and I never felt rushed or pressured to make a deal. I was a little hesitant to buy a car through the Koons concierge service, when I hadn’t seen it in person, but Anthony went above and beyond to make sure I was confident in my purchase and that I got exactly what I was looking for. The delivery process to get my car straight to my door was simple and easy too! I can’t recommend Koons in Tysons corner enough!

The last-minute appointment went smoothly. According to the report attached to the bill, everything was completed in an extremely reasonable time to which I am grateful. Plus I enjoyed having the convenience of using a computer during the wait time.
Do not trust them to work on your vehicle.My brand new Camaro needed a new engine after only 500 miles. That was not Koons fault, but the way they handled it was abysmal.When the car went in for the engine replacement I specifically asked about a known problem with the Camaro engines (broken valve springs) and was assured it wasnt the problem and it wouldnt affect the new engine. Five days after getting my car back the new engine broke a valve spring. It went back for repairs and was returned to me with missing and damaged components under the hood (including upper strut bolts, which is extremely unsafe), leaking oil, and evidence of misuse (someone elses phone paired to it, drive mode selector in race, absolutely no gas in the tank).When I took it back a third time, they tried to gaslight me by providing incomplete service records - they did not document all the repairs they had to made to cover up their mistakes. Not only are they bad at service work, they lack integrity.At this point they had made 3 attempts and the car had spent 35 days in the shop and it still wasnt right. I notified them per VA Lemon Law that they would have one final repair attempt, and they took it in for an inspection and told me the car was fine and all issues had been corrected. However the car was not fine when it was returned to me, it was still making unusual noises and after a few minutes looking around under the hood I discovered the car was developing a severe exhaust leak due to missing exhaust manifold bolts. I got underneath it on my driveway and also found that bolts were also missing from the underbody aerodynamic components (undertray).How is it that a customer rolling around in their driveway with a flashlight can find this stuff but trained dealership technicians with state of the art service facilities cannot? I sold the car back to GM under the lemon law because I had no faith in the work done by Koons on the car.Save yourself from potential hassle and do not trust them to work on your car.
Every time I come to Koons I am always taken such good care of. I have been to plenty of other dealerships and shops to get my cars worked on but nothing compares. You guys really care about your customers and it shows. Keep it up!

During the day, our sales person gave us a lot of space and did not pressure us at all - which was exactly what we needed. We ended up buying a different car than we initially anticipated (Tahoe vs. Yukon) at his suggestion to drive it. Finally, we needed to follow-up on a few aspects and they were very able to work with on that.
Very satisfied. I was lucky enough to connect with a sales person who was caring, knowledgeable, helpful, and answered questions openly and honestly. I was made a fair offer the first time around and we were able to easily agree on a deal. Everybody at this store was pleasant & helpful and I will return there in the future. I had a great experience with Koons Tysons Chevy. Malcolm was polite, professional and friendly, answered all my questions directly and was completely accepting when my wife and I declined to buy the car we had looked at.However, we returned to Malcolm and Koons Tysons that same evening because their price was roughly $3,000 lower than other dealers for the same year and mileage range/trim choice car. At first I was mildly suspicious of why management had priced the car lower: it turned out it was due to a very small and nearly unnoticeable very small ding on the right side fender, which I had noticed after carefully looking over the car body. Otherwise the car was in truly perfect shape, inside and out. It looked as though it had rarely left a garage! I was relieved it wasn’t a mechanical issue, and my wife and I were delighted to get the car we wanted for a lower price due to a very minor cosmetic issue. Malcolm was a pleasure to work with, as were the other staff I dealt with that evening. I would absolutely recommend my friends to Koons Tysons.
This is the worse company to do business with! If I could I would give them ZERO stars! Been trying to buy a car from them, talked to on the phones for 2 weeks. They was supposed to mail me the papers to sign. They said they mailed them, they never mailed them. They said it was overnight by FedEx but lost the tracking number. Been lied to by over 4 different people! But truth came out today saying they never mailed them and they sold the car yesterday. He had the nerve to say first come first serve. After I’ve been dealing with them for two weeks! They have no communication skills at all. The person than said well the person you’ve been dealing with has been out of town so it’s not my fault. TALK ABOUT RUDE AND HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION SKILLS THIS COMPANY HAS! They refuse to call you back too after saying they still had the car knowing it was sold. So instead of being truthful and saying we messed up and sold the car. They just give you the run around and could careless.
Appreciate the straight forward sales process (no BS) from this sales staff. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from this dealership and highly recommend it. The staff is responsive, but values your time. My product specialist (Henry) had my vehicle ready for a test drive when I arrived and and a reasonable OTD ready when I returned from the test. When I explained I needed to wait a day before closing the deal, we got 0 pressure to stay and close immediately. Finalized the trade/purchase the next day without issue. Kudos also to Joel in finance for beating my banks already very competitive interest rate and getting me out quickly. I’ve visited a lot of dealerships and this is one of the best!

Mr. Earl was amazing 👏🏽. He exuded great customer service. I called him and told him what type of car I wanted. My two preferred color options, my budget and my expectations for the vehicle. When I arrived at the dealership, before even meeting Mr. Earl my breath was taken away because I saw MY truck sitting right there. I even parked next to it....not knowing this would literally be MY truck...LOL! I was greeted with respect and care and was NOT in the dealership for hours feeling overwhelmed and pressured. The finance and insurance representative were amazing as well. I highly recommend Koons Tysons and when you get there ask for EARL JONES!

Bad experience.... Maybe it was the day or the weather but this was the WORST car buying attempt I have ever had. From 10K window markup called a Added Market Value which is really price gouging due to semi-conductor shortages(funny Toyota did not have the same markups on ANY of their cars to include the Sequoia). A lack luster sales rep who actually said to me and my wife Ive got other customers so you can play around with the Tahoe and left us to go back inside.We decided that if they did not want to spend time with us we would take our time elsewhere and spend our money and time with someone who cared. Sad to say that experience was the iconic car buying experience.
Overall, very impressed with this dealership. Not only did they have the vehicle I was looking for, but they had it at a very good price that was within my price range. Also were able to work something out with my credit as well. The salesperson who I was working with, April, has been very responsive to me, even over email to help with questions after purchase. I would definitely recommend this dealership, as they appear to be top notch and will work with you every step of the way.

Great organization. Staff were very courteous well organized. With the current shortages in vehicle inventory this is not the best time for a customer to purchase a vehicle. With that being said, Koons has access to the largest inventory of vehicles I have seen in the area (Delaware, Maryland, SE PA and northern VA.) And they did everything they could to get me the lowest price. Sales Manager Ryan Thompson was top notch, very professional. I would definately buy there again.

This review is for the service department only.This is a huge mega-dealerships GM authorized service center at the intersection of several well-monied communities, and they havent got time for you.I recently became the second owner of a GM car with plenty left on the manufacturers bumper-to-bumper. I walked into this service center at 7:30 a.m. with a GM service bulletin in hand, asking for a recommended software update from the manufacturer.Without much in the way of eye contact from one of the guys at the desk, I was told that I need to take the car back to the dealership where I bought it (which isnt a GM dealer and so doesnt have access to the GM software upgrade that the service bulletin recommends) because I bought the car fewer than 30 days ago. Either that or I could let Koons check for a diagnostic code - a bargain at $160, right?I started to ask again for the software upgrade and to explain that I was also looking for a regular shop to service my new-to-me GM car over its lifetime, but the afore mentioned guy at the desk was already looking back at his computer.So I asked for my keys and my car back and I drove out of there - and not a soul in the service center missed me for even a second.If youre willing and able to pay a premium price for an absolute minimum of interaction (and a snack shop next to the waiting room) this is your place. No doubt they can do the work. But if you feel like the folks in the service center ought to look you in the eye, try their best to answer your questions and maybe do a little good-faith give and take (I hear they used to call this service) move along.This place is enormous, strategically situated and has enough cars moving through their colossal service bays to shrug off any one owner. Shrug them off before they shrug you off.

Not the best dealership I’ve ever been to. Made us waste not only multiple hours but days as deals kept getting changed left and right without our acknowledgment. If you go and want a good experience, I definitely recommend speaking to Brian as he is an extremely professional and super kind salesmen. When it comes to some of the other services and employees, do not think I would recommend at all.
Ive had 3 or more people reach out to me regarding trade in values for my vehicle. 3 people have promised to provide a quote, no one has followed through. Its amazing.
I had a 10:00 AM appointment for a oil change and tire rotation. When I checked in the gentleman at the service desk said it could take up to 1 1/2 hours and it took every bit of that time. Good call by the service guy, not sure it should of taken that long, but at least they told me.

Henry and Tony were the nicest, most helpful folks when it came to buying my car. They were willing to run my finances and talk over the phone without any pressure to buy anything. They never tried to sell me anything more than what i wanted. I felt like they were on my side and had my best interest in mind the entire process. They even talked me out of buying a more expensive model and into something cheaper that had all the features I needed and wanted. I ended up getting more than I wanted for less money. Thanks guys!

Buyer beware! What a shady business operation. The insurance policy sales, forced credit application even if you have your own financing, and price gouging is awful here. There is no reason for the credit app other than to store and sell your data. I was told Koons Policy. Terrible.I should add since it was mentioned in the other reviews, no other GMC dealership in the area is price gouging. MD, PA, DE, and one other in VA Ive spoken with are quoting sticker price.
I contacted Koons by phone Saturday afternoon after locating the vehicle I had been searching for on Car Guru. I sent the ad to my partner who had ironically purchased a vehicle from the same Vienna, VA location two weeks prior. He immediately contacted his sales person AB, with whom he had a wonderful experience, to inquire about the car that I wanted to purchase. AB was pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful on all fronts. AB did as much of the transaction as he could over the phone and immediately set an appointment for the same day to finalize the deal. Any questions that I had AB answered immediately, if input was required from others he followed-up with me in the time-frame that he said he would. To my surprise he even pulled the vehicle and texted photos so that I could see it prior to my visit. To say the least, this was the most hassle-free car buying experience that I have ever had. From sales to finance my experience at Koons Vienna, Va was amazing and quick. We will be contacting AB directly for any of our future car buying needs. He exemplifies the true meaning of customer service!

I bought a car from here in July. After signing all the documents, I saw that the car had two owners . They told me before that had an owner. anyway, I passed that. Then i canceled two service plan. They gave me paper and i signed . After 40 days i mean today bank said me we didn’t receive any cancellation document. So Whenever you buy a car from there, double check the files.Their services are very poor. I dont like this place.
Sait was a great representative for Koons and him and management gave us one of the easiest sales my wife and I have ever had. We ran into an issue with our used purchase but when we returned to the dealership, the folks behind the counter were more than helpful and incredibly willing to fix the issue. They drove the vehicle over an hour away from the dealership to ensure we received our vehicle promptly. Despite the mishap, I would absolutely do business with them in the future.
I had the opportunity of working with salesman Anthony (Tony) to finalize my purchase on a new 2021 GMC vehicle. Tony could not have been more helpful and down to earth throughout the sales process. Normally people dreed dealing with car salesman, but Tony, along with sales manager Ryan were a pleasure to deal with and great ambassadors of Koons Tysons. I love my new vehicle and I thank Koons Tysons for an effortless and fairly cost effective purchase experience. I would defiantly recommend they location and customer service if your on the market for a new vehicle.

We have been loyal to Koons since purchasing our 2012 Traverse. We appreciate the valet pick up/drop off. Everyone involved was polite and responsive, and we trust the work was done well (we really cannot judge and have to trust that is the case.) There is one particularly irritating aspect of the service, however. I am bombarded with emails and texts with special offers, and at some level, that worked - the text prompted me to make an appointment prior to our upcoming road trip. However, I do not appreciate the hoops that Koons makes you go through to take advantage of any special offer. When I have to put a client teleconference on hold to take a message from the service department re: what is needed, I do not then have time to sort through emails and texts and find a potentially applicable coupon to apply, and yet that is exactly what I was asked to do. It seems either you have specials that you offer to customers or you do not, and you should apply them if you have them. Many businesses have said to me over the years, Oh, and we have a coupon for that we will apply because we are offering a special. That is a great way to build good will. As part of this service, I unexpectedly bought 4 new tires. The next day, I received a coupon in the mail, Buy 3 tires, get the 4th for only $1. Given the snails pace at which mail is operating, I am quite certain that that coupon was mailed long before my service date, and yet NO mention of it was made when new tires were recommended. This entire circumstance smacks of bait and switch, and that has left a bad taste in my mouth.
Took 2021 Trailblazer in for first oil change and tire rotation. Service was polite and accurate on duration of wait time.
Bill and the guys in the service department are great! They treat my car as if it is their own. The WiFi is great in the waiting area.
April was a fabulous sales person and we’re thrilled with our 2021 GMC Yukon Denali. We are loyal customers since 2000 and have purchased 6 vehicles from Koons over the years, including 4 Suburbans. The service department has handled all the vehicles’ maintenance, and we’ve been happy with our experience.
Everything was handled professionally, I had shot and comfortable wait and my car was washed before being handed back to me!
Anthony was very helpful throughout the process. I had to drive from 2 hours away but when I showed up everything was exactly what we had discussed over the phone and after a quick test drive and review of the paperwork they were able to get me back on the road in my new truck.

The buying experience was good. April was great to work with. The car is great. The only thing that was only slightly off was when I was with the business manager. He was great and honest I think he just slipped and told me the wrong company that the financing was through. He had said a credit union, but it was a bank out of Ohio. It did not matter but you always want to strive to give the customer the correct information. Overall great experience and when I am in the market for the next car we will start at Koons.
Adil (Sales associate) and Joel (finance office) were amazing. They were attentive to all of my questions and extremely efficient. I’ve bought many cars and this was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. I will definitely keep them in mind for the next car I buy.

I drove 4 hours to look at a pre-owned truck that I found on their website. The salesman, Kevin Martinez, was great. He was straight forward with me, no typical salesman BS, and was easy to keep a conversation with. I was very surprised to see that a dent was fixed on the front bumper and painted before I got there, and their service center replaced all 4 rotors and brakes and did an oil change. I was so happy with my experience here, that 2 days later I drove another 4 hours back to Koons with my wife, and we financed her a brand new vehicle. I asked for Kevin, and he was outstanding. My wife didnt know exactly what she wanted, and ended up test driving 4 different vehicles. We spent a total of 7 hours there, and Kevins patience was impressive. I highly recommend Koons, and I definitely recommend Kevin as a salesman.
We were from out of state visiting family and our son had bought a truck from Koons of Tysons Corner. I ask if he would call so I could get my oil changed and tires rotated, which I did. Had a sales guy named Henry approach and ask me if I like the Avenir we were looking at in the showroom and if he could help. I said sure run some numbers. Next thing I know I was presented a good deal. I bought that car. Koons have a good bunch of people that makes the buying experience a good one.

Very personable, respectful and extremely helpful, goes above and beyond to ensure that my requests are taken care of and questions answered, whenever I come in for service. Donovan is an exemplary employee...keep up the wonderful attitude and work performance.

I purchased a used Chevy Colorado through Koons that was advertised on TrueCar.com. It was my first experience purchasing a vehicle out-of-state and 100% online, and the process was complicated to say the least! It took just under two months from initial contact to completion of the sale (!) but ultimately I obtained a great vehicle for a great price.I would especially like to give FIVE STARS to my sales associate at Koons, Bakary Darbo. I think it is fair to say that I would not have been able to purchase this truck through this dealership, if it hadnt been for Bakary. From start to finish, from the very first phone call to the point when my truck was finally shipped, Bakary Darbo answered every call, text, and email. Not only that, I feel that his honesty and professionalism were truly a cut above many others in the industry that I have dealt with. If youre buying from Koons, you should ask for Bakary.

My experience wasn’t excellent with the sales department, but the finance employee Hamza was phenomenal! Oddly felt like we were trying to buy and the sales guy was trying to keep. Delearship was overall good in terms of vehicle selection.
Great customer service. When my repair took longer than expected and I was there waiting the lovely lady working the desk offered to have their courtesy van drop me off at the mall to get some lunch and wait there. Definitely made the time go faster and was so thoughtful of her to offer. Definitely will go here again!

Be sure that if u are selling a used vehicle here to not even bother. i run a business myself and i have never heard someone be so disrespectful. i over heard my mother speaking to someone (name doesn’t need to mention) about a car she was selling and he was so rude and hung up on her while she was speaking that i personally stoped eating my meal to call them back. if you dont like your job quit… but dont you dare be disrespectful to a customer client or anyone of the sort just because u have personal problems going on in your life.

I had a great experience purchasing a 2021 Chevy Silverado 1500 Crew Cab at Koons Tysons Chevy/Buick/GMC. Sait Bah worked with me and answered my questions about the different models and trim packages available. He was patient as I waited more than a week from my first visit until I came back to purchase the truck, and in between he fielded my many questions via text and email. The experience was very satisfying.
I got lucky, it would seem. When I asked Chevrolet to send information to local dealers, Koons was one of the 3. I was contacted by Koons in a timely manner, surprisingly not a given, and had prompt service the entire time. Henry was patient as my wife and I took our time and reviewed our options. We took a substantial amount of time, but we never felt that Henry was rushing us to make a decision. He was eager to get us to the dealership, but not to pressure us into a quick transaction. We found the car we were interested in, got all of the information we could, then went to test drive and left with our new Equinox. It was helpful having associates that were younger, as they understood what was important to us. The only time we felt any pressure was when a manager tried to push a package on us that we had already decided against. Fortunately, he was not around long, and the individual assisting us could tell that we did not appreciate that reversion to the louder and high pressure type of salesman. Henry gave us the space we needed to come to a decision on our own, the gentleman assisting with financing was patient as we read everything, and everyone was kind the entire time. I was a bit hesitant when I saw the Equinox, but they cleaned it up very nicely and I was proud to drive it off the lot.
It was a simple exercise to call and schedule the manufacturer recall service appointment. An advisor met me in the garage at the vehicle. He was courteous and professional and followed up with me throughout the appointment. I am very satisfied with the service and my overall experience with Koons Chevrolet/GMC.

Service costs are well above average. . . About 3x labor hours billed for the typical worked needed to complete this task. If you have time, shop around. Your wallet will than you.
