Fantastic dealership!! Really enjoyed my visit the staff there are awesome and extremely friendly, even went above and beyond to get water for us even though we were just looking!! Definitely recommend this dealership!
The team at Aston Martin Washington DC exceeded my expectations for sales and delivery. This was a 2008 V8 Vantage and they prepared the car so it looked brand new and treated me like I was buying a new $180k model. Honest, reliable, and professional group to work with.Thank you so much Brendon, Mehdi, and Regina for making this experience, my first Aston Martin purchase, incredibly satisfying and memorable!
Brendon provided excellent customer service and was willing to sell me only what I wanted. He wasnt pushy and never attempted to sway my purchase.Mehdi was very personable and made the finance portion quick and easy. Would 100% purchase another vehicle from this dealership, as well as recommend it to friends. Thank you.
Slow to respond to requests for information including completely ignoring the first inquiry. They did not disclose previous repair work which was publicly available on the vehicle after some research. Be careful and you must get a third party inspection in my opinion. Being CPO under the Timeless program does not account for cosmetic or previous repair work only the mechanical portion of the vehicle. Timeless certification wasnt completed until a month past when it was first listed as CPO on their website which was deceptive. How can you sell a car as CPO without first completing the certification and required inspection.
Just bought a car from them today. Hands down, the best car buying experience Ive ever had. I dealt with Andrew (sales) and Mehdi (finance). Initially, I was apprehensive and anxious because of previous car buying experiences Ive had. Because of how transparent and streamlined the process was, I realized that I had no reason to be. I paid the agreed upon price without any games. Great place to buy a car from.
Overall transaction was good. Salesman very helpful and communication excellent. Little disappointed over tires they were worn bad. Tags for vehicle are just now being processed with DMV, 30 days after sale. No follow up from anyone to see how vehicle was doing or if I was happy with it. I feel as if was just a sale.
We bought a high-line pre-owned vehicle from Aston Martin of DC and the staff and process was awesome. The sales people are friendly, the manager Alvin is genuine and a pleasure to work with, Mehdi did our paperwork and made it quick, clean and easy. The whole process from start to finish felt like we were dealing with friends and nothing was pushy. We were given options and our decisions were honored. It was one of the easiest and smoothest vehicle transactions we have ever had. Definitely recommend and we will be a customer for life.
Bought my first car from these folks on 1/31/2020. Brendan was an excellent salesman and Mehdi provided a smooth transaction. The test drive around this location is great because of the tight windy roads in the back. Mehdi worked with me to find the lowest interest rate possible and went the extra mile to do so. Great business.
This dealership is top notch as is Charles, the salesman that I had. This Aston Martin was on their site and well described. When I drove their from Pennsylvania to purchase it the car actually looked better than presented on the web! This car was priced right and is a cream puff!
Service was typical Aston Martin. Not great, not convenient. But if you want you car fixed correctly this is the only option.(my opinion) The trick is to prepare to be disappointed and patient. The people aren’t terribly friendly unless you’re buying a new car. I will continue to service here but I wish they’d work on the arrogance issue.
Me and my husband bought an Acura MDX 2017 from this dealership. They provide a very good customer service, the process went smooth and we were helped by Mehdi.
Went in looking for an Aston Martin and they were pushing me to a Bently. All in all I liked the service even though I never did look at what I went in for. They tried to fit me into something better that fit my life style.
Dont ever take your Aston Martin to get service at this dealership the service bay area looks horrendous very dirty, broke down cars in the backlot old rustic out Rolls Royces, the dealership looks state of the Art but the service bay area is not. Just dont do it find a specialist in the area that will charge a lower price on service. I would not take a Rolls Royce here for service either Stick too Rolls Royce Motorcars of Sterling dealership is waaaay better and their service bay area top notch.
Whoever answers the phone here is a prick. If you call and ask a question you get hung up on if you called at anytime before with a related question. Serious customer service issues. Smoke Stop is 100% better....
Ive bought 2 cars from Brendon and both times there was no pressure. He is not your typical sales guy. He lways makes himself available, proactive and gets you the answers. My lastt deal I worked with Mehdi and Brendon and Mehdi lock me down to the chair, no just kidding! Lol.😀 He did everything to earn my business and asked me where I needed to be and then made it happen! That is what I call keeping a customer haopy. Thank you both .
Today I drove away with my new Bentley Bentayga, I HIGHLY recommend this dealership Great People and outstanding service. Thank you to all that were involved...
Wonderful selection of top quality vehicles & great people to work with!
This place has the best service and best cars in the area.
All I have to say…Stay Away From this Dealership…I bought a 2012 Aston Martin vantage S convertible…from another dealer in TX ….I believe around September 2014… couple months later…I took the car…to the Aston Martin in Tysons corner when it was still …. under warranty….the car stalls at stop lights (intermittent)….and also, the clutch will overheat, warning message appears when in heavy traffic and stop/go traffic….the service department could not duplicate either issues…I took the car back…and drove it for couple weeks…then I had the same problem…I took it back…again…to the dealership…well once again….they could not duplicate the issues… I took it for a third time…before the warranty expires…except this time…I filmed the overheating of the transmission….After few days…Eureka…they found it…it was some break sensor…that caused the car to stall and overheat…took the car…thinking it was fixed …did not drive the whole winter…came spring…I started driving the car…again…the same problems reoccurred again… took it…back to them…they had the car for a month and half…the changed another sensor and reprogramed the shifting…few months later…I took the car back for the same problem…another sensor was changed this time I had to pay…did not drive the car for a while…once I drove it again…the same problem reoccurred again…they kept the car for weeks…could not figure out what the problem was…for both issues…now they brought the big guns…the Aston Martin regional Service manager…oh mother….this dude was full of it…he gave me some BS story ….that it was the way I drove the car that caused it to overheat and stall…that was the biggest BS I have ever heard…nevertheless …I took the car did not drive for a while… then drove it for a while…less than a 1,000 miles the car did it again…brought it back and told them…if they don’t fix it this time I am suing them…3 weeks later…again Eureka…you need a new clutch…your car is about 15K….that is why it stalls and overheat….it is common that a clutch on these cars wears off… between 15-20K….10k to fix that…well I brought the car for 3 years to them…to fix it…and they kept giving me the round around….i said if that was the problem at the time …why did you make me change all the sensors…if the problem was the clutch…why give some BS stories….and made it sound that my driving was the cause of overheating…and stalling…I told they need to fix it on their dime…they talk to the big regional manager…my request was denied…after that…I took the car to couple places…that fixes Astons…both of them…told me that the overheating problem is normal thing with my car….that the Aston Martin Vantage S….. are not built to be driving in heavy traffic and stop/go traffic…it’s a flaw in the design of these cars...The overheating caused the wear and tear of the clutch…and now they want to make it sound….that it’s just wear and tear...well for over 3 years the car with a clutch that was in excellent condition caused these issues to occur and reoccur again…nothing can give me for certainty that fixing the clutch would solve my problem…I think that….this place needs to hire new technicians….they have no idea what they are doing…they are incompetent….it is a total rip off…a waste of time and money…even their service prices are higher than any Aston dealership on the east coast…believe me I called around…every time they quoted me something...seriously…don’t take your car there ever…there a bunch of Aston specialist around the area…that are…honest and competent….I cannot talk about the service managers…cause most of the people I dealt with… in the past left…it seems they have a new service manager every other week….anyway…I am taking legal action against this dealership…will let you where things end up…Stay away from these guys….the worst service you will ever get…
Wonderful place to deal with for wholesale parts.
