My experience for the first time was amazing. I am with priority Chevrolet in Chesapeake and was worried about losing my benefits. But I was able to call and find an affiliate a priority here in the district of Columbia since I am now working in the area. I made an appointment with ease and they got me in and out just as if I was still home in Chesapeake. Awesome service. I definitely will be making Tyson my new home for priority

I was very impressed with the customer service! The car I inquired about was at the front door when I arrived. After looking over the vehicle then taking a test drive, I knew immediately this car was for me. The process for purchasing and financing was quick and seamless. I have been very happy with service at Priority Mazda Tysons since I bought my car there five and a half years ago. At the last two oil changes they told I didnt need anything else at all. This was the first time several things needed attention (replace filters, flush the brakes, replace belts), but after five years I knew something would be necessary. They also mentioned another repair that would be needed sometime, but told me it could wait till next year. The repairs were done promptly in the time they estimated. I am satisfied with the work, and am confident they will be straight with me about what is and isnt necessary.

Aesthetics aside, the service took much less time than I imagined it would, the area was well sign posted, the garage doors opened automatically, making an appointment online was easy... and this man came and got me from the waiting room! Tin and the crew are fabulous. I brought my car in for oil change and safety inspection around 10am and was told it would take 1 1/2 hours to 2 hours to complete and sure enough that it was done a little more than an hour. Don’t visit this dealership.Zero customer service. After the final discussion, they increased the price without any reason. The salesperson Roberto said, He wasn’t aware of it and his manager decided it now. There is zero transparency and no link between the management and the sales team.I would strongly discourage others to do business with this folks! Total disappointment!

I have been going to priority Mazda in tysons for the past five years or so and have never been disappointed. I felt compelled to review after this visit because they were so accommodating. I accidentally made my appointment for a week later than I thought. However, Ismael was able to fit me in and find a rental car for me to use for the day. They even vacuumed and washed my car - which was a really nice touch. I have also never felt like they were trying to sell me on anything I didn’t need. Highly recommended.

He assisted me with care and patience throughout the whole process. He assisted me comparing the different types and models of cars. Everyone at Mazda were very professional, compassionate and understanding in the excitement and fears of buying a new car. Ive always had the best experience at the Priority Mazda Tysons. In particular I had an emergency with my car that needed immediate attention on Tuesday June 1st, 2021. Although I had no scheduled appointment, Ismail the service advisor was so courteous and accepted to have the car fixed before my 1:00 oclock shift. Ismail is professional, knowledgeable, efficient and dedicated to help his customers. He gives precise time estimate and discusses the action plan for the car and the financial estimate before starting the work. He answers all my questions and my concerns patiently. As promised my car was fixed on time. And checking out was organized and simple and all my papers were ready. Most of all I like that they wash my car after the service.I recommend Priority Mazda Tysons to all car owners. Everyone there is pleasant and helpful. The service area is large and clean and all employees had masks and kept their social distance. The waiting room is very spacious and comfortable.

I have not bought a car in over 15 years. I am thinking I have to put on my armor and boxing gloves when I walked into the showroom. I could not have been more WRONG! Robert(my sales rep..the BEST by the way) came up to me so chill and relaxed to help me out. I already had my mind made up on what car I wanted (2016 Mazda CX5 GT baby!!) Robert got me hooked up with the test drive, but I wish the test was a little longer. Came back, gave up the keys and now I was ready to put on my poker face and do the dreadful price dancing. Once again I was totally WRONG! I told Robert how much I am putting down and how much I can afford monthly. Of course he had to check with his manager, but I got the monthly I wanted all in 10 minutes! I know my credit is not 700+ but Robert made the magic happen! I was in and out in about 40 minutes! My last car I was in/out over 2 hours! These guys at Priority Mazda(they also sell Nissan) dont mess around. They value your time and as a customer. I will absolutely returning here for my next car and tell everyone I know to buy from them . I drove home doing 45 mph on 95 just so everyone can see me shinning! I went in for the Teacher’s appreciation oil change and inspection. They told me they’d tell me if anything was wrong with my car prior to me picking it up. But when I picked up my car and drove home, my maintenance light was on. They must not have done the inspection at all but advertised that they did. Went to the dealership needing an oil change and left with my maintenance light on and no one thought to do anything about it.

Bought some insignificant parts (2 washer nozzles @ $4 each which was about half of what my local Mazda dealer wanted) online. I live in Florida, and they were shipped the day I bought them, and I had them in 2 days. Im impressed with how quickly they shipped them out, and makes me feel like they obviously are more concerned with customer service overall, rather then with how much youre spending. I receive free oil changes for life from Priority due to the purchase of a car, which is great. I have been going for years and always had a positive experience with Jon, who treated me more like a friend than a customer. Today was my first day back since Jon left the company, and I was disappointed.I am giving three stars because the girl who checked me in must not have submitted my info correctly. Upon arrival, I’d asked how long it would be. The check in clerk shrugged and said “we close in an hour, so about that time.” After an hour, my car had still not been taken back. I had been patiently waiting, assuming that my car was just in line and it wasn’t yet my turn. I tried to check in with the same girl around close time and was ignored. Another clerk noted than an honest mistake was made and somehow my car had failed to be on the docket for the evening. He and another woman were very apologetic and tried to make it right, but I am disappointed that it happened, considering I was the only customer waiting in person. I would have thought that the girl who checked me in would have been noticed her mistake. Jon would have noticed!

I have had an excellent experience for the past 5 years with the service department at Priority Tysons.They have exclusively provided all of the service needs of my Mazda 3. Yesterday I had an extensive update costing over $1900 that included tire rotation. As soon as I drove it off the lot my tire pressure warning light came on.I returned and the service agent was able to temporarily remove the warning. Ten minutes later the light returned. On my third visit I returned to have a “technician” address the problem. I waited until closing time the warning light is still on…. This is a real concern because I was planning a road trip on the weekend. I would really appreciate having a Priority supervisor help me with this issue.

Worst service experience ever. Been going here for years without issue, but the place has gone downhill since Jon left. He kept that place running. Took my car in to fix a check engine light issue that they (incorrectly) diagnosed the last time I brought it in. Dropped my car off at 8 am on a Tuesday morning, by 5 pm Thursday afternoon I still had no information or updates about my car despite repeated phone calls. They hadn’t touched it yet. Finally, I heard back that they didn’t have the part and that I would need to bring it back when it came in. It took them 3 days to tell me they didn’t have the part? Unbelievable. I was told that they were short staffed and there was only one Mazda technician. That was also the case the last time I brought it in, and I chalked it up to transition and let it slide. One bad experience fine, but two is two too many. I suggested that they fix their issue and hire more technicians, we’ll see if it happens. Was definitely NOT a priority at Priority Mazda Tysons.

Every time I come here to service my car the customer service is amazing. I moved to Vienna over a year ago and was looking for a Mazda dealership since I was having some car issues. Ismael and the team at priority has gone above and beyond my expectations every visit! The work is always completed efficiently in a timely manner and they even loaned me a rental car while my vehicle was in the shop! The guys here are super nice, honest, and great to work with. All the techs are very professional and courteous. I arrived for service and pulled up to the first desk. He helped me since Ismail was busy with another customer. I believe that showed a team effort for outstanding customer service. I was told my work would be done within 90 minutes and it was actually done in under an hour. I also appreciate the customer service manager coming by in the lounge to check on everyone and to make sure we were all being taken care of. Outstanding customer service all around!

My experience was positive at this dealership. Took my Mazda in for routine services. Joe ran testing to find I only needed an oil change. I appreciated the transparency. Joe showed me the test results and attended to my every question with politeness and enthusiasm. The work took about 2 hours, which flew thanks to the loaner car services. I took the loaner to the nearby mall for lunch. By the time I got back is was a short wait, a few signatures, and I was on my way.

I received an email about getting a trade-off value of my car and decided to see what it would be as I was curious. The offer came in quickly, and from there Zaid was in touch with me from our initial conversation all the way to trading and getting a new car. I didnt anticipate getting a new car too. Z was really helpful throughout the process in helping me understand the perks and downside as well as the current situation. I went in for an oil change and the person who checked me in noticed I was also due for inspection soon. He offered to have that done at the same time. When my car was ready I started driving out but noticed that the inspection wasn’t done. I went back in and spoke to Ismael who was able to get the car back in and done very quickly…with no charge. I went to Priority Mazda because I had a flat tire on my way to work that day and I didn’t want to drive with the spare tire long distances, nor didn’t want to wait for Tuesday of the next week, which was the next available day to schedule a service. Three hours is excessive to change oil, replace (2) and align tires and flush brake fluid, especially when I was given a much shorter time estimate as they knew I was waiting on site. My boyfriend’s car broke down while he was here in DC on vacation. The dealer was very kind to squeeze us in after telling us they had no appointments until July 7th. Our service rep was Mauricio. The work was done well and efficiently without any extra repair suggestions. Thankfully, we only needed a new battery which was a relief. However, the major problem we encountered was that they did not save our battery which was still under warranty. We thought it was standard procedure for an auto shop to ask if you want the parts back? They did not, so as a result, we were out $150 which the car parts store would have reimbursed us. They already got rid of the battery through Interstate (possibly getting a credit themselves). While Mauricio gave us a small discount to compensate us, he originally told us he’d give us $100 off. He later called back to say he could not do that. He did apologize, however, the bottom line is that he never asked us about returning our used parts and misquoted how to resolve the situation. While the car was serviced well and on an emergency basis, it seems that Mauricio needs more training on service procedures (I.e. parts, problem resolution). We appreciate the quick service and he offered us a $50 service credit, however, my boyfriend lives in NJ and won’t be able to use a credit. I recommend you clearly explain things to this service rep, to avoid loss of money and problems when getting your car serviced.

Disappointing ExperienceI was excited to learn that this dealership has touch-up paint for Mazda rims.Even better, was that their database double checks that the paint they are sending matches the VIN by entering the one attached to my particular cars rims. The shipping was well beyond the normal shipping cost to send via priority mail but because they had a database to ensure that I was getting the right paint - I considered it to be a financial expense worth taking for my peace of mind. (FYI - The shipping was slightly under the cost of the paint itself)When the product arrived it did not match at all! (Too dark)I called the company and they agreed to refund me upon shipping back the unused product. ($4.10 to return the product, which included the packaging they sent the product initially)When I received my refund the - my shipping reimbursement was not included and in contacting the dealership - I received a very short link to their policies.I do not suggest this group based upon my disappointing experience nor will I return.

The front staff have been very friendly for years, but disingenuous leadership from local management and corporate support have been unwilling to honor the statements from multiple of their employees regarding repair of their defective dashboard, which has severely melted creating safety hazard. Similar recalls and warranty work for my Hyundai have always been handled with grace, disclosed in advanced and without unexpected expiration, but this does not appear to be the case with Mazda.They comment asking for information or asking me to reach out again, but this has been a lie - Ive sent my information to them multiple times, and they have not even bothered to reach back out to me, let alone work with me to fix the safety issue.

Great service and friendly techs. I had to leave town during my repairs and they let me keep the loaner car a week past when the repair was done to accommodate my trip. That really made a difference.

Bought a new Mazda3 2.5 Turbo at Priority in Feb 2021. Naim, my salesperson, was waiting for me when I arrived to test drive two different models and answered all of my questions. He even graciously showed me the different color and interior options that were available for the model and trim I was looking at but not on the lot yet by opening up other cars so I could get a first hand look. Better yet, he and the rest of the staff at Priority Mazda didnt try to sell me something I didnt want or need. Easily the best car buying experience I have had yet especial after dealing with high pressure sales tactics at another dealership in the area. Only wished I lived closer so I could take full advantage of the free service package they provide with each new vehicle.

Good experience. The salesman Zaid was very helpful and responsive to texts. I live 4 hours away and they offered to deliver my car to my doorstep the next day. They also beat another dealer’s overall price on a nicer car. Delivered. The GM Tony was helpful and easy to communicate with. The delivery driver was also extremely nice.

I truly enjoy taking my vehicle to this dealership for service. The associates are always so polite, professional and courteous. They thoroughly explain the condition my car is in, what the mechanics will do and what their recommendations are. The Priority Mazda Service Department blew me away today! I went there to install a part I bought at my original dealer for my 2019 CX5, but couldn’t wait the two hours they said it would take. Priority installed it in 45 minutes, and didn’t charge me, even though my dealer said they would. I now have a new dealership for my service needs!
