Great place but not enough options in ways of phones.
Pretty good service. But after my bank card got hacked, and waiting for a new one, I went inside to pay my bill with cash. There is a $4 fee for going there to pay. They do not accept checks. The price was $55 a month for 2 phone lines as long as they get their money from a debit. card. I told them they ought to pay me for bringing our payment in to them.

God. If I could give this a zero I would. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. The manager Ahmed H lies and says anything to make a sale.We were told we had two weeks to return the phone if we didnt want it and get a full refund.According to Corporate we have 7 days to do it. BUT the MANAGER at this location told us we had 14 days!Weve been trying to contact him for almost a MONTH. Hes never at the store. Doesnt respond to he messages that are being passed on.

So I went to cricket and bought a phone for $90. They said there was a $20 activation fee. Instead of getting 1 SIM card I got 2 SIM cards so I would have a backup. The charged me $25 for each SIM card so I paid $50 dollars for the SIM cards. I went back later that week to cancel my service and give them back the SIM cards. They said no refunds on the phone. I understand that. But when I wanted to refund for the SIM cards they said I only paid $25. I told him that I paid for 2 SIM cards for $50 and he denied that. I call corporate and they said that if I paid for the 2 SIM cards that I could get refunded for them. The man at the desk told me that we could deal with this tomorrow when the manager is here and I said no because I work tomorrow. The man say on the phone for 20 minutes and did not solve the problem. Finally the manager came in and gave me my refund on the SIM cards. After this experience, I will never, AND I MEAN NEVER, come back to cricket after there terrible customer support and terrible staff here. Cricket is the worst Wireless Retailer I have ever been to. THE ABSOLUTE WORST!!
I had been a loyal Cricket customer since 2011. I wanted to continue my business with them, but they have made it absolutely impossible. I was out of consistent service for 2 weeks! I was more than patient, kind and persistent in trying to maintain my account with Cricket. I had to call Cricket customer care daily to get service back on my phone, only to have it removed a few hours later. Just lots of transferring, blaming other departments, speaking to supervisors, hang-ups, and no permanent solution to the problem. I spoke to at least 15 different customer service representatives, and would have to repeat the whole situation every time. I eventually had to give up and go to another carrier because I got sick and tired of not having consistent service. It just seems like the customer service representatives enjoy giving bad news and not helping you. Good riddance Cricket! Tired of your games. No more money from me.

Rude and completely unhelpful. The lisping salesman irked me so bad... i just left and purchased directly from Cricket Online. Since I received the phone the very next day to my door.... I was happy. best of all: I DID NOT HAVE TO PAY ANY $25 FEE, and the phone was $20 LESS to boot!! the fee is only for purchases made in a store so that they get paid to do the work. Since this F^#$TY@$ hated his job so bad, I saved a lot of money going direct. If this was my store... I would fire anyone that hated their job this much... but hey: I am super glad to have saved $45.00 for waiting 1 day. I like CRICKET... but this store is a waste of your time and money.
Great service and very nice people
The first staff member was not nearly as knowledgeable as the second staff member. He was able to answer all my questions about my phone. Then the second staff member disappeared and the first one rang me up for my phones and service. I just wished that I didnt have to go back and forth between the two in order to complete my transaction.
Terrible customer service. The staff is completely clueless on how to properly do their job. They messed up one line trying to upgrade another and werent sorry about it at all. Didnt offer to make it right or discount anything to make up for their mistake. Had to call Corporate and ask for a resolution which they granted. Wont ever go back to this store again. I dont have time to stand around and wait and go back when people dont properly do their job.

I gave Cricket Wireless many opportunities to fix all of their mistakes, and this Is the last time I will ever be coming back to this store and its phone service. Hidden fees from the start with customer service that cant speak English. This place has alone has employees that hat their job and arent afraid to show it. Why waste your money here, only to be charged hidden fees and not have quality service.
Helpful staff
The customer service isnt so helpful and the staff isnt very welcoming. The plans are expensive and they charge a $25 activation fee; even when upgrading your phone. I find this unreasonable and really is a waste of money. The network reliability is also not what I was hoping it to be.

I am a 66 year old person that is living on social security. When I get my check at the beginning of the month, I pay all bills for the month, whether they are due or not, and whatever is left is what I have to spend the rest of the month. My Cricket bill was not due until the 19th, but I paid it on April 1. The total paid was $90. That is quite a large amount for a retired person, but I paid for a family plan. I cancelled service on April 15th due to the fact that the Microsoft phone (with Windows) no longer supported the messenger service and was told I would need to buy new phones to upgrade. I am unable to afford such a purchase, so I changed to another supplier and got the new Android phones for free. I called Cricket to get my $90 PREPAYMENT back and was told that there are no refunds for this as I was the one that cancelled the account! I understand no refunds in the middle of the month, but this was as I said PREPAYMENT and not even due yet!!! I will be getting an attorney if necessary to try to get my $90 back... And I will also post this on all social media, ie. newspapers, Facebook, Twitter and anything else I can think of so others will know not to pay their bill until the day it is due! I dont believe that Cricket can justify keeping my $90 PREPAYMENT AT ALL! I wonder how many other people have been bilked out of their money and not able to get it back... THIS IS JUST COMPLETELY WRONG!!!
