Really nice staff but I never find what Im looking.

I usually have a great time at the mall Gamestop in Vienna. Picked up a couple discount Zelda tee-shirts for my girlfriend and tried to find Bravely Default II used, but no go. These McDonalds Funko Pop! were hilarious.

Nice and friendly staff. You can find just about anything you need in the realm of video games and related merchandise. Really cant go wrong with shopping here for games!

Staff were friendly and helpful. I went in to buy a copy of Mario Kart 8 Deluxe for Nintendo Switch and found a used copy at a good price.

In and out. Showcases games they dont have and cant order on line. Doesnt make sense to ha e it shown

They do not have bags to put things away in that you buy. It makes it an odd feeling to walk around the mall and go into other stores with merchandise you have bought without a bag.

This particular GameStop is small in terms of space, but the selection is great. The manager there is a genuinely nice guy and the rest of the staff are cool, too.

If they dont have what you want they call around to find it

Incorrect posted opening time. Says open at 10am and still no lights on or open at 41 mins after. And says the times were just updated by the business 3 days ago.

Has been a while since going into a GameStop and it seems they have grown to making the gamer more comfortable as well as seen as an equal instead of a milking sheep. Now with a 7 day return for a bought game if not satisfied (even if it is in store credit instead of the cash you used), it is a step forward from the days when I would get a game and not be impressed with it but know taking it back in meant 2.50 in creditWith all the cosplay gear, nostalgia items,and geek gear they are more than video games.If they keep this up,might start buying from them again

Its a great place to u can buy games and other things.

Game stop is one of my most respected establishments. If you trade in a game youll get a cheap price but they are still trying to earn profit and you have to realize that. Having the power up rewards card really helps to save you money when buying a game.

Been going here a long time I recommend this place for sure.

Best of the two Game Stops in town. Where I always go to per-order the next hit or get something used. No offense to the other store, but the staff here really know what theyre selling and can talk your ear off for a half an hour if youre not careful and get on the right topic. :)

Buying here is reasonable at best. Your trade ins arent worth anything to them for some reason. If you need quick money then sure, sell them a game worth $30 on ebay but they give you $10 or less. Consoles are worse. The staff do their jobs in knowledge and offering warranties (it pops up on the screen so they have to ask. I used to work here.), but they would rather talk to their coworkers than you. The Kingdom Hearts 3 early release was handled professionally and with order. I was impressed! They dont ask if I want a Pro Membership, and Ill get one the day Im asked. No one walks the floor to help. They stay behind the counter. If they are on the floor they dont always ask if you need help. I feel unimportant so I end up leaving without what I want most of the time. Im timid so Im probably not going to ask. I dont know if GS is a first time job kind of job, but they have new rotation of employees. I like being able to say hi to someone often rather than completely new staff every few months. Even the managers. I dont feel entitled to anything, but their work game could level up a bit *buh dum psh* I would type more but love to go in and give live feedback. Suggestions. Anything to help.

This place is a scam I was wanting to buy the super nes classic they said they were out of stock but had one as a pre owned but they said it was the same price as a new one so not only was it used it also had no box I said no thanks how are you going to charge a pre owned item the same as brand new.

Stopped in, looking to purchase a second ps4 for my bedroom. I was price comparing and noticed their Used ps4 cost more than Wal-Marts new ps4 with a game.I was curious if there was a reason why I should make my purchase from game stop vs. Wal-Mart. Was their an incentive.This was after I was ignored by the staff for a good five minutes.So when I brought up this point, the employee( a real trendy looking douche bag) told me that I should just go to Wal-Mart. I laughed at the guy, thinking he was joking. He just continued to stair me down. I mentioned to his co-worker that he was a real people person and left.There are millions of unemployment americans, dont settle for garbage. Hire a veteran. They would have tried to make the sale regardless of the disadvantage. I understand he couldnt price match, but he could have brought up the game reward points I would have gotten from the purchase.

This place sucked they tried to rip me off in a trade in for 16$ for 9 games including battlefield 4 and halo4 which both costs 40$ at least on the Xbox live store.

Gave us a busted controller that said new in the package as a replacement, static sound quality and chipped middle button. I get its a free replacement but when you replace a broken controller with another broken controller... weve got a problem here....
