We bought a set of dinner table, from Jahan and some thing else in last Black Friday. He said because of co19, it will be late but not later than Jan. In Jan, said March.In March, said May. We going to his store, want get back our money. He said we are not his customer, call police said we are impolite and kick us out. He said we are yelling, you guys in China do these. We just want our money back. We feel be discrimination. We are Asian but not Chinese. We are not came from China. How can he talk to us like this? So this is our fault came from Asia?We are angry and we will report this case to customer protection.

I bought a living room set from this company in 2014; the furniture supposedly broke upon arrival to the US port. I paid about $20,000 for the furniture, but only received about $4,800 back from the merchant, Mr. Jahan.It has been 5 years since I bought the furniture, and I have yet to receive the rest of my money back. I tried suing him, but he has tried to avoid every possible way not to give me back my money.I hope no one will be cheated like me. I would NEVER trust this man or his company.

After I found my sofa at Versailles Gallery, I placed my custom order and it arrived from Italy in no time. My furniture was also delivered and set up impeccably. Since then, I purchased an armchair and two lamps from Versailles. I highly recommend the store and their customer service.

I came a cross to this review yesterday. I feel guilty that I never exposed this store before and someone else got trapped to his sham. I ordered furniture from him almost 2 years ago when their store was in Tyco Rd. near Tysons. He collected half of the total to place the order from Italy. After 10 months delay He called and said that it is out of his control and manufacture delayed and they will not deliver furniture that we ordered. He did not refunded our money and demanded to choose something from store display. He also charged us the reaming balance in full,when we argued with him he threatened that he will sue us according to the signed contract. unfortunately we could not afford to hire a lawyer. He lies and try to fool you. I spoke to few people and they had the similar issues. The owner changed his location 3 times to fool more people. I ask everyone who had the same experience to write a review so no one else get into his trap. Shame !!!!
