This place is AMAZING! Its like Whole Foods without the insane crowds and a nice selection of specialty gourmet foodstuff that I used to have to pay an arm and a leg to get them shipped to me!I could barely contain my excitement and actually told the friendly cashier that Id camp out there if I could! 🤦🏻‍♀️ As unglamorous as it sounds, grocery shopping is one of my favorite hobbies!

I love the store and most of it’s products that I’ve tried! HOWEVER, l just tried the “Almond Pillow cookie” and it’s WAY TOO SWEET!! It’s so sweet that the texture is grainy with all the granulated sugar added! It would be so much more delicious w/o so much sugar!!

The Fresh Market has great food and an upscale grocery selection.I have enjoyed the one in Vienna VA, Rockville MD, Annapolis MD and Rehobeth DE.The staff is always friendly and helpful and every experience has been excellent.I highly recommend the stores individually and collectively.

Odd place. Imagine whole foods but not organic. Quality over labels implying quality.

My wife wanted us to drive to this store for the first time to pickup a few things for Thanksgiving. Nice parking lot, nice store front and my wife said that the store is nice and clean similar to the one in Williamsburg.

Very clean grocery store, competitive prices, they got everything, and they provide excellent service!A gentleman by the name of George, was extremely helpful and professional. Because of him, and the rest of the staff, we will be coming back on regular basis, eventhough its out of our way.The seafood man went out of his way to make sure I have ice for my fish since I wasnt going home right away.

If you like Wegmans or Sprouts, youll like Fresh Market.PROS: no app needed to get sale prices. Upper-tier groceries means less people shop here (more elbow room). The weekly meal deals are truly deals that will feed a family of 4 without sacrificing ingredient quality. On Thursdays you can get $5 deals: pizza, a rotisserie chicken or sushi. The spicy shrimp sushi is good, and you cant beat 8 pieces for 5 bucks! Even the over-roasted chickens are tasty and great for making chicken salad or simply sliced for sandwiches. In addition to ready-to-eat food, theres ready-to-cook food. Be aware that items in the store might not match the description on the website. Meatloaf, for example, is supposed to be a beef-pork blend but the one we bought was all-beef (it was labeled no pork) and seemed to be missing any breadcrumbs. A shame for fresh eating, but it worked really well for meatloaf sandwiches the next day. Heavy on the worcestershire so no ketchup needed.CONS: prices are high, same as Wegmans and Sprouts. You need to sign up for their newsletter for daily deals. Its a different way to shop, but worth it if you dont mind being on-the-fly with your shopping schedule.

This Fresh Market location is so convenient if you are coming into Vienna from Tysons. I can always stop and grab something I need for dinner on my way home. The parking is ample, the shelves are well stocked, and the employees are friendly. The manager can be seen stocking shelves, talking with employees, and engaging with customers on most days. He is very friendly and everyone seems to enjoy working/being here. I had a fresh market where I lived in PA and was so glad to see one here in Vienna.

Very well kept store with friendly staff. My go to, for family meals, is the Little Big Meal as it’s $25 for enough food to feed three people.

Do yourself a favor and pick up the fresh ground honey roasted peanut butter. And a nice selection of bread. These will become your go-to breakfast or mid-day snack moving forward. Everything else is great too. Love having this place around. And honestly, the prices are comparable to Harris Teeter. The ground beef, mysteriously, is often cheaper, though of far better quality.

Good variety, however their prices are a little bit high on things you can get less expensive across the street at Giant Food. They do carry a lot of brands that other grocery stores do not have.

Fantastic little grocery store right across the Vienna Giant shopping center. A wide selection of rare finds and gourmet foods. Service is usually good but generally understaffed compared to bigger grocery stores in the area. Prices can be expensive but many of the interesting and artisan products are well worth the price. Highly recommend for an occasional shopping splurge

We ordered a fresh, organic turkey for Thanksgiving, and it was one of the best weve ever had. I enjoy shopping at Fresh Market because of the high quality items. Yes, the supermarket across the street is less expensive, but its crowded and doesnt carry many of the foodie things I like. Fresh Market has become my primary grocery store.

I call it a hidden gem stone of grocery stores. Located next to Giant, it is largely deserted. But inside you will find gourmet foods at reasonable prices. I wish they had more varieties, though.

My go-tos are Giant, Wholefoods, Trader Joes but took my first trip around The Fresh Market this week and have to say, it has its place in the food offering chain with some cool differentiators! Loved the produce section! Great variety and quality along with pre-packaged, uncooked meals to go. The deli area is complete with rotisserie 🐔,etc. Good selection of beverages, snacks, etc. What was super cool though, and where youve been forewarned not to venture on an empty stomach or with cravings, is theres a full section of bulk snacks displayed with an old-timey general store vibe thats almost impossible to resist. This experience does not change my go-tos but I will be folding The Fresh Market into the mix - heard the bread is pretty awesome too!

This Fresh Market is just as odd as the one located in Alexandria. Had 20 minutes to walk around this shopping center. Thought Id go in to the Vienna store and give it an another try. Walked around the entire place didnt see or feel the upscale vibe at all. I ended up just buying a cup of coffee.One of the young men who tends the coffee station needs to mind his manners. Pretty sure he wouldnt be so rude if I were of the same race as him. Work on your bad disposition dude.Not going back for nothing! 👎

The store is beautiful, the selection of products is amazing, but the prices are really high. Its likely on par with everywhere else in Vienna (I dont ever shop there), but it did take me back a bit. that said, the products seem worth the price - everything looked natural, few preservatives or additives, just yummy!

Love this store but unable to go there as I walk with a walker and they dont have riding shopping carts. If they did this would be one of my stores that I would shop at all the time. Great service the one time I did go but walking around the store with a walker didnt get to buy much. No place to put it. I would have given 5 if they had a least 1 cart.

Another experience I would like to share.Purchased first time chicken & beef. Beef was good but chicken smelled like fish. I bet it was gone bad. Called the store the next morning and explained and I was told to bring receipt.Which I did. The Manager seemed unhappy that I ask refund without the product ‘rotten chicken’. There was no apology about inconvenience that I experienced. Who like to buy funky smelling chicken? Very disappointed.I needed to feed our kids at the store. The bistro meal is good and tasty but the seating is somewhere I can’t sit. Very dirty (dead fly and bug crawling)and it is where the exit door is. Hope this store makes seating inside the store so I can enjoy more when I visit. Store is great & unique but service doesn’t meet my expectations. Not a happy place.

It was nice seeing friends i use to work with there. Staff was very friendly & i was in & out with no hassle. An it was good to see everyone in compliance where the Coronavirus is concern.

Pros: store is never crowded and meat is good. Cons: dispite having plenty of employees on site getting served at deli and cashier line takes forever. Also Callie is very rude

I live fresh market. Sushi is yummy! Good selection of bulk items, including fun candy! Spicy nuts and pub mixes. The fresh market salsas are very good! Prepared foods are made well. Its clean and not over loaded with items like most stores. Small, high quality selections.Photos of the cool fruit gummy candy we purchased!

Love the $20.00 meals for family of four. Great ingredients. Quick and easy to prepare. Make grocery shopping a no brainer. The meal deals change weekly.If they are out of an item, the store may substitute. I went late, an hour before closing, they were out of an item but substituted. I appreciated that service

If you like sushi, you will enjoy their offerings. Best grocery store sushi Ive ever had, and at a very good price point for the quality given. I also highly recommend their weekly meal deals ranging between $20 and $25 deals which feed four and often include dessert.

If you cant find ot anywhere else you will find it here. Gourmet heaven.

Hard not to buy more than planned

Great stuff available. I pick up nice odds and ends here, I also find that its a touch cheaper to buy coffee buy the pound here vs. Buying a bag of Peets or Starbucks.

Our Fresh Market closed😥, so we drove over an hour to this location, the closest to us. The store was exceptionally clean and tidy at 11 a.m. on a Sunday morning and not crowded at all. We were able to stock up on our favorites. Rosemary & Seasalt bread being one of our favs, the bakery will quickly slice a loaf into perfect sandwiches slices in seconds. Worth the drive!

Love the 2.99 chuck and chicken tuesday! We always make the trip to stock up for the week. We love the $20 meal deal. This week it is crab cakes! Coffee is on sale for $9 lb. Grab your favorite TFM blend!

Very expensive but great quality food. The problem is that their competitor, Whole Foods, is a few blocks away with better prices and a better bakery. Fresh Mart has some specialty items not found in WF, so if you would like to eat some cherries in February for $9.99 lb, then this is your place.

A great grocery store for healthy and alternative options. Can be a little pricy, but their weekly deals are pretty good. They offer a special deal on Thursdays which is usually a 3-course meal for 4 that costs $20, which changes each month but is usually really nice.

Great market. Friendly staff and atmosphere. Grabbed lunch and my veggie sushi roll was made to order. Awesome experience!

I like this store, however.... the butcher was not very helpful - was too lazy to custom cut 6 Ribeye steaks. Not the kind of service Im used to here

Great products. In particular, the frozen okra is excellent, sold in clear plastic too so you see what youre getting. They have olives stuffed with blue cheese, which are hard to find, and excellent comice pears in season. The Sarah salsa is also delicious, and so is the sourdough. This store is worth a special trip.

The produce department used to be the best reason for visiting the store, but its gone downhill. But the meats and cheese departments are good, and their dinner specials are well chosen and fresh.

The staff here are super kind and friendly.Always very clean with great selections and Well stocked.

This is the first time I am actually writing a review, and that’s because it needed be done. They are calling this place fresh market, but atleast their meat section is far from being fresh. Just bought some tenderloin and asked the guy over the counter if it was fresh, he assured me that it was, brought it home there are black spots on the meat and it stinks, not sure how old this is. Called the store to Mabey y’all to some one and no answer. Save your self time and money go somewhere else.

Its a smaller market. Some good stuff but hit or miss on basics sometimes. Giant is across the street with a larger selection. Prices seem high to me.

Beef Tenderloin special is the best meat in the region.

This location in Vienna, va. is very clean with plenty of selections and samples of candy, cakes and coffee.

Worth driving from Fairfax. Not bigger but much better than the major chains, especially meat and bakery.

When Vienna location opened I went for shopping for the first time. Casher was unfriendly since then I never go there again. I rather go to whole foods since their staff are nicer.
