I went in to ship a package with a fairly high value. And I was attempting to buy packing tape because I had not taped the package at all. The lady at the front desk basically told me “no” that they would take care of it. And acted very irritated when I wanted to wait for her to tape my package. I wanted to make sure that it was taped properly. She put two little strips of tape on either side and that was it. I try to let her know that I would prefer for her to use more tape- Like I would have done had she let me buy the tape that I was trying to buy in the first place. If anything goes wrong with my package they better be replacing everything that was inside

The staff at this UPS store (344 Maple Avenue, Vienna 22180) is super friendly and professional. I recommend everyone, especially Maryam! I needed to ship two large paintings cross country to Southern California. Maryam assured me the items would be securely packaged and arrive safely. It’s so nice to have this store in our community!

I had to get some documents (close to 20 of them) notarized. I went in on a Saturday late morning, when it was peak hours. The couple behind the counter were very courteous and managed everything well. All social distancing guidelines are followed. Even with so many documents to notarize while other customers kept filling in, he patiently notarized all the documents, double checked the copies and also made sure I had all my originals back. Very satisfied with the service.

We had 9 boxes to ship to Montana on 8/15/20. The store was very busy. The lady waiting on me gave excellent service. She retaped my packages and even fixed a box that wasnt up t I her standard. She said, In my heart, I cant send a box like this. She deserves an award! Good service is hard to find today, but she went above and beyond!

I was in a pinch and I needed to come in to this store to use their computer and print a couple of documents. I wasnt sure if they even had computer for Customers to use, but after asking the man behind the counter, he guided me to the single computer that they had available. I casually asked what the cost would be and I was a little stunned to learn that their prices are expensive. I have been used to paying $.14 per document to print out in black and white. Here the price is double. Also they charge by the minute to use the computer, which starts out at $1.50 and then it accrues to be around. $.25 after that. The two employees behind the counter were friendly enough, and the computer that I used was very fast. I think with these office locations you lay for the location and added customer service.

This is the only UPS store I use because they are honest, dependable and reliable. Go in prepared for a quick transaction - if you don’t have your label or info ready they move quickly to the next customer. They are helpful if you have questions or are not sure what to do. This is a busy location for a reason 👍🏼

Go ANYWHERE else! The customer service is horrible. I walked in and the lady acted like I was bothering her, the notary guy was extremely rude and they didn’t even have the decency to keep their dog away.

Today I completely forgot that stores would not be open. Needing to pick up my rings that were resized and sent to the store so they were not on my porch, I went around 5pm after traveling from PA to pick them up. The store was closed but the owner was inside packing up some items and opened the door for me. She was amazing! She found my packages and allowed me to sign them out so I didn’t have to come back tomorrow. These owners are wonderful people! Thank you! Happy New Year!

This is the worst UPS store for customer service. Corporate UPS really needs to check this store. The female behind the counter seemed more caught up on who was wearing a mask than helping people and getting their package shipped. The man was not much better except he was finishing transactions. If the female is so worried about masks than maybe she should not work with the public and should find another job.

I made it in to the store just a few minutes before closing, only to find out the driver had already picked up - meaning my package would be a day later arriving than I had anticipated. Seeing my disappointment, one of the staff ran out the door and managed to grab the UPS truck which was luckily still around the corner at the end of the parking lot, and then the other employee ran my package out to the truck! It was wonderful service, and I so appreciated their going the extra mile!

This is by far my favorite UPS store! I rented from several locations and settled here because i was more than satisfied with the service. The staff there are always friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Always willing to go the extra mile with answering questions about my shipping needs and more. I’ve used many of their services i.e. the computer to print from my email, notary service, made copies, shipped packages to my daughter in college and I also rent a mailbox from this location. When i pick up my packages, I get to observed the interactions with other customers and they’re always kind and patient and informative even when their dealing with difficult customers. I’m a longtime customer and I would highly recommend this store.

Both the man and the woman that work at the store are unbelievably rude and nasty to their customers. Today I saw them yelling at a young woman because she had the nerve to try to pay to make a copy. I am not in the store very often and yet each time Ive gone in there they have been openly rude just someone they are supposedly trying to serve. I have reported this to the UPS organization. We are now using the UPS Store in McLean and I recommend everyone else do this also.

Every time I go to this UPS store, I get great customer service and the manager is so kind. They have an adorable little dog also which makes the experience that much more fun, and I love going in to see her. They work very hard to make their customers happy.

The staffing level seemed appropriate but the talent level, not so much. Stood in line for quite awhile only to be deferred to another associated who also had a line. This other associate was on the phone troubleshooting an issue for a customer for so long that I could see when they guy lost faith he could get resolution. Im sad to say I couldnt wait and ended up at a nearby competitor for my needs. Disappointing because all I wanted was a few shipping supplies.

I went there and they were very friendly and knew what they were doing. They are very experienced and have wonderful prices on everything. They have an amazing mail box service and I recently opened one and they gave me three months free. They definitely have the best service ever!

This is a great UPS store. The couple that run it are very friendly and efficient. They truly know their stuff. Ive never had any rude experience from them, nor from any of their staff that also work there seasonally.When the lines are long, they do their best to make sure people get serviced asap.

Lady at the desk seemed unhappy to be there. Got a couple of impatient looks and exasperated sighs from her while attempting to return Amazon packages. Im sorry you hate your job, but at least try to act a little more professional.

I use this store quite frequently. They are quite nice. Sometimes it gets really busy and I have to wait in line for a few minutes but it isnt too bad. I have sent many packages out through them and never had any issues. They also have a notary on staff.

Id like to give zero stars. Stood 10 min while one staff member couldnt help me & deferred those of us with UPS mailing to another woman. She was on the phone in another language doing who knows what with a phone customer---on the computer, talking, writing, stamping, on and on. I was taught to take care of the customers in FRONT OF YOU first and the phone last. She never even acknowledged our presence--UNTIL--- I waited 10 min, and picked up my heavy boxes and walked out. I could hear someone saying Maam, Maam? but too late. I took my $80 to Fed Ex up the street where I found stellar service. Someone else wrote a review similar to my experience at this same UPS location.

I will never go back to that store ever, the worst customer service I’ve ever gotten in my life. The employee was talking down to me like I had no idea what I was talking about when I shipped something out for OVERNIGHT and it didn’t leave the store for 3 DAYS!

Called for assistance about a few packages, the lady was completely RUDE and impatient. She not only was completely unhelpful, she had the nerve to say that she had customers waiting! I asked what she thought I was? I ask for the manager and she said she was the manager and owner. I asked for her name and she gave it to me with a attitude and said go ahead and call corporate and complain to them, which is exactly what I did. Hopefully this place gets fined or even better shutdown because no body should have to deal with THAT!

Worst UPS Store I have been to. Other comments about rudeness and staff attitude are right on target. I drive by this store on the way to the UPS Store in Tysons where the staff is friendly and helpful.

Bad customer service. Even if i came first, I needed to wait until the next customer finished because she couldnt wait for me for 2 seconds to show her the bar code. And she was telling me how to do in a very inappropriate and rude way. I think its depends on employees there.

The owner of this store is arrogant and rude. He doesnt belong in a customer facing role as he is an angry man. On 2 separate occasions he has passed nasty comments if I didnt know all the rules for shipping somethng, thats his job. I had to wait an hour to settle down before writing this review I was so upset after leaving this store. I didnt want it to sound like I was a disgruntled idiot. I walked up to the counter and was met by a woman who clearly was upset with the world and certainly didnt want to have to deal with the likes of any customers. After getting the what do you want stare from her I initiated the conversation by saying hi, how are you? I wont get into the details of the conversation but suffice it to say that I have never encountered a ruder clerk In my life... and that is no exaggeration. After about one minute of this I had had enough and Called her out on her behavior and asked her why she was being so rude. She rolled her eyes like a spoiled teen and I had to ask for someone elses assistance because I literally couldnt believe how this woman was behaving. A gentleman came out of the back to assist me and was kind and apologetic but I was so upset that I had to apologize to the man and left to take my business elsewhere. A short while later I walked into the UPS store at the intersection of Lee Highway and Nutley. As soon as I walked into hat store a young man greeted me by asking welcome, how are you? What a difference. I will never go back to this store. Clearly the other three reviewers never had to encounter this woman.If there were a zero stars option, I would have picked that.

Stores hours state open til 5 on Saturday, but that is only for printing. No customer interaction and no ability to ship items.

This UPS store is the worst I’ve ever been to. Was completely ignored by one staff member, and then when another showed up he did about 10 things at once all while not telling me anything that was going on and ignoring my questions. Never coming back.
