Always really good service! I print a lot of presentations here! Be aware they changed their hours but it is not reflected on their website or Google. (Pretty annoying) They now dont open till 10am. But otherwise the staff is great and the work they do is awesome.

The guy with the dreads working here is a legend. He was multi tasking a ton of customers solo with great hospitality and charisma. Was pretty cool to watch him at work

I have experienced a very unpleasant experience with this location yesterday around 6 pm. Gentlemen who helped me was very rude and an attitude problem. He smirked when I spelled my first and last name and laughed at my company name ( like making fun way). Also, he charged me $72 for two-day shipping and couldnt even create the return label for me. When I asked if he could create it for me and he said he doesnt understand me. I could tell that he was doing it on purpose. I know FedEx is such a big company and deal with lots of different and difficult people but I dont think it was fair for me to be treated like that. I felt humiliated and disrespected as a customer.

Mustafa provides excellent help with a short turnaround requirement I had. He came up with creative and cost saving solutions for me. The facility is calm and well laid out, making it easy to concentrate and work on a project. The hand sanitizers at the computers reinforced the sense of cleanliness the store has. This is a great location and I’d go there again for my printing needs.

Mustafa and Muneeb were amazingly helpful, kind, and generous to us in solving an issue that arose 1.5 days before our wedding. They had printed a couple foam boards for us that would serve as the table assignment boards for our large wedding reception. Quality of the boards were good but I realized at last minute that I had made an error and provided FedEx an incorrect file (with incorrect seating assignments.) I was panicked that we would not have accurate table assignment boards in time for the reception, and kicking myself that I had just spent $230 on boards we couldn’t use. I reached out to the FedEx store to see if there was any way they could turn around another print job in time, once I had a corrected file for them- and heard back right away, in early morning as soon as they opened. They were on standby until I had a corrected file for them, at which point they immediately processed the new order. I was very pleasantly surprised when they completed printing of the corrected file the same day- and completely shocked and touched when they volunteered that they would not charge me for the redo order ($230 value.) They saved the day with the corrected order and wished me a “happy wedding.” Wow! I will definitely be returning to FedEx- I know they are really dedicated to their customers!

Run in today in a hurry....thanks Amanda for being so helpful and fast.
