Great business. I often have to send overnight parcels and they are extremely helpful.
I have used them several times sending packages overseas and also using UPS for documents . Always polite and provided excellent service . Even suggested ways to reduce shipping costs . Very Happy with them.
Do not use this store. They will overcharge you with the most expensive service available. Last 2 times I’ve visited, they’ve tried to charge me 3-4 times what you will be charged at post office or other delivery service. Thought maybe the first time it was an aberration but tried again today and same scam. Maybe it is the person because the heavy guy quoted me both times. Strongly recommend you go to other stores where they will charge you 75% less to deliver same items to same location.
Straight up rude and unpleasant to deal with. My recommendation is go to the one at chain bridge.
I have been using their services for years. They are so helpful. Anytime I need to box and ship something large or fragile, like art work or a musical instrument, I take it here. They pack it properly and get it safely shipped. Thank for your great service!
Mr sahrni(spelling?) was so helpful! He made sure my package was secure. He even helped me tape up and provided me some bubble wrap. He took the time to explain everything! This was a 106lb package I was shipping! Thank you again!

I went in to get me TESL certificate to get notarized because they do notary services. As soon as I walked in I greeted the man at the desk politely and said I needed this notarized and in the a rude tone he said, What is this? and said that I need a notary so I can get it authenticated in Richmond. He didnt even speak clearly and said we dont do this and I asked why several times and he never explained. I was at a loss for words because he gave the impression that I said something to offend him. So far all these other reviews feel the same way. This was my first time going there and my last.

This place would not Fed-Ex 3 boxes because I didnt rent a mailbox with them. We went to a Fed-Ex store a few miles away and had no problems.They should change their name to Parcel Minus.
If I could give a zero, I would. First, they are dishonest. My first question for them was whether or not using FedEx at their location versus the FedEx store in Tysons on Route 7, were the rates exactly the same? I was told emphatically, yes, only to discover afterwards, that was not true. I checked with FedEx. Second, we paid $77.55 to FedEx overnight something critical for Saturday delivery, only to find it never made it. The guy in the store specifically said the recipient would receive it by noon, today, Saturday. Upon realizing that the envelope was never delivered today, Saturday, we looked up the tracking number and were completely puzzled when we read it was not scheduled for delivery. We then pulled out the receipt to find the guy at the store who filled out the paperwork, conversed with us, and charged us, never selected the box for Saturday delivery. It was imperative that are package arrived Saturday. By not arriving Saturday, we missed a critical time line and missed an opportunity to where we never would have needed to FedEx it to begin with. Bottom line - this store is incompetent and dishonest.
All the other comments are true! Do not go here!! Even a simple transaction with them turned into a nightmare - and it wasnt even an employee who was the problem - it was the owner! Never had such a horrible experience.
Dropped off a package and asked for a receipt. Was denied a receipt.
I shipped a packing on Monday and as of Wednesday it wasn’t shipped out with Fedex. I called and was told they would call me back. No call. Will be reporting them to Fedex.
I called to ask a question and was answered with a hello; no announcement that I reached the right place. I asked my question and they hung up on me.
Completed the service I needed but the employees were very unfriendly and made me feel like they were doing me a favor to serve me. Next time I will go to UPS.
Most of the other reviews are right. They are rude and act like theyre doing you a favor. A front for something else? Thats the only thing I can come up with.
