Manager was extremely rude and didnt know what he was doing when I tried to help he said back up he isnt vaccinated here he is with no mask serving customers coughing and etc when I said you should have a mask on he said yeah whatever this is the face of autozone and how they treat customers dont ever go here in villa park

Wonderful experience. Fantastic customer service. Expected to spend $200 on a new battery. Upgraded mine for $30 and got another 3 year warranty. Didnt know mine was under warranty until they checked! Joey changed the battery in 1 degree weather with a wind and had only nice things to say. Would recommend this store to anyone.

This auto zone is awesome! As a female, I often feel intimidated going into car shops as I genuinely have no idea about anything pertaining to my car. Juan R was incredibly helpful and kind. He answered all of my questions and took time to help my boyfriend and I. He was completely honest in his answers and was able to point me towards the right direction in what I needed. He even brought some humor to the table! My boyfriend and I agreed that we will definitely be going back and well be letting others know about this location.

I have called twice at different times in the same day where they have put me on hold for a long time, where after 15 mins or so, I gave up and hung up... They just lost my business for good. Very disappointed...

Great customer service Corena helped install my battery, she also helped me by selling me a new key fob and activating it for my car. Shes a great multitasker, give that lady a raise, shes definition of going above and beyond. Telling all friends and family about this establishment.

Jose was very helpful and helped change my battery out of my car. All in all it was a great experience.

Juan was unbelievably helpful. I needed a new headlight. I asked if he could put it on for me and he said yes. When he came out, he jiggled the light and it came on. He greased both headlights, the battery terminals and other connections. He then happily returned my money. All sales people should be like Juan.

Bought and changed an ac clutch in my vehicle. Main bearing cashed out in less than ninety days..new not remanufactured. A part that should go 100,000 miles. Removed the part looking for a new exchange. Said it was past warranty. . Guess I should have taken it back the day it failed. 132.00 dollars they can sip their pina coladas on. Next step, send a note to the manufacturer. See if their proud of what they distribute.

Both website and door at the location stated hours are 8am to 8pm. After talking with an employee about an order I had that was ready to be picked up, had them confirm store hours as I was at work till 7pm and the employee stated 8pm. When I got there at 730pm the doors where already locked and employees watched as I tried to open the door. Very disappointed in both the online ordering and the experience I received today from the company. Would of given 0 stars as thats how many f***s they gave

Corena, the head manager at the Villa Park store, was exceptional. She went above and beyond any length any person has done to help me. I came in because I needed to replace one burnt out headlight bulb on my wifes Toyota Sienna. Not only did she direct me to the right bulbs, but since they came in 2-packs, she installed them both for me which one side was easy access and the other side was not.Then I wanted to check the air filter and realized that the filter cover was bolted, yes bolted in, both in the front and hard to reach backside. She got out the ratchet set and took the time to remove it, install the new filter and then I helped her realign the hard-to-fit cover back on. She did this while helping customers who were arriving. Absolutely the best. Highly recommend.If I could give them 6 or 7 stars I would.

I visited this store on a snowy morning to replace my car battery. Corena, the store manager, was super nice and helpful. She was very professional and knowledgeable about car parts. She replaced the battery in a timely manner and was very efficient. Highly recommend this store for their customer service.

I went in for K&N air filter cleaner. The guy who helped me was knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly. It got a little busy when I was there. He was doing a good job helping me and another guy with a battery at the same time.Great service

These guys were really helpful. I asked where something was and they actually walked back to the items location with me to help find in instead of the usual service I get in Chicago (its over there somewhere.) The store was pretty clean and easy to get to off of N. Ave. Thanks guys.

Very happy. They had the battery I needed for my truck. Free installation:) Had to only buy a single-use-packet of dielectric grease for $2.99. So really not that free installation, more like for $2.99 you get a packet of grease and installation. Still a deal. Friendly staff, lots of parking

Needed help with trying to figure out how to listen to music off my phone and Corena helped me finding the right product because I didnt have bluetooth, she helped me set up the FM transmitter to find out my car outlet was blown, she helped me locate and replace fuse to get me up and running with music 😁

Corena diagnosed and replaced my low beam headlights in a matter of minutes. Great, quick and professional service. Ill be back.

Spoke with Bob to check a particular item in inventory. He was patient and even helped me reserve the item. When I arrived I was greeted with smiles and great customer service. Even helped me replace the battery (by help I mean did everything for me). Will be coming back soon.

Sam there is fabulous - they honored a warranty on a new alternator we had put in this summer, which died 2 months later (it was installed by a mechanic in Ohio) saving us $260. Thank you auto zone! West Automotive in elmhurst is also awesome, they installed the new alternator for us today.

I came here to rent some auto tools and they were very nice. They have an auto tool chart where you can visually see what part you can rent and its free if you return it within a certain number of days. The tools are not nicely used and are quite beat up which is not the fault of Autozone but the employees are helpful. I would go back if given the opportunity.

I go to this store for all my oil changes and miscellaneous items needed auto zone always has what I need, Staff will go out of the way to make sure you got the right stuff and they dont have at their store they will send me to one that does!!!
