Spent 3 hours in the store just trying to do an upgrade. Sales associate had no idea what was going on. Finally returned home with the phone and the internet is not working. Getting a phone upgrade should take no more than 20 minutes - tops, but hours were spent and now even more time on the phone with customer service to get the phone working properly and to make sure my account was not messed up. Would recommend going to a different at&t store.

Corporate store confirmed these employees are lazy and will lie to avoid doing actual work.“We’re not authorized to do that go to corporate store” is what they say to avoid serving you. What are they even paid for? LAZY POSs. Will not ever come here again. Waste of time. I hate laziness

CRS Woflgang or whatever his name maybe ia a liar. He sold my fiancé and damaged iPhone and wouldn’t exchange it. Then he gave her the run about return it. He told her to go the apple store to replace it which they couldn’t. If you love in the villa rica area choose a different store because they are frauds.

Horrible customer service!!! Not worth spending your money at this location when it is the “courtesy” of the associate to help you rather than there job. Who ever is the manager needs to do some deep looking at who they hire.

Haven’t actually been helped out yet at the store but I showed up in the afternoon when it was supposed to be open, & there was a handwritten sign on the door saying “on lunch be back shortly” & I’ve been waiting for 30 minutes outside the store. Cant comment on how good they are at fixing problems but the service is certainly unreliable during supposedly open hours

Brandon Adams is phenomenal! We have been having trouble with the AT&T app & website for the past month & the AT&T customer care line has done nothing for us. I went into the store & Brandon happily spent a solid hour figuring out the issue for me. Everything is working perfectly now & Im so thankful for his time & knowledge in solving the issue. The reps in this store, David E Johnson and Jasmine Naomi Holman, went above and beyond to help an old lady who didn’t have a clue what she needed. I have never been treated so well when I’m sure they could have just given up. I felt so guilty for taking so much of their time, but they were so great and helpful. Please give them a bonus just for having to put up with me.

I always come to this location for my service; the staff is always friendly, always willing to help me with whatever I need and they are all very knowledgeable! I used to dread going into a phone store but they make it a good experience every time! Thanks guys!

This was the best experience I’ve ever had in any phone store. Our salesman, Brandon, went above and beyond to get us the best deals on our phones, plan, and accessories we purchased in the store. We also had the manager available, as the store was slow, who helped with additional questions and between the both of them, they spent additional time finding us the absolute best amount they could discount on everything. I was shocked at how much we had to pay to have everything we needed so quickly. I was expecting to spend much more and be in the store much longer. But I highly suggest anyone in the area to go to this AT&T store for their wireless needs, even if it’s a little further than your closest store. We had the absolute worst experience at the AT&T store on Highway 5 in Douglasville, and I stress that you should avoid the Highway 5 store at all costs! You can tell that the employees at this Villa Rica location actually care about doing their best work and leaving their customers satisfied!!!! Thank y’all again!!!

This is in regards to at&t’s charging $15 per gig when you go over your 30 gig plan. As much as we have to pay for our phones and our plan this is Ridiculous. Before you sign up with AT&T please check out ALL other companies. We are looking for an unlimited plan as soon as our 2 year (locked-in) plan is over. There are to many “unlimited plans out there now for us (or anyone else) to have to pay this price gouging.This is one of the problems we a company as big as AT&T lt’s all about how can i screw you (the general public) so that i can make huge profits. CHECK OUT YOUR OPTIONS BEFORE YOU GET LOCKED-IN.

If you are switching over to AT&T great! Just dont go to this store to do it because they will have you regretting that decision until you receive the actual customer service that AT&T provides. We have NEVER had a bad experience witj AT&T! Until now.... This might be a little long I apologize. I called and spoke to a representative around 5:30. I checked to see if they had 2 of the note 8s in stock. He informed me that he only had 1 but the other would be shipped and at the store the next day. He asks me if I want to trade my current phone in for $300 credit I told him no. He says no problem he will hold the phone until my fiance got to the store (30 minutes later). So when my fiance gets to the store to get his phone (I was at work so I decided to wait on mine until the next day) he tells them he would like to go ahead and add the new phones on our plan and pay for the taxes and everything on both of the phones but he wanted to wait until the next day to activate his. They say no problem! They ask if he wants to trade in his phone he says no. So far so good right? Until now..... I was on the phone with my fiance listening to them (Im saying them because now the other rep has chimed in telling him his old phone, note 5, was only worth about $50) continuously hassle him about trading in his phone. Telling him we need cases and screen protectors (we ordered them and had already received them through Amazon) they told us to send them back and use the $300 store credit from trading in his phone, he declines again. We were told we could use the $300 toward the taxes and any store merchandise he continues to say no. They continued to hassle him until he finally agreed to it they told him they would put the money toward one of the new phones. After that they sell him a s2 for 99 cents and just $10 a month after that. Apparently by the time I get to the store an hour and a half later, we still have no new phone and his old phone had been deactivated since he wanted to wait to activate until the next day. My fiance asks me if there is any merchandise in the store that i want so i politely look around then tell them there is nothing that we need in merchandise, by this time Im then informed that there is not a note 8 in stock!!!!! the computer said they had 1 in stock but they went to look for it and didnt have it. We were told they would be at the store at 10:30 a.m. the next morning. Cool at this point were both just ready to pay whatever we had to and leave. There were complications trying to apply the credit to the new phone so now Im watching these 2 representatives argue with each other (apparently they had been arguing before I got there too because my fiance told me he thought there was going to be a knock down drag out between them) about how to make the credit apply to the phone. By the time we got out of the store it was 9 oclock I had already offered to just quit everything we had done and come back another day no no everything is fine this shouldnt take much longer he says. So finally,After paying $135 we walk out empty handed. Fast forward to the next day (at 1:30 in the afternoon after my fiance not having a phone since the rep deactivated the old one the night before and didnt have his new in stock note 8) he had to go back twice because the phones werent there yet he got stuck in traffic. We now have our phones and theyre great but as long as those 2 reps are working in there we will go out of our way not to. Im still pissed at the fact that he made so much money off of us from commission, because he absolutely did not deserve it! Oh and the watch isnt $10 a month its $20. 😡😡😡😡😡😡

BEWARE!! If you’re planning to do business here! I went up there the other night in an attempt to get a phone case, upon arrival I see someone I know, she is a pill headed theif, she has stolen from me and will lie about anything! Don’t trust this girl, next thing you know she’ll be stealing from the store or stealing your credit card info!! Shame on att for not screening new employees better. Alesha, you should check your staff, maybe a random drug screen?

Specific to Villa Roca, GA store. Do they just work when they want? This is the 2nd time I’ve stopped by during business hours to find the store closed. Today is Saturday at 10:06am and the last time was at 1:50pm. Sign on the door that day said ‘on break’.

I went into the store to get my free SIM card to activate my iPad. The manager TRAVIS SHELL told me it was simple to activate, just call at&t and its simple and quick. I called when I got home and talked to att for an hour and they could not activate my iPad. They transferred me over to Apple support for another hour and still not activated. Apple said I needed to take my iPad into the store that there was a problem. I call the manager, TRAVIS SHELL, he asked me a couple questions and ask me to come back to the store and he would have me set up by the time I get there. I walked in and he had my iPad working. It took him FIVE minutes to do what att and apple could not do in TWO HOURS. Thank you TRAVIS SHELL for helping me being so kind to help. If you need help this man knows what he is doing!!!

My experience with At & t was very bad, they offered me a plan and then they charged me for everything totally different from how they sold it to me and the worst thing is that the client is never right!very bad experience, whatever it is they are always right! 👎🏻
