Josh is amazing! I love working with him. He knows me by name. He knows what Im after when I walk in there. What Im looking for. He is the bomb. Very helpful. Very knowledgeable. If I have a problem he knows how to get it fixed and what to do to fix it immediately Josh gets five stars. Cant say anything else about the store manager. She has always been rude and I cant even describe what really I want to say without being really nasty about it. Josh gets 10 stars. I wouldnt even give her one. Thats the only reason its four stars is because of Josh. She knocked it down a star

Previously with boost mobile and tried to upgrade my phone to the new network. My galaxy S8 wasnt compatible, so suddenly I have to get a new phone. I got a new carrier instead, and Chantel the Verizon sales rep that helped my husband and I switch was amazing. I would give her 10 stars if I could. Amazing customer service, easy to talk to, friendly, helpful, and answered all my questions. She was awesome. Goodbye Boost and hello Verizon! Villa Rica location, but Chantel normally works at the one on Bankhead in Carrollton.

Michael Troy at Russell Cellular Verizon authorized retailer in Villa Rica was absolutely wonderful! He was extremely knowledgeable about the products and generous with his time making sure that I thoroughly understood what I was deciding on when it came to switching phone plans and purchasing a new phone. He went above and beyond out of his way to make sure that I had an extremely pleasant experience and that I was able to afford exactly what I needed! He made sure that my phone was working properly and everything that I needed to have transferred on it transferred over successfully, he also offered support if I had any questions comments concerns or problems with the phone, he was by far much better at customer service than anybody I have ever worked with at AT&T! I am extremely grateful that I was able to work with Michael Troy yesterday and getting a new cell phone and switching my cell phone provider! I am absolutely loving my new phone and I am so grateful for his knowledge, kindness, and commitment to Excellence. He truly is a phenomenal person and a great Verizon Wireless employee! I’m a customer that just switched over from Sprint. It was rough trying to get my information from my former carrier, but Michael and Josh were patient with me and helped me get switched completely over successfully. They even stayed open past closing to make sure everything went through and that I was all right.

Well first of all Im located in NY and my Godson and his family live in Winston Georgia, I needed help with a screen protector for his tablet that had just been repaired under the warranty, they provided me a voucher for his Screensaver so I searched Verizon stores in her area and found yours, Sierra answered the phone and she was the most kind, pleasant and so willing to help me in any way she could and thats exactly what she did, she went above and beyond to help me with what I needed, with that being said the next time we come down that way to visit I will definitely stop in to meet Sierra personally, shes an absolute delight and amazing, she truly is a Rockstar, you dont find many people in todays world that treats you with such kindness, so thank you Sierra for helping me and for being such a huge help to, I truly appreciate it ❤

I will absolutely never use this location again. Sierra was who helped me originally, set me up with two new phones (which we did not need but since it was cheaper we agreed to get them) my bill was supposed to drop from 394 to 323 with the company discount of 22%. I even had her personally write down what my bill would- be broken down. We checked it over I paid $400 up front that day (which let me state if I had chosen a large verizon store instead of the small business it wouldve been rolled into my bill for the following month). When I received my bill it was the same price as before and that was even after I also signed up to get $50 a month taken off for autopay. Therefore my bill wouldve actually gone up to 450 had I not signed up for the $10 off per line for my 5 lines to do autopsy. You are telling me that Ive been with Verizon for 10 years my bill was supposed to be 323 and without autopay now becomes $450. My husband went to the store they couldnt find the error they made they werent sure how they messed up but tried to blame Verizon wireless the larger scale company. My husband sat there 2 1/2 hours with Sierra because they cannot call the actual Verizon without you in the store and still got no answers. I called back again it was supposed to be expedited to Verizon district managers - never got a call back. Im now standing in the store after sitting on hold for 33 minutes with this location. Ive stood here 45 mins with nobody helping me.. this is Two weeks after that last call, 3 weeks after sitting in the store for two hours. and two months after the original issue was noticed. They sure have no problem processing my autopay $400 payment yet getting a call back or an answer to the error that their poorly trained employees made...is impossible. Please do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

I was with a friend who purchased a new phone. I asked about up dating mine, just was wondering. I found Sam to be very helpful had my friend looking forward to her new phone. Just noy words to say how blessed that he was there. The young lady was helpful also. Both of them were friendly and we enjoyed our time there. My friend has chickens and will be taking them some tomorrow. My objection is that Sam will be leaving soon

I was sold two iPhones on what I was told was a BOGO free promotion. When the bill cycled I realized that I was paying for both phones. I called the store and was told I needed to speak to a manager who wasn’t there, so I left a message and was assured he’d call me back. A week later I called back and left another message because he never returned my call. After 3 weeks I was finally able to speak with him, and he said he would find out what to do about my situation and call me back. I called him back a week later- still no answer. Then another week, no answer. A month after that he called and said a decision still had t been made about how to deal with the situation. Then I never heard from them again. It’s been two years and I’m paying for a phone that I didn’t need or want because I was told it was free. And no one has ever called me back.

I had the pleasure and fortune of working with miss Naidia. She was so pleasant and knowledgeable and patient. I was a handful to deal with, considering my wife and I were very indecisive and picky, but she never showed any frustrations or anything like that. She’s definitely the best employee in there, from the bit of eavesdropping I was able to do during the hour and a half we were in there, and she should certainly be cherished and even receive a raise! We came in today to get assistance for my broken phone....due to money restraints...we purchased the new phone at Walmart...Walmart was to activate the phone and refused...the manager I believe his name was Tommy told us if they refused to activate come back and see him...so we went back and these great people got my phone up and running with no issue...This is a great location...I work construction and have had a few mishaps with my phone and they have always been accommodating...always with a smile on their face and not making me feel like a dummy....thank you Villa Rica Verizon...Y’all ROCK!!!

I absolutely love this store! Very respectful staff, I came in knowing nothing about my phone, and left with a sense of independence with my device! I will do all my shopping here and nowhere else!
