I left cricket to buy 2 new phones. The only phone they had was the cool pad. I only had the phone for 3 days before I started having issues after issues. After returning the phone to the store. The other clerk told us that they were not very good phones but couldnt refund my money. I had to wait about 3 weeks to go back to cricket and purchased other phones and get proper service. Glad I could go back . Cool pad phones are the worst phone in service.

Absolutely no help. Phone still has no signal

Customer Service for boost mobile on the phone was horrible store personal was extemely helpful. Went back in a few days later different girl working and she rounded out now both in store & on the phone customer service sucked would never recommend Boost Horrible service issue still not resolved!!!!

Editing my review from 5 stars to 1. It depends on who helps you the type of customer service you recieve. The girl Yvonne was the one i had entered a 5 star review on. Some of the other staff are not so happy to help you as she is. There is one girl whos only response is, look it up in the computer and is no help straightening any problems by calling customer service 611 herself to help you understand whats going on. I have tried asking questions on several occasions and her ONLY response is call customer service yourself, she can not help you. The guys are helpful also .

Love this store, great people work here. Would be nice if a face lift was given to it, just a little outdated compared to other modernized Boost stores I’ve been. Overall excellent.

Bad bad bad... Had a price on a case and then charged triple price of it. Cause they messed up. Its crazy. They shouldnt of put 5$ price tag on the case and then wanna charge 15 for it. Never again will I come to this boost in Villa rica..
