Tried going into the store and was immediately stopped! Employee said you cant come inside without a mask!1. If your mask works then you shouldnt be worried about me.2. I have a Georgia weapons permit and its a felony for me to be wearing a mask while carrying.3. Wearing a mask all the time is very unhealthy4. Nothing T-mobile has is worth being stripped of my rights!Looks like me and T-mobile will be parting ways!
This metro is running a document check station. I must papers to enter store without a mask. I didnt know this location was Germany when they checked papers. T-mobile has no right to demand any papers from me. If t-mobile is worried about this sickness then you keep forcing your employees to wear a mask or shutdown this location but your cant force me to wear one. Terrible location.

If I could leave a negative star I would. This has got to be the worst most unprofessional location in the company. I live in villa rica and I will drive to the Douglasville location to avoid going in. The employees talk on their personal phones. While you’re trying to conduct business. Tonight I pull up because I had an issue. All the employees including the manager are outside. Acting like a bunch of teenagers. Absolutely ridiculous. This store is a poor representation of your company. Will NEVER do business here again.

3 times Ive been in there and not once was I greeted or even acknowledged. I asked for help and was rudely ignored. Ive even tried to call to report them to management but nobody answers the phone there. The help there was making racial remarks about white people to my face. I will take my business elsewhere. Very unprofessional.
Yosi was incredibly helpful in helping me pick out my phone, he answered all of my questions, and even put my phone case and my screen protector on for me. He always greets me with a smile and wishes me a great day when I leave.
Absolutely horrible!!! We walked in at 7:30 to no hello. There was a woman behind the counter with PJs on and her kid on the counter. She was talking to a worker about there personal life. The other worker had her male friend in there talking to him. Both had a customer as well. We waited patiently till 8:10 to be told they were only taking payments now. My husband just wanted to ask about a phone to be ignored. They acted as if we werent even there. Really considering a different company. Not a place to look for a phone or anything really. Terrible customer service. Not worth my time or money. We were looking to buy two new phones too.

Its always been a pleasurable experience to come here to MetroPCS but I have a lot of issues with phone I have I guess its the wear and way that I put on them overall theyre very good they last me probably 3 to 6 months
Horrible experience today. The manager of this location was 30 min late opening store then proceeded to make personal phone calls for 15 or so min while ignoring us. Needless to say we decided to leave, while leaving I told her the least she could do when arriving 30 min late is pay attention to her customers. The manager proceeded to demand us to leave the store and pushed my wife out the door. We took out or phone and recorded the confrontation which proved as rights to have her arrested for assault but for some reason we didnt press charges. Hopefully the owner will read this review and make some changes, no one should treat customers like this.
Love metro not really had any problems but do feel sometimes that im being Jipped in paying a higher price for a phone.. Like for 2 phones i pay 120 a month that is high to me. They charged me 180 for a 99 dollar phone.. So hopefully if you deal with metro hopefully you get an honest rep associate. Bc im in the process of trying to ask friends and family for a used phone so i can get my husband another cell phone.
