Very polite, fast service, and I didnt have to get out of the car for my oil change.

The people always had smiles on their faces, kept you informed and did not try to sell you things that you didnt need. There was no pressure. Its not to often when I see auto repair people happy and respectful to their customers.

They don’t put enough oil in your car!!! Charge you $80 bucks for an oil change and don’t even put enough oil in it to last until it’s next oil change that’s ridiculous and yes I’ve had my car checked for leaks this has happened before at another jiffy lube so I most definitely will never ever be using jiffy lube for any of my vehicles ever again!!!! Do yourself a huge favor and just make an appointment with a REAL MECHANIC it’s not worth RUINING your VEHICLE BY GOING TO JIFFY LUBE.

Waiting for our turn was worth it. The guys were a happy team to service our car making a pleasant and enjoyable time for us.

Jiffylube put the wrong filter on my 2000 BMW & I HAD TO TAKE IT TO AN specialist to find out why it was leaking so much oil... Had to get it towed & serviced at an European car auto shop & have yet been reimbursed for payment. I asked for the owner to call & I still have yet heard from him. I contacted corporate over 4 times...

Wonderful service and technicians were helpful.

I went in for an oil change. They drained my transmission by mistake. They did not know how to refill the transmission. After 3 hours they had the car towed to Suburu dealership where they said they had a rental for me. I said this at Suburu and no one called from Jiffylube. They then tell me Enterprise will deliver a car to my home. I called Enterprise and they got no such call from Jiffylube. It is now 9.05 PM. I will continue to post updates on my situation with Jiffylube. Very unhappy customer.

I am always treated like royalty at this business. They are friendly and knowledgeable. Frank, the manger always thanks me for my military service and applies a veterans discount to my bill. Great people and service.

Have been coming here for years. I went this morning to get my oil changed and as I was pulling in the attendant started yelling at me to turn my wheel so I did and I told him he didnt have to yell at me about it and then proceeded to make me leave without getting my oil changed. Unprofessional and that is not how you treat customers. I own a business with a fleet of cars and have been getting my oil changed there for years. Now, I will be taking my business elsewhere since they think its ok to yell at customers and turn them away.

The service was as expected however I was promised a E-mail reciept which has not arrived yet. I had to drive there and get receipt.

As always, I was in and out. Got my oil changed and the guys here are professional. They work as a team and are always respectful to the customers. Ive come here for years and bring all my cars.

Have taken vehicles here for 20 years and last few times service here has been atrocious. They dont wash the windows check tire pressure dont check air filter vacuum the interior or check fluid levels or check wipers. All they do is change oil and filter but still charge for Signature service that youre charged for. 107.00.

After, I initially gave this company a bad review. I most own my mistake. They patiently showed me my error and kindly corrected it. I thank and appreciate their honesty and patience with people like me too quick to judge. Once more my apologies.

Just left here and I am highly satisfied not only with the services but with the treatment by the staff. Very friendly and welcoming. Top notch! I went for an oil change and because of how comfortable I felt there, I wont hesitate or procrastinate to go for my next oil change. It was literally 10 minutes and they changed my oil, my air filter, vacuumed my floors, checked other stuff that was included and did it all with a smile and great attitude! Very reasonable price as well. Thanks guys! Youve done a great job!

Staff was super friendly and service was good. The only negative is the service writer asked me if it was 4 wheel or 2 wheel drive and and I told him AWD. He the said you don’t have a rear dif. So it can’t be. I said that it definitely was cause I’ve used it and 1 of the reasons I bought the vehicle. So the filled with oil and then the tech showed the service writer the sip stick and he then said oh it is AWD cause it’s still low and 2WD take 4.25 quarts and 4WD take 5.3 quarts. So in the end it only cost me 5 minutes and the service writer telling me I was wrong and didn’t know what I was talking about.

Great price and awesome staff

Jiffy lube service is pretty good. I’m usually in and out pretty fast. At times it can get busy but you have to go on certain days. They check your car for more a lot more than an oil change so be prepared to be ask if you want this or that based on the manufactures recommendation. Oh and one last thing, their prices are pretty high so be prepared to spend a good penny.

Like it alot better staying in the car due to Covid. I dont have the man coming in to get me telling me what they think I should replace, in effect taking the jiff out of the lube.

I went at lunchtime on a weekday and I was in and out in 15 minutes. If you go, print out the coupons from Jiffy Lubes website to save $13 or $15 on an oil change. The oil change service also includes a vacuuming of the interior and cleaning of the exterior glass. What they really do is vacuum the car mats (not underneath) and a pretty poor job of cleaning the glass but, hey, thats not why youre going there right? The guys who take your information and receive your payment are pretty nice. Theres a small, air conditioned waiting room with a bathroom, a TV, seating, magazines, and a coffee maker. They were definitely fast and they put a small sticker in the upper left corner of the windshield to remind me when the next oil change needs to be done.

Took service truck there for annual oil change,in and out fast,nothing easier than jiffy lube.

This is where I go for all of my oil changes and various maintenance services for my car. Their customer service is the BEST. My most recent visit was 1/25/17. The warming greeting, their patience in answering questions and the thorough review of the bill before payment is exactly what a 5 star business means to me! Good service but to expensive

I had several bad experiences here but the last experience was the worst! I went over on my lunch break and got stuck in line for over an hour. The service technician took off my skid plate and couldnt put it back on. They always try to sell you way over priced items you dont need.The Manager asked me to drive my own car off the ramp. I left there with a damaged bumper and my skid plate and screws in the back seat of my car! Worst service ever.

Jeff was so sweet and kind!! He walked me through everything, encouraged me to take extra steps for my car and I left so happy! The only thing was the oil change plus tire rotation was a little pricey. At the Toyota dealership where I usually go the full synthetic oil change & a rotation is $82. Jiffy lube was about $90 for the both, but it was half the time and everyone was very sweet.. I will be back if I cant get an appt with my dealership again!

I recently had my oil changed here. TJ was awesome and was really on top of things. On a friday morning, I was in and out in about 20 min. 😊👍🏻

Beware the upsale. Tried to sell me an air filter. I literally replaced it the day before. On another occasion. They sold my wife a radiator cap for $90 because the car wasnt safe to drive. Never even changed the cap, charged her for it. Go anyplace else.

Very friendly staff!!! They take you right in and you’re right out! Also, being a woman, they tell me if there’s anything else that needs to be done to my vehicle without feeling pressured to do so.

If it werent for the fact that I was overdue on an oil change and couldnt wait to make an appointment elsewhere, no way would I have gone here. Too expensive, too much trying to upsell on services I didnt want or need. You cant just say an oil change, they have to ask if you want each and every service they offer. And it sounds like they are reading it from a cue card. Let my lesson learned help you to avoid this place at all costs!

This was by far the fastest and most convenient oil change Ive ever had done. I took my Mercedes Benz to be serviced and I wasnt to sure about going to Jiffy lube but, Im glad that I did. The service was outstanding and Frank was definitely friendly and walked you through everything that they were going to do. I will definitely be back and would recommend Jiffy lube in Vineland NJ to any and everyone.

After making an appointment at another place, and being told I would have to wait 2 hours, I drove to Jiffy Lube. Got right in! Friendly, competent staff. Took good care of my vehicle. I will be back.

Walmart is half the price and same service..not cool

The building is run down and dirty, in need of remodeling. Theyre not very friendly but not mean, just blah half hearted customer service. They need someone who can speak outside a monotone voice and smile to interface with the customers. According to my emailed receipt my tires were checked at 33 PSI front and back. I checked my tires that evening not knowing they had and they were in the mid and lower 20s. That was yesterday evening, as of now 4:07 PM 10/7/2018 my tires are the same PSI as last night, they have not changed. Obviously my tires are fine, Im starting to doubt the service I paid for.

Its too bad I had to give one star when I didnt want to give any at all! Ill NEVER go here again! The staff is unprofessional and made my issue public knowledge. My car needed an oil change. I was told that my car couldnt be serviced because it had no brakes and it was a safety issue. The brakes were fine when I drove it there. Dont take your car there!

Quick service, thorough checks, maybe a little too thorough with trying to sell additional services but I dont blame them. I would recommend for an oil change or quick service.

This was my second time going to jiffy lube for an oil change. The staff was very pleasant and the service was fast. I would recommend this place for everyone. Its usually a hassel to have to get an oil change because of the long wait but now that I found this place I will always go here because everyone is so nice and Im in and out in 10 min.
