Quashaan Alonzo and Alex @Mavis tire were absolutely amazing today. I came in to buy a new tire (after I just bought 4 brand new tires 3 months ago.). Alex checked me in ( with a smile on his face and that’s very rare these days). “Q” went thoroughly through my account and seen that I bought a warranty. Checked the tire and explained the process of efficiently. When all was said and done got a brand new tire for $ 30.00. These 3 men were courteous competent and skillfully qualified. Thank you guys for being patient and kind.

Q and the staff at this location are so friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to find discounts for me. They are very trustworthy and kind!I cant say enough good things about the clenliness of this facility. They have a spacious waiting area with restrooms and an adorable kids play area.I was extremely happy with the oil change and safety inspection for my car. I will definitely bring my car back for service again. I recommend this establishment to everyone to keep their car in excellent condition.

I got new tires here about 3 months ago and afterwards my alignment was messed up. it was totally fine before they changed them. i think they knew they messed up too because they ended up giving me 2 free oil changes. so i went today to get one. while i was waiting i saw him take all my tires off and i was really confused why that needed to be done for an oil change. i kept watching and eventually saw every mechanic walk over to my car. i was suspicious but they never said anything so i figured it was okay. finally he finished and i pulled out of the parking lot, made it a few feet down the street and my oil warning light came on, car started beeping, engine smoking. pulled over and called them, whoever answered didn’t seem to care..told me they didn’t have a tow truck and it was only a few blocks to come back.he eventually hung up on me. i get back, the guy that changed it popped my hood and it was really smoking and said “i need to get this back in here”. eventually he said that he didn’t put the oil cap back on but he had replaced the oil and cleaned my engine and secured the cap. i get home, it’s still smoking and there’s oil all over everything. so much that after sitting for 30 minutes in my driveway, there’s a puddle of oil under it. DONT GO HERE.

I would definitely recommend everyone to come here really clean and Q was very professional and accommodating!

Would highly recommend- I had an issue with a used vehicle I had recently purchased with the low tire pressure alert being lit, some very old cracked Firestone tires and my brakes squeaking badly, was helped by Liz to get all the parts needed, good tires, and even a 18% discount off the original quote. the technician, Lucky, was able to find the issue quickly, and restore the broken control arm, replaced with low price/ high quality Hankook tires and the ride was improved significantly! These places seem to be popping up all over the place now. Really great facility, clean and they treat you like family. Great waiting area to relax and watch tv while work is being done. Access to free wifi as well, I was able to work at work while waiting for my car to be serviced.

Repaired my tire quickly and at a great price. Highly recommended.

Needed a balance and maybe a wheel alignment. Explain what the issue was and went with both after being explained the process. Once done drove it home steering shook and pulled to the right worse then ever before. Spoke with Alonzo (great guy btw) took it back, got it back in decent time with the issue somewhat resolved. Still shakes slightly and wants to go still push to the right (leaving as is for now). But thats now my major complaint. My complaint is the carelessness when it came to taking my 1 week old wheels off. They scratched up every one of my wheels specifically the area where the lug nuts are removed. They also left a noticeable nick one of my brand new wheels. Alonzo straight class act! The rest of staff/workers clueless and careless.
